Therefore, we have to have an advanced method to develop adaptive applications, especially with MIMO discrete event systems. There is a limit while using a continuous calculation to control systems because the big calculation is an obstacle. So we have to find an optimization method to reduce the number of parameters in the calculation at any time. We could do it by choice the main parameters and except auxiliary parameters. In this paper, we introduce a Football Team Optimization (FTO) method, which is a new method to do optimization problem while control with many parameters system. The application and analysis to compare any method as PSO, traditional PID, which takes out the difference of this algorithm

    Nonparametric estimation of the fragmentation kernel based on a PDE stationary distribution approximation

    We consider a stochastic individual-based model in continuous time to describe a size-structured population for cell divisions. This model is motivated by the detection of cellular aging in biology. We address here the problem of nonparametric estimation of the kernel ruling the divisions based on the eigenvalue problem related to the asymptotic behavior in large population. This inverse problem involves a multiplicative deconvolution operator. Using Fourier technics we derive a nonparametric estimator whose consistency is studied. The main difficulty comes from the non-standard equations connecting the Fourier transforms of the kernel and the parameters of the model. A numerical study is carried out and we pay special attention to the derivation of bandwidths by using resampling

    Estimating resource bounds for software transactions

    We present an effect based static analysis to calculate upper and lower bounds on the memory resource consumption in a transactional calculus. The calculus is a concurrent variant of Featherweight Java extended by transactional constructs. The model supports nested and concurrent transactions. The analysis is compositional and takes into account implicit join synchronizations that arise when more than one thread perfom a join-synchronization when jointly committing a transaction. Central for a compositional and precise analysis is to capture as part of the effects a tree-representation of the future resource consumption and synchronization points (which we call joining commit trees).     Current status and behavior modeling on household solid-waste separation: a case study in Da Nang city, Vietnam

    This study focused on household solid-waste recycling in Da Nang city, Vietnam to assess the existing separation behavior and clarify the factors influencing the separation behavior. The authors conducted a questionnaire survey for 150 households in 6 urban districts, which consisted of household attributes, separation behavior, and the household's attitude on recycling and the environment. The waste separation rates were determined for leftover food and 13 recyclable items and the recyclable disposal habit was also assessed. The separation rate of leftover food was 77.3%. Among 13 surveyed recyclable items, plastic bottles and metal cans were two popular items with higher separation rate (72.5% and 63.8%, respectively). To identify the conscious structure and determinants of separation behavior, the authors developed a predictive model on the separation behavior of leftover food and recyclables by logistic and multiple linear regression analyses. The positive factors included behavior intention, sympathy for the collector, incentive brought by recycling, goal intention, internal norm, and perception of responsibility and seriousness. The negative factor was evaluation of trouble. The authors also analyzed the differences in separation rates among attributes. Based on the significant influence factors and attributes, the authors suggested how to promote separation behavior

    EFFECT OF FISH SCALE COLLAGEN ON SOME CHARACTERISTICS AND DRUG RELEASE OF CARRAGEENAN/COLLAGEN/ALLOPURINOL FILM

    ABSTRACT - QMFS2019Collagen from fish is attracting a lot of attention thanks to its high absorbance ability, biocompatibility as well as non-religious obstruction and cheap sources. It could be applied in many fields, for example: food, cosmetic, or biomedicine. Using of collagen also helps to reduce the environment pollution from fish scale waste in fish processing. In this study, collagen extracted from Vietnamese fresh-water tilapia fish scales was used in combination with carrageenan for the improvement of drug release control. The influence of fish scale collagen content on morphology, thermal behavior and drug release from carrageenan/collagen/allopurinol composite film was evaluated by methods such as field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), differential scanning calorimetric (DSC) and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis). From the DSC data, FESEM analysis and drug release of carrageenan/collagen/allopurinol composite films, the most suitable collagen in composite film is 5 wt.%

    Overview of the VLSP 2022 -- Abmusu Shared Task: A Data Challenge for Vietnamese Abstractive Multi-document Summarization

    This paper reports the overview of the VLSP 2022 - Vietnamese abstractive multi-document summarization (Abmusu) shared task for Vietnamese News. This task is hosted at the 9th^{th} annual workshop on Vietnamese Language and Speech Processing (VLSP 2022). The goal of Abmusu shared task is to develop summarization systems that could create abstractive summaries automatically for a set of documents on a topic. The model input is multiple news documents on the same topic, and the corresponding output is a related abstractive summary. In the scope of Abmusu shared task, we only focus on Vietnamese news summarization and build a human-annotated dataset of 1,839 documents in 600 clusters, collected from Vietnamese news in 8 categories. Participated models are evaluated and ranked in terms of \texttt{ROUGE2-F1} score, the most typical evaluation metric for document summarization problem.Comment: VLSP 202

