    Study on Complex Products Job-shop Scheduling System Based on MES

    Various random disturbances that happen in the process of complex products (ship) production cannot feedback timely, and the plans of job-shop operation are too rough to instruct job-shop production. The purpose of this study is to solve the problems above, help the course of complex products (ship) job-shop production runs orderly and efficiently, and improve the job-shop on-site management level. In this paper, we proposed complex products job-shop scheduling system based on MES. The system adopts six-level, refined plan and scheduling mechanism. Its key part is the job-shop scheduling model with man-machine coordinated mechanism. What’s more, an improved Genetic Algorithm based on TOC is proposed to make the optimized algorithm module of the system more scientific and effective. Key words: Complex Products; MES; Job-shop Scheduling System; Man-machine Coordinated Mechanism; Genetic Algorithm Résumé: Diverses perturbations qui se produisent au hasard dans le processus de production des produits complexes (navire) ne peuvent pas être apperçues en temps opportun, et les plans de l'opération des ateliers sont trop approximatifs pour guider la production. Le but de cette étude consiste à résoudre les problèmes ci-dessus, rendre le cours de la production des produits complexes (ship) dans les ateliers ordonné et efficace et améliorer le niveau de gestion sur place. Dans cet article, nous avons proposé le système de planning des ateliers de produits complexes basé sur MES. Le système contient six niveaux de programmation raffinée et de mécanismes de planning. Son élément essentiel est le modèle de programmation avec les mécanismes de coordination homme-machine. De plus, un algorithme génétique amélioré basé sur TOC est également proposé de rendre le module de l'algorithme du système optimisé plus scientifique et efficace.     Effects of traditional trabeculectomy, mitomycin C trabeculectomy and sclera pool trabeculectomy on post-surgical life quality in glaucoma patients

    AIM: To explore and compare the effects of trabeculectomy, mitomycin C(MMC)trabeculectomy and sclera pool trabeculectomy on life quality of patients with glaucoma. <p>METHODS: Totally, 60 patients(60 eyes)with glaucoma were divided into group A, B and C equally and randomly. Twenty patients(20 eyes)in group A received treatment of traditional trabeculectomy; Twenty patients(20 eyes)in group B received MMC trabeculectomy; while twenty patients(20 eyes)in group C received sclera pool trabeculectomy. One-year follow study was proposed, Chinese version low vision quality of life questionnaire(CLVQOL)and self- assessment score were used to evaluate effects of surgeries on life quality of patients. <p>RESULTS: Compared with group A, scoring of CLVQOL increased significantly in group B and C, and more significantly in group C(distant vision, movement, sensitization and fine work)when compared with group B(<i>P</i><0.05). Compared with group A, scoring of self assessment increased significantly in group B and C, more significantly in group C(vision self scoring and subjective brightness scoring)when compared with group B(<i>P</i><0.05). <p>CONCLUSION: The improvement effect of sclera pool trabeculectomy on life quality of patient with glaucoma is better than traditional and MMC trabeculectomy

    Single crystals of the title polyoxometallate-based organic–inorganic hybrid, [Cu(C12H8N2)2]4[SiW12O40], were grown under hydro­thermal conditions. The discrete [SiW12O40]4− anions are of the Keggin type and are packed in a slightly distorted ortho­rhom­bic F-centred mode, with the complex [CuI(phen)2]+ cations (phen is 1,10-phenanthroline) located in the voids of this arrangement. The four independent CuI cations are situated in the centres of more or less distorted tetra­hedra made up of N atoms from the phen ligands. The anions and cations are linked together via weak hydrogen-bonding inter­actions, forming an extended three-dimensional network. Additional stabilization is achieved via π–π inter­actions between different phen mol­ecules of adjacent [CuI(phen)2]+ cations with shortest distances between 3.416 and 3.499 Å

    Numerical Simulation Study of Turbulent Flow in Vacuum Tempering Furnace Using K-Epsilon Model

    Vacuum tempering furnace prevalence of uneven temperature problems. In this paper, numerical analyses for turbulent flow inside vacuum tempering furnace using k-ε turbulence model. The moving reference frame is helpful to improve the precision of the model. Not only the loading area and its adjacent components have an influence on temperature uniformity, but the shape of the auxiliary parts, the shape of the driving parts and the way of loading have an influence. The influence factors of turbulence are studied from multiple angles. Based on the factors, the combinatorial optimization scheme is proposed and temperature uniformity test is carried out. The results show that the shape of the fan blade, the inlet diameter of the gas guide tube, the shape of the centre channel and the shape of the wind scooper influences furnace temperature uniformity. The adjustment of loading area and the use of multiple central channels in equal area will not affect furnace temperature uniformity

