Erst im Januar, bei seiner Botschaft an die Föderalversammlung, betonte Präsident Putin erneut den hohen Stellenwert des Themas und gab Anstöße für weitere Familienleistungen und Investitionen in Jugend- und Betreuungsinfrastrukturen. Der Aushandlungsprozess findet zwischen Debatten um den demographischen Wandel, ökonomische Leistbarkeit von staatlichen Leistungen, Versorgungs- und Vereinbarkeitsdebatten und moralischen Wertvorstellungen statt

Conhecimentos tradicionais de pescadores sobre populações de tubarões na Ilha de Santa Catarina, Sul do Brasil

Biologia.A atividade humana nos oceanos apresenta níveis de produção cada vez mais elevados, que ocasionam o fenômeno da sobrepesca e trazem hoje uma situação de colapso iminente. Os elasmobrânquios representam um dos grupos taxonômicos mais prejudicados, com altas taxas de declínio. Um potencializador desta situação está na estratégia reprodutiva do grupo, que têm maturação sexual tardia, poucos descendentes e crescimento lento. Soma-se a isto o comércio de nadadeiras, popularmente conhecidas como barbatanas, que consiste na retirada destas do animal para sua comercialização, que mutila 38 dos 99 milhões de tubarões pescados anualmente. As percepções dos sujeitos envolvidos na extração dos recursos pesqueiros podem ser abordadas a partir da Etnobiologia, ciência que estuda as relações das pessoas com o meio biológico que as circunda. Este diálogo pode servir como ponte para o resgate de conhecimentos relativos ao tema. O presente trabalho buscou, sob uma perspectiva etnobiológica, registrar a percepção das comunidades pesqueiras frente ao declínio de tubarões na região. A investigação ocorreu em seis comunidades pesqueiras na Ilha de Santa Catarina: Pântano do Sul, Armação do Pântano do Sul, Campeche, Barra da Lagoa, Ingleses e Ponta das Canas, onde foram aplicadas entrevistas semiestruturadas aos 22 pescadores considerados especialistas em captura de tubarões e dispostos a contribuir com a pesquisa. Obtivemos indicativos sobre mudanças temporais nas populações de elasmobrânquios, com relatos de que há 30 anos, em média (± 12,3), as populações de tubarões eram mais abundantes na região e a sua pesca integrava a economia das comunidades estudadas. Foram registrados também a nomenclatura tradicional das espécies exploradas na região, os conhecimentos tradicionais sobre ciclos de vida e importância ecológica, e as principais áreas de ocorrência de elasmobrânquios da área estudada. Como atividade de devolutiva às comunidades pesquisadas, foi elaborado uma publicação ilustrada que conta com uma breve história das percepções de cada localidade estudada, assim como um catálogo de espécies de tubarões de Florianópolis com a nomenclatura tradicional e um mapeamento comparativo da presença de tubarões na ilha antigamente e na atualidade

Целью данной работы является определение и анализ основных параметров работы установки для разделения изотопов водорода методом ректификации воды и ХИО в системе вода-водород. В результате исследования определены зависимости высоты эквивалентного теоретической ступени от удельного потока, диаметра и размера насадки в колонне, а также определены степень разделения, число равновесных ступеней и высота колонны, необходимая для получения заданной концентрации.The purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze the main parameters of the work installations for separation of hydrogen isotopes by the method of rectification of water and CIE in the water-hydrogen system. Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка и исследование автоматизированной системы мониторинга ключевых показателей эффективности контуров автоматического регулирования нефтехимического производства. В работе представлены: анализ методов мониторинга контуров управления, анализ влияния контуров управления на технологический процесс, разработка интерфейса вывода технологических параметров, разработка системы мониторинга технологического процесса на языке программирования C#, построение контрольных карт Шухарта с автоматическим анализом данных.The object of research is a model of the technological process of crude oil refining developed in the Honeywell UniSim design suite. Photoluminescence of High Quality Epitaxial p-type InN

