    PENGEMBANGAN PROGRAM PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI GURU IPA BERBASIS LESSON STUDY- LEARNING COMMUNITY (LS-LC) DENGAN STRATEGI BLENDED TRAINING

    Rata-rata nilai UKG yang rendah, program pelatihan berkelanjutan yang belum mengantisipasi kesulitan guru dalam berpartisipasi, serta kurang maksimalnya peran komunitas guru (MGMP) IPA, menjadi dasar untuk mengembangkan program peningkatan professional guru IPA berbasis LS-LC dengan strategi blended training. Pengembangan program telah dilakukan menggunakan metode design and development research. Program dikembangkan berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan guru, dan hasilnya diuji coba terhadap beberapa orang guru IPA dan 18 siswa SMP Kabupaten Bogor. Implementasi program dilaksanakan terhadap 36 orang guru IPA di Kabupaten Bogor. Kompetensi guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran dilatihkan dalam kegiatan LS melibatkan 60 orang siswa dari 3 SMP di Kabupaten Bogor. Produk pengembangan adalah program pelatihan berkelanjutan menggunakan moda blended berbasis LS-LC dan memanfaatkan aplikasi khusus yang dapat diakses oleh para guru. Program pelatihan yang dikemas 29 JP yang terdiri atas 6 tahapan kegiatan dengan moda on-off sesuai dengan karakteristik materi pelatihan. Program pelatihan dilengkapi dengan buku panduan diklat, yang berisi tujuan program, konten program, moda pelatihan dan instruksi penggunaan aplikasi, serta kisi-kisi instrumen pengukuran kompetensi guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan hasil UKG guru, meningkatkan partisipasi komunitas belajar (MGMP) lebih intens, dan meningkatkan partisipasi aktif guru karena dikemas blended. Selain itu, hasil evaluasi program menunjukkan efektifitas program pada tingkat kategori sedang (69%). Guru IPA umumnya merespon sangat baik terhadap program pengembangan profesi ini, dimana 78% merespon sangat baik dan 22 % merespon dengan kategori baik. Kata kunci: kompetensi guru IPA, pendidikan dan pelatihan, LS-LC   The low average UKG scores, continuous training programs that have not yet anticipated teacher difficulties in participating, and the less role of science teacher community (MGMP) have become the basis for developing a professional development program for science teachers based on lesson Study- Learning Community (LS-LC) with a blended training strategy. The program development has been carried out using the design and development research method. The program was developed based on the results of the analysis of teacher needs, and the results were tested on several science teachers and 18 junior high school students in Bogor Regency. The implementation of the program was carried out on 36 science teachers in Bogor Regency. The competence of teachers in managing learning is trained in LS activities arranged by Science MGMP, involving 60 students from 3 junior high schools in Bogor Regency. The development product is a continuous training program using a blended mode based on the LS-LC and utilizing a special application that can be accessed by teachers. Packaged training program 29 JP which consists of 6 stages of activities with on-off mode according to the characteristics of the training material. The training program is equipped with a training manual, which contains program objectives, program content, training modes and instructions for using the application, as well as a grid of teacher competency measurement instruments. The results showed that the program developed was able to improve teacher UKG results, increase learning community participation (MGMP) more intensely, and increase teacher active participation because it was packaged in a blended manner. In addition, the results of the program evaluation show the effectiveness of the program at the moderate category level. Science teachers generally respond very well to this professional development program, where 78% respond very well and 22% respond in the good categories.     Analysis of the Functions of KIT IPA to Support the Independent Curriculum in SDN 1 Cicadas, Bogor Regency

    Props have an important role in achieve a learning goal. Inside props science learning can be in the form of an Integrated Instrument Component (KIT). The challenge of the independent curriculum is that learning facilities are still lacking, and learning resources are incomplete, while the goal in implementing the Independent Curriculum is to train students' soft skills through various school and learning activities. SDN 1 Cicadas already has several Science KITs, but it turns out that the teachers are not optimally using teaching aids when learning Science. This study aims to find out how the Science KIT functions in supporting the Merdeka Curriculum. Data collected using a qualitative approach to the case study method with observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies.The final results of this study indicate that the Science KIT functions in helping teachers prepare lessons for Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) and making it easier for students to understand learning, improving the quality of science teaching and learning in elementary schools especially during this independent curriculum, developing human resource development programs, creating a fun, active, creative and effective science learning atmosphere. From the results of this study it can be concluded that The science kit at SDN 1 Cicadas comes from BOS funds with fairly complete availability. The function of the Science Kit is to improve the quality of teaching and learning, and to assist teachers in teaching and learning. While the advantages of the Science KIT are training accuracy and dexterity, helping and facilitating teachers, the weakness is that the Science KIT is easily damaged if it is never used