    Influence of acupuncture on cognitive function and markers of oxidative DNA damage in patients with vascular dementia

    AbstractObjectiveTo test the influence of acupuncture on cognitive function and a marker of oxidative DNA damage in patients with vascular dementia (VD).MethodsSixteen VD patients were evaluated before and after acupuncture, using the Folstein Mini-Mental State Examination-Revised (MMSE-R) to assess cognitive function, and the ADL-R scale to assess independence in activities of daily living (ADL). Life quality was evaluated using the DEMQOL (Dementia quality of life questionnaire) questionnaire, and syndromes and expression of vascular dementia were evaluated with the Scale for the Differentiation of Syndromes of Vascular Dementia (SDSVD). In addition, the urine concentration of 8-hydroxy-2′-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) —a marker of oxidative damage—was quantified with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.ResultsThe MMSE-R and DEMQOL scores were higher after acupuncture than before (P<0.05), while there were no obvious differences in the ADL-R or SDSVD scores (P>0.05). The 8-OHdG content in urine significantly decreased after acupuncture (P<0.05).ConclusionAcupuncture reduces the levels of 8-OHdG and improves cognitive function and quality of life in VD patients, suggesting that acupuncture is beneficial at least in part by preventing oxidative damage

    Effects of Vanadium doping on BaFe2As2

    We report an investigation of the structural, magnetic and electronic properties of Ba(Fe(1-x)V(x))2As2 using x-ray, transport, magnetic susceptibility and neutron scattering measurements. The vanadium substitutions in Fe sites are possible up to 40\%. Hall effect measurements indicate strong hole-doping effect through V doping, while no superconductivity is observed in all samples down to 2K. The antiferromagnetic and structural transition temperature of BaFe2As2 is gradually suppressed to finite temperature then vanishes at x=0.245 with the emergence of spin glass behavior, suggesting an avoided quantum critical point (QCP). Our results demonstrate that the avoided QCP and spin glass state which were previously reported in the superconducting phase of Co/Ni-doped BaFe2As2 can also be realized in non-superconducting Ba(Fe(1-x)V(x))2As2.Comment: 5 pages, 6 figure

    Comparing the contents, functions and neonicotinoid take-up between floral and extrafloral nectar within a single species (Hemerocallis citrina Baroni)

    BACKGROUND AND AIMS: Many angiosperms can secrete both floral (FN) and extrafloral (EFN) nectar. However, much remains unclear about how EFN and FN differ in secretion, composition and ecological function, especially when both FN and EFN are secreted on flowers of the same species. METHODS: Hemerocallis citrina flowers secrete both FN and EFN. The FN and EFN traits including volume, presentation pattern and temporal rhythms of secretion were compared by field observation. Sugar and amino acid contents were analysed using regular biochemical methods, whereas the proteome was investigated by combined gel-based and gel-free approaches. Animal feeders on FN and EFN were investigated by field observation. Hemerocallis citrina plants were exposed by soil drenching to two systemic insecticides, acetamiprid and imidacloprid, and the concentration of these in FN and EFN was measured by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry. KEY RESULTS: Hemerocallis citrina FN was concentrated and sucrose dominant, secreted in the mature flower tube and served as a reward for pollinators. Conversely, EFN was hexose rich, more dilute and less rich in sugar and amino acids. EFN was secreted on the outside of developing floral buds, and was likely to attract predatory animals for defence. EFN had fewer phenolics, but more pathogenesis-related components, such as chitinase and glucanase. A significantly different proteomic profile and enzymatic activities between FN and EFN suggest that they had different biosynthesis mechanisms. Both neonicotinoid insecticides examined became present in both nectar types soon after application, but in greater concentration within EFN; EFN also attracted a wider range of insect species than FN. CONCLUSIONS: Hemerocallis citrina FN and EFN differed in production, composition and ecological function. The EFN pathway could be a significant way for neonicotinoids to enter the wild food chain, and must be considered when evaluating the risks to the environment of other systemic insecticides

    Fully-automatic defects classification and restoration for STM images.

    The Scanning tunneling microscope (STM) is a micro instrument designed for surface morphology with nanometer precision. The restoration of the STM image defects usually needs human judgements and manual positioning because of the diversity of the morphology and the randomness of the defects. This paper provides a new fully-automatic method that combines deep convolutional neural classification network and unique restoration algorithms corresponding to different defects. Aimed at automatically processing compound defects in STM images, the method first predicts what kinds of defects a raw STM image has by a series of parallel binary classification networks, and then decides the process order according to the predicted labels, and finally restores the defects by corresponding global restoration algorithms in order. Experiment results prove the provided method can restore the STM images by self-judging, self-positioning, self-processing without any manual intervention