Indium nitride (InN) is a group III-V semiconductor that is part of the Al,Ga:N family. It is an infrared bandgap semiconductor with great potential for use in photovoltaic applications. Being an intrinsically n-type material, p-type doping is naturally one of the ongoing hot topics in InN research, which is of interest in the fabrication of pn junctions. Plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy (PAMBE) grown Mg doped InN thin film was investigated via systematic optical characterizations. Photoluminescence (PL) measurement has been a key part of the research, exhibiting a wide range of spectral lines between 0.54 and 0.67 eV. In a critical Mg concentration range of 2.6×10¹⁷ and 1.0×10¹⁸ cm⁻³, a strong luminescence line at 0.6 eV has been associated with a Mg-related deep acceptor. Correspondingly, a variable magnetic field Hall (VFH) effect measurement has successfully probed a buried hole-mediated conductivity path underneath a surface electron accumulation layer. This specific doping range also led to a manifestation of a “true” band-to-band transition at 0.67 eV. Such an observation has not previously been reported for InN and in our case this assignment is convincingly supported by the quadratic characteristic of the excitation power law. This established that a rigorous control of Mg flux can sufficiently compensate the background electron concentration of InN via the substitutional incorporation on In sites (Mg_In). However, introduction of donor-like complexes somewhat suppressed this process if too much Mg or even alternative dopants such as Zn and Mn were used. Also distinctively observed was a strongly quenched PL quantum efficiency from heavily doped films, where time-resolved differential transmission (TRDT) measurement showed a biexponential carrier lifetime decay curve owing to the onset of Auger recombination processes. Evaluation of water loss and the degree of hydration knowledge in field football athletes of a professional team in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul

Introdução e objetivo: O futebol é o esporte mais praticado em todo o mundo e o consumo hídrico regular e de excelência é fundamental para o seu bom desempenho. Avaliar a ingestão hídrica e o grau de conhecimento acerca da hidratação é fundamental para minimizar problemas referentes à desidratação. O presente estudo objetivou avaliar a perda hídrica e o grau de conhecimento em hidratação em atletas de futebol de campo de uma equipe profissional do interior do Rio Grande do Sul. Materiais e Métodos: Estudo transversal descritivo com atletas de futebol de campo profissional, do sexo masculino. Foi aplicado um questionário com questões sobre a ingestão hídrica e sobre conhecimentos em hidratação. A análise da ingestão foi feita por pesagem de garrafas com água antes e após o treino e foi aferido o peso no início e no final do treinamento a fim de analisar a perda hídrica. As análises estatísticas foram realizadas no Stata 14.0®, com nível de significância de 5% (p<0,05). Resultados: A média de ingestão hídrica no treino foi de 841,9 ml, verificou-se uma perda média de 0,4 Kg de peso e um bom grau de conhecimento prévio a respeito da hidratação correta. Discussão: Estudos mostram que a hidratação é muito importante, pois está relacionada ao bom desempenho no esporte. Conclusão: A amostra apresentou boa ingestão hídrica e a maioria teve conhecimento considerado positivo sobre a importância de uma hidratação adequada.Introduction and objective: Football is the most practiced sport in the world and regular and excellent water consumption is essential for its good performance. Assessing water intake and the degree of knowledge about hydration is essential to minimize problems related to dehydration. The present study aims to evaluate the water loss and the degree of knowledge about hydration in field football athletes from a professional team in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul. Materials and Methods: Descriptive cross-sectional study with professional field football players, of gender masculine. They answered a questionnaire with questions about water intake and knowledge about hydration. The author performed intake analysis by weighing bottles with water before and after training, and the weight was measured at the beginning and at the end of training in order to analyze water loss. Statistical analyzes were performed using Stata 14.0®, with a significance level of 5% (p<0.05). Results: The average water intake in training was 841.9 ml, there was an average loss of 0.4 kg of weight and a degree of prior knowledge about correct hydration. Discussion: Studies show that hydration is very important, as it relates to good performance in sport. Conclusion: The sample showed good water intake, most had considered positive knowledge about the importance of adequate hydration