    ADSORPTION OF MERCURIC ION FROM AQUEOUS SOLUTIONS USING MODIFIED FLY ASH

    In this study, fly ash was treated with NaOH solution (FAN) before modifying with (3-mercaptopropyl) triethoxysilane - MPTMS (FAMPS). By using FTIR, FESEM, XRD, EDX, and BET techniques, the change in structure, composition and morphology of FAN and FAMPS was evaluated. The FTIR spectra of FAN and FAMPS showed that there is no chemical reaction between the MPTMS and FAN. After modification, the FAMPS has a rough surface with composition difference from the FAN. Mercuric ion adsorption behavior as well as adsorptionisotherm models (Langmuir and Freundlich) of the FAN and FAMPS were also investigated and discussed. Thanks to FAN modification, the mercuric ion removal percent of the FAMPS was higher than that of the FAN. Owing to the adsorption data, Freundlich isotherm modelwas fitted for the mercuric ion adsorption process

    A simple, effective, green method for regioselective 3-acylation of unprotected indoles

    A fast and green method is developed for regioselective acylation of indoles in the 3-position without the need for protection of the NH position. The method is based on Friedel-Crafts acylation using acid anhydrides. The method has been optimized, and Y(OTf)3 in catalytic amounts is found to be the best catalyst together with the commercially available ionic liquid [BMI]BF4 (1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoro-borate) as solvent. The reaction is completed in a very short time using monomode microwave irradiation. The catalyst can be reused up to four times without significant loss of activity. A range of substituted indoles are investigated as substrates, and thirteen new compounds have been synthesized

    Investigating the diversity of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi from Gymnema sylvestre and Curcuma longa in Vietnam

    Arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi are soil eukaryotes that belong to phylum Glomeromycota and have symbiosis with the vast majority of higher plants’ roots. AM fungi are believed to be coevolved with terrestrial plants, the abundance and diversity of AM fungal communities as a result are host plant dependent. A survey of AM fungi from the rhizospheres of medicinal plants in Northern Vietnam including gurma Gymnema sylvestre and turmeric Curcuma longa was carried out. From the extracted total DNAs of the medicinal plants’ rhizosphere soil samples, 35 mycorrhizal fungal species were identified by analyzing small subunit rRNA gene sequences. Result revealed that genus Glomus is the most abundant in the AM communities of G. sylvestre and C. longa, followed by Gigaspora and Acaulospora. Besides, AM species belonging to genera Scutellospora, Diversispora and Rhizophagus were observed in almost all rhizosphere soil samples. The spore counting by wet sieving and decanting method uncovered a variation in AM spore density of gurma and turmeric rhizosphere. In general, AM species were found more abundantly and more diverse in collected rhizome soil samples of C. longa (27 species belonging to 10 genera) than of G. sylvestre (17 species found belonging to 7 genera). The observed difference in AM communities of G. sylvestre and C. longa supports evidence for the dependence of AM fungal species on host plants, and indicates that AM fungi may have relation to the host plants’ secondary metabolite production

    EFFECT OF SOME ADDITIVES ON PROCESSBILITY, MECHANICAL PROPERTIES AND MORPHOLOGY OF POLYOXYMETHYLENE/SILICA NANOCOMPOSITES

    Using additives for polyoxymethylene/silica (POM/SiO2) nanocomposite system is one of suitable solutions to improve processbility, mechanical properties, especially, elongation at break of the material. In this paper, the effect of some additives on the processbility, mechanical properties and morphology of polyoxymethylene/silica (POM/SiO2) nanocomposite was investigated. Zinc stearate (under the commercial name ultraflow – UTF), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) and polylactic acid grafted 5 wt.% of polyethylene glycol (PELA) were used as additives for the nanocomposites. The obtained results showed that the preparing process of the POM/SiO2 nanocomposite becam more easily in the presence of PELA, UTF and EVA, corresponding to a lower torque and mixing energy. The PELA caused decrease in the E-modulus or hardness and increase in elongation at break as well as tensile strength of the POM/SiO2 nanocomposites. The SEM images showed that POM and  nanosilica were less compatible in the  nanocomposite using EVA, LLDPE and UTF and they were more compatible with using PELA
