Adhesive for aluminum withstands cryogenic temperatures
Polyurethane adhesive mixed to various proportions with milled glass fibers match the thermal characteristics of 2014-T6 aluminum at cryogenic temperatures
A monostrain test apparatus
Test apparatus is designed for determining tensile strength, modulus of elasticity, elongation, and thermal coefficient of contraction or expansion of uniformly shaped plastics, adhesives, and foam materials over temperature range of 700 to 90 K (800 to -300). Tests may be used in design quality control, and in evaluation of new adhesives and plastic materials
I\u27ll Be Waiting in the Gloaming Sweet Genevieve
VERSE 1Oft in fancy down in Dixieland I’m roamingBy the Swanee banks I wander with a sighAnd I kiss my Dixie sweetheart in the gloamingAs I did the night I sadly said good byeOnce again down by the Swanee where we partedIn my dreams I stand once more with bowed down headGeneveive ‘twas there I left you broken heartedWhile I kissed your dear sweet lips and softly said.
CHORUSWhere the sweet Magnolia buds begin to blossomWhen the swallows for the south begin to leaveOh Genevieve sweet Genevieve,I’ll be waiting in the gloaming Genevieve.
VERSE 2Far away from Dixieland tonight I’m dreamingOf a lassie ‘neath the dear old Southern skyI can see her where the silv’ry light is gleamingOn the banks where oft we wandered she and IThen my heart is heavy as I wait in sadnessFor the day that brings me to my darling’s sideSoon my sorrow will be changed sweetheart to gladness‘Neath the sweet magnolias with my Dixie bride.

Reducing New-Born Lamb Stress
More than 80 percent of lamb death occurs in the first 2 to 3 days of age. Generally, starvation, hypothermia (lowered body core temperature), and scours account for these baby lamb losses. It’s essential for a newborn lamb to consume adequate colostrum -- 2 to 3 ounces per pound of body weight -- during its first 24 hours of life. Ewe colostrum is preferred, yet cow and goat colostrum can be substituted. Colostrum provides energy, protein, minerals, vitamins, water, and important antibody properties
