    The ability basic physical components of row athlete

    The problem in this study is how the physical components of the paddle sport. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability level of the basic physical components of paddle athletes in West Kalimantan. The method used in this research is descriptive method with survey research form. The population in this study amounted to 18 athletes. The sample in this study amounted to 18 athletes. Based on the results of research conducted on the ability level of basic physical components, it turns out that paddle athletes in West Kalimantan belong to 4 categories: perfect amounted to 2 athletes or by 11%, either 7 athletes or 39%, good categories of 5 athletes or 28 % and enough amount to 4 athletes or by 22%. This shows that the ability of the basic physical components in West Kalimantan paddle athletes is in the good category

    Parents of Students with Disabilities Views in Learning Physical Education in Special Needs School

    The objective of this study was to find out the experience and parents’ participation in Physical Education from the view of the parents of students with disabilities. This study applied a hermeneutic phenomenological qualitative method. The sample of this study was parents of students with disabilities in Special Needs School. 5 people (3 men, 2 women) who were selected as a sample using the purposeful sampling technique. The instrument was used from a previous study which used Seidman’s interviewing guidelines (Seidman, 1998). The findings show that that parents were actively involved in students’ learning in the various environments: at home, school and community and involved through continuous communication and active participation both at school and outside of school. Parents-teacher collaboration strongly supports Physical Education and promotes student learning development. All parents appreciated the benefits of inclusion and physical activities. These findings provide additional support to the need of developing home-school collaboration in Physical Education

    Analysis of Intentionally Structured Programs to Improve Life Skills Through Out of School Activities

    Life skills are one of the components in forming positive youth development. The purpose of this research is to find out intentionally structured programs that are widely used to improve life skills through out-of-school activities, to find out about out-of-school programs used to enhance life skills which are included in intentionally structured programs and to find out the results of intentionally structured programs on improving life skills through out of school activities, the research method in this study used systematic literature review which is a literature review method that identifies, assesses, and interprets all findings on a research topic, to answer predetermined research questions. In this study, researchers used 30 Final Paper journals to review 210 journals taken from 4 databases: Taylor & Francis, Google Scholar, Science Direct, and Sage. The results showed that participation in structured school activities programs was intentional in its application. Can produce quality programs where this can contribute to youth development in a positive direction. This shows that the Intentionally structured program that is implemented in out-of-school activities in its implementation can influence positive youth development; this can be seen from the increase in the elements 5C elements in (PYD) namely Competence, Confidence, Connection, Character and Caring Or Compassion

    Modification of learning: hybrid sport education-invasion games competence model on basketball game performance

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji perbedaan performa permainan bola basket siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan Hybrid Sport Education-Invasion Games Competence Model (SE-IGCM). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan the one-group pretest-posttest design. Partisipan di dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 20 siswa SMA kelas X yang pilih dengan menggunakan systematic sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Basketball Offensive Game Performance Instrument (BOGPI). Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan paired samples t-test. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan performa permainan bola basket pada siswa sesudah menggunakan Hybrid SE-IGCM. Penelitian ini memberikan penemuan bahwa Sport Education dengan menggunakan tiga tahap yang dimodifikasi dengan Invasion Games Competence Model dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, khususnya dalam peningkatan performa permainan dalam bentuk invasi. Sehingga Hybrid SE-IGCM dapat digunakan dalam peningkatan performa permainan bola basket.The purpose of this study is to observe differences in the students’ basketball game performance before and after using Hybrid SE-IGCM (Sport Education-Invasion Games Competence Model). The research method used is experimental method using the one-group pretest-posttest design. Participants in this study are 20 high school class X students who are selected using systematic sampling. The study instrument is Basketball Offensive Game Performance Instrument (BOGPI). Hypothesis testing employs paired samples t-test. The result shows the difference in the student basketball performance after using Hybrid SE-IGCM. This research finds that SE which uses three stages with IGCM modification can be used in physical education learning, especially in improving the game performance in invasion form. As a result, Hybrid SE-IGCM can be used to improve basketball performance

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa pada pembelajaran permainan futsal dengan menggunakan model Sport Education. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelas 10 dan kelas 11 diSMA Kartika. Terdapat 144 responden diantaranya adalah 42% atau 61 siswa laki-laki dan 57% atau 83 siswa perempuan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey. Dan kuesioner yang di gunakan yaitu kepercayaan diri 11% atau 17 siswa tidak setuju/kurang kepercayaan dirinya ketika  pembelajaran futsal menggunakan model Sport Education, lalu sebanyak 61% atau 89 siswa setuju / baik kepercayaan dirinya ketika pembelajaran futsal menggunakan model sport education, dan ada sebanyak 26% atau 38 siswa yang sangat setuju/ sangat baik kepercayaan dirinya ketika pembelajaran futsal dengan menggunakan model sport education. Kesimpulannya bahwa dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepercayaan diri tiap individu pada siswa SMA Kartika relatih baik dalam pembelajaran permainan futsal menggunakan model Sport Education

    Penurunan fungsi kefasihan matematika dikalangan anak-anak menjadi permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efek brain jooging terhadap peningkatan variabel kefasihan matematika dan bagaimana peran dari fungsi eksekutif. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah true eksperimen dengan menggunakan design random pretest and posttest group. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purpossive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas II dan III yang berjumlah 46 anak yang memiliki usia maksimal 8 tahun.  Tiga Instrumen digunakan untuk mengukur fungsi eksekutif di antaranya Go or No Go Test untuk mengukur inhibition, Corsi Block Test untuk mengukur working memory, Wisconsin Card Sorting Test untuk mengukur cognitive flexibility, sedangkan untuk mengukur Kefasihan Matematika pada anak menggunakan  Woodcock-Munoz Battery III. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program aktivitas fisik efektif meningkatkan kefasihan matematika. Kesimpulan bahwa  fungsi eksekutif berhasil memediasi hubungan antara program aktivitas fisik brain jogging dengan kefasihan matematika
