Function and Significance of Reparcelling in Czech Republic

The law No. 139/2002 Col., on reparcelling and land offices can be consider as one of the most important tools of active land law in the CR. In frame of administrative procedure in public interest, the law enables to re-parcel lands and ownership relations to them in order to create conditions for consequential management. A property right to newly defined parcels is acquired by a decision of the appropriate land office which is an administrative authority. By means of reparcelling, also „modern“ ecological problems are solved. Reparcelling is necessary for renewal of statutory land registration, clearing and delimitation of borders in the landscape, and so it is a significant contribution for renewal of peace in land ownership in the CR shaken in 1948 – 1989. Reparcelling shows only secondary economic impact, it is more suitable to assess the effectiveness only from the point of view of effectiveness of the financial means expended for reparcelling. Inertial navigation system

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem inerciálního navigačního systému složeného z modulů GPS, kompasu, gyroskopu a akcelerometru. Zkoumá komunikaci a činnost mezi nimi a řeší návrh řídícího obvodu v podobě jednočipového mikrokontroléru. Z dostupných produktů na trhu vybere vhodnou kombinaci modulů, ke kterým navrhne obvodové zapojení, doplněné o přenosové paměťové médium. Tím vznikne inerciální navigační systém, schopný po nahrání firmwaru zapisovat aktuální polohu na přenosné paměťové médium i v případě, kdy dojde k výpadku GPS signálu.This bachelor’s thesis deals with project of inertial navigation system, composed of modules, GPS, compass, gyroscope and accelerometer. It explores communication and action between them and solves the control circuit design in the form of single-chip microcontroller. After that, appropriate combination of modules will be selected from available products and circuit connections will be proposed, supplemented by portable storage medium. After loading the firmware, this creates an inertial navigation system, which is able to write the current position to portable storage medium, even in the case of GPS signal failure.

This study describes the nutritional value of pastures in extreme mountain conditions in Krkonoše Mountains National Park. The Park performs important ecological and environmental functions. Extensive sheep grazing serves in the preservation of rare, protected and endangered species of plants (including endemics) and in the restoration of the biodiversity of meadows. Koncepcja mesjanizmu we współczesnym judaizmie

The history of the Messiah in Judaism is a history of disappointed hopes. Again and again, there were salvation fi gures to whom this role was ascribed. But redemption from occupation and foreign rule, exile, oppression and persecution failed to materialize. Therefore, the expectation of the Messiah fell to the periphery of Jewish theology. This article examinesin what ways the messianic concept plays a role in modern times and what it contributes to describing the relationship between God and humanity in Judaism. The author intends to show the development from the abandonment of a personal Messiah towards the affi rmation of the prophets’ hope for a universal messianic age in which the duty of all people to participate in the healing of the world becomes central. What becomes also clear is: The messiah idea cannot be a bridge between Christianity and Judaism.Historia mesjasza w judaizmie to historia zawiedzionych nadziei. Treatment of Plastic Wastes using Plasma Gasification Technology

Plasma gasification (PG) complements traditional recycling when applied to contaminated or mixed plastics. Without PG these plastics cost recyclers more to process than they are worth on the market, and sometimes they are landfilled or incinerated instead of being recycled. Plasma gasification can take plastic not suitable for traditional recycling and break it down into high-quality syngas for use in electricity generation, chemical manufacturing, or hydrogen production. The technology can be implemented without changing the behavior of consumers, which is a major advantage over attempting to decrease contamination or reduce use of low-value plastic. Due to high capital requirements and maintenance costs, a PG facility processing 300 tons/day of waste plastic was found to be profitable without subsidies with a payback period of about 11-12 years. However, the cash flow analysis showed at 15 years the Net Present Value (NPV) was -$9,159,467.73 with an Internal Return Rate (IRR) of 3.8%. The large investment required to commercialize the technology at the scale required may not add enough value over the course of 15 years to justify the risk
