The role of the colors of interior accessories in forming an impression of a room

When purchasing home interior furniture and accessories, several factors determine the color of the items that are chosen. People imagine how the item will look when actually placed in the room, anticipating whether it will fit in with the room or create the image they want. In order to help people make such decisions during shopping in stores and online, we analyzed the relationship between room color and item color. We prepared a photo of a home interior, processed the color of one item in the photo, and asked subjects about their impression of it. The color of the item was chosen from the colors used in the picture so that it could work in harmony with the room. Through the experiment, we found that even the color of a small item can affect the impression of an entire room

What kind of information attracts consumers' attention? Studying the differences in the amount of information on the landing page of a product

This study aimed to determine the amount of information that is interesting to users on a landing page for the purpose of purchasing a product. In this study, we clarified the amount and kind of information that attracts the interest of users. Specifically, we created three types of landing pages with different amounts of information for three products, and conducted an impression evaluation questionnaire. The three types of information on the landing pages were: (1) product image, product description, and catch copy, (2) one with additional campaign information, and (3) one with additional product sales results and satisfaction levels. Using the impression evaluation data obtained after the questionnaire survey, we conducted a factor analysis for each product and analyzed the factors that influenced the evaluation. Additionally, we found out the website design that made a difference in the willingness to purchase the products and the evaluation items that caused the difference using a t-test. It was found that users' willingness to purchase the product increased when data such as campaign information and actual results were included, and that reliability affected the willingness to purchase, especially for products that are used for a long time

Aquaporin 4 Expression in the mdx Mouse Diaphragm

Expression of aquaporin (AQP) 4 in the surface membranes of skeletal myofibers is well established; however, its functional significance is still unknown. The alterations of AQP4 expressions in dystrophic muscles at RNA and protein levels have been reported in various dystrophic muscles such as dystrophinopathy, dysferlinopathy, and sarcoglycanopathy. We are interested in the relationship between the severity of dystrophic muscle degeneration and the expression of AQP4. Here we compared the AQP4 expression of the limb muscles with that of diaphragms in both mdx and control mice. The dystrophic muscle degeneration, such as rounding profile of cross sectional myofiber shape, dense eosin staining, central nuclei, and endomysial fibrosis in mdx mice, were more marked in diaphragms than in limb muscles. The decrease of AQP4 expression at protein level was more marked in diaphragms than in the limb muscles of mdx mice. However, the expression of AQP4 mRNA in the diaphragms of mdx mice was not reduced in comparison with limb muscles of mdx mice. The present study revealed that AQP4 expression at protein level was correlated with the severity of dystrophic changes in muscle tissues of mdx mice

An Autopsy Case of Drowning Under the Influence of Etizolam: A Case Report

A fatal case of drowning under the influence of etizolam is presented. Quantitative toxicological analysis revealed etizolam concentrations of 0.50 µg/mL and 0.068 µg/mL in femoral venous blood and urine, respectively. According to the autopsy findings, the results of toxicological examinations, and the investigation by the authorities, it is concluded that the cause of death is drowning under the influence of etizolam

Case report: An autopsy case of pilsicainide poisoning

We present a fatal case of pilsicainide poisoning. Quantitative toxicological analysis revealed that the concentrations of pilsicainide in femoral blood and urine samples were 17.5 μg/mL and 136.9 μg/mL, respectively. No morphological changes due to poisoning were observed. Based on the autopsy findings, results of the toxicological examination, and investigation by the authorities, we concluded that the cause of death was due to pilsicainide poisoning

市町村保健師の事業化方略に関する質的研究のメタ統合

　市町村保健師の事業化の方略に関する論文の研究成果をメタ統合し，新たな統合概念によって保健師の事業化の実践知を創出することを目的とした．市町村保健師が活動の中から地域のニーズを見出し，新たな事業へと発展させた事例や経験に関する論文を対象として，医中誌，CiNiiのデータベース等から検索を行った．164の文献から，保健師の事業化方略に関する18の文献が選択され，さらに市町村保健師の事業化方略に関する3つの文献が選択された．これらの文献から得られた保健師の事業化に関する知見を類似性，相違性に基づき整理した結果，8つのカテゴリーと25のサブカテゴリーに統合された．8つのカテゴリーは，アセスメント・計画・実施・評価という事業化のプロセスを含んでいた．保健師は日々の活動から把握した個人や集団のニーズを地域の課題として解決すべきであると判断した時に，事業化に向けて行政内外の承認の獲得，資源の獲得，住民のエンパワメント等，実施に向けてさまざまな方略を練り，段階的に推し進めていた

市町村保健師の経験のプロセスからみた職業的アイデンティティ形成の影響要因 －熟練保健師の経験の語りから－

【目的】高い職業意識を保持していた保健師の経験の語りを分析することにより，市町村保健師の経験のプロセスをとおして職業的アイデンティティの形成に影響を与えた要因を明らかとする．【方法】老人保健法施行前より市町村保健師として活動し，実績を残した2名の保健師に半構成的面接を実施し，経験の語りを得た．語りのデータを逐語録化し，時系列に並べ替え，経験のプロセスとして再構成し，職業的アイデンティティに関連する語りの中から，アイデンティティの形成に影響を与えたと考えられる経験や認識を抽出し，コード化し，カテゴリー化した．【結果】乏しいマンパワーと脆弱な活動体制の中で，保健所保健師をロールモデルとして活動基盤を形成していった市町村保健師の経験のプロセスが明らかとなった．ロールモデルがあること，保健師活動を期待された環境等が職業的アイデンティティの形成に影響を与えていた．【考察】2名の保健師は，その経験のプロセスにおいて，保健師としての役割を強く認識し，行動していた．彼らは，行政職と保健師の2つの自己意識の間で葛藤しながら，保健師としての自己意識を貫くことで，職業的アイデンティティを確立していったと推察された
