Medidas de fomento da transparencia na adxudicación de contratos do sector público
This paper analyzes the measures that the legislator has introduced in the recent Law 9/2017, on public
sector contracts, to encourage greater transparency in the procedures for awarding contracts. Specifically, the new
simplified open procedure is analyzed, the configuration of the negotiation as a fundamental phase that must necessarily take place in the proceedings with negotiation and the suppression of the negotiated procedure without prior
publication due to the amount.Este traballo analiza as medidas que introduciu o lexislador na recente Lei 9/2017, de contratos do sector
público, para fomentar unha maior transparencia nos procedementos de adxudicación dos contratos. Concretamente,
analízase o novo procedemento aberto simplificado, a configuración da negociación como fase fundamental que ha
de ter lugar necesariamente nos procedementos con negociación e a supresión do procedemento negociado sen
publicidade por razón da contía.Este trabajo analiza las medidas que ha introducido el legislador en la reciente Ley 9/2017, de contratos
del sector público, para fomentar una mayor transparencia en los procedimientos de adjudicación de los contratos.

Stress and field contactless sensor based on the scattering of electromagnetic waves by a single ferromagnetic microwire
In this paper, we report an experimental study on the microwave modulated scattering intensity for a single Fe_2.25Co_72.75Si_10B_15 amorphous metallic microwire. The modulation is driven by applying a bias magnetic field that tunes the magnetic permeability of the ferromagnetic microwire. Furthermore, by using a magnetostrictive microwire, we also demonstrate that the microwave scattering is sensitive to mechanical stresses. In fact, we present a wireless microwave controlled stress sensor, suitable for biological applications, as a possible use of this effect. In addition, a first order theoretical approximation accounts for the observed influence of the magnetic permeability on the scattering coefficients. That model leads to predictions in good agreement with the experimental results