    PENGEMBANGAN PROFESIONALISME GURU IPA SMP BPI BANDUNG

    Tujuan artikel ini mendeskripsikan langkah pengemabangan profesionalisme guru di SMP BPI Bandung. Peningkatan profesionalisme guru IPA yaitu kemampuan berpikir kritis, kolaboratif, kreatifitas dan komunikasi. Hal tersebut menarik untuk dikaji ulang dan dibentuk menjadi kecakapan guru dalam pembelajaran. Hal tersebut sangat penting karena guru merupakan agen perubahan generasi penerus yang akan datang. Kebermutuan anak-anak sekarang dan masa yang akan datang tergantung pada keberhasilan pendidikan yang dilakukan. Pembelajaran yang dengan guru yang professional akan menghasilkan pembelajaran yang bermutu. Metode yang digunakan merupakan diskeptif kualitatif.  Hasil Penelitian memperoleh dengan adanya kegiatan perencanaan yang baik maka akan menghasilkan pengimplementasian pembelajaran berjalan dengan lebih baik dan bermutu. Kesimpulannya pengembangan profesionalisme guru IPA SMP BPI di Bandung yang cocok diterapkan yaitu pengembangan komunitas belajar guru melalui metode lesson study, adanya peningkatan keprofesionalisasime guru, kesiapan, percayadiri dan mau menerima kritikan. Perencanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan menyesuaikan siswa supaya dapat belajar. Lesson desain tersusun pada tahap perencanaan yang tersusun simple dan sistematis. Selanjutnya pengimplementasian lesson desain dalam pembelajaran yang memfasilitasi siswa belajar, guru lebih percaya diri dan siap dalam pembelajaran. Tahap terakhir refleksi bersama untuk memperbaiki dan belajar bersama melalui pembelajaran yang dilakukan

    Research Development on Management of Child-Friendly Schools (CFS) in Elementary School: A Bibliometric Analysis Using VOSviewer

    The purpose of this study was to analyze the research trends development of management on child-friendly schools (CFS) management at the elementary school. The research method used is bibliometric analysis. Data was obtained from the Google Scholar database in the form of papers published in international journals from 2017-2022. Data processing was carried out in three stages, 1) data collection, 2) data selection and 3) data analysis using VOSviewer. The results showed that the trend of research development on management of child-friendly school was highest in 2013 with 162 publications. The results of the overlay analysis shown in yellow circles indicate research topics that are often used in recent research, namely young child, early childhood education, children, appropriate education, need, school closure, learning, pandemic, covid, parent and home. While topics that are rarely used are clinician, school climate, school closure, disability, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, women. The results of this study illustrate that the research topic for management of child-friendly school can be developed towards the term model of friendly schools for women and disabilities, development of a child-friendly school climate, and friendly schools for children with special needs

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendiskripsikan kelayakan Subject Specific Pedagogy (SSP) IPA berdasarkan Project Based Learning (PjBL) untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses dan curiosity peserta didik, (2) mengetahui hasil peningkatan keterampilan proses dalam pembelajaran IPA dengan menggunakan Subject Specific Pedagogy IPA berdasarkan Project Based Learning yang dikembangkan, (3) mengetahui hasil peningkatan curiosity dalam pembelajaran IPA dengan menggunakan Subject Specific Pedagogy IPA berdasarkan Project Based Learning yang dikembangkan, dan (4) mengetahui perbedaan keefektifan penerapan pembelajaran menggunakan Subject Specific Pedagogy IPA berdasarkan Project Based Learning terhadap keterampilan proses dan curiosity. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa Subject Specific Pedagogy IPA perangkat pembelajaran yang meliputi Silabus, RPP, Materi Ajar, LKPD dan LEPD. Prosedur pengembangan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada langkah-langkah model prosedural yang diadaptasi dari Model Borg & Gall yang meliputi studi pendahuluan dan pengembangan, pengembangan (meliputi penyusunan SSP dan validasi, uji coba terbatas dan revisi, uji coba diperluas) dan evaluasi (meliputi penyempurnaan produk, serta diseminasi dan implementasi produk). Validasi produk dilakukan oleh dua dosen ahli dan dua guru IPA. Uji coba terbatas dilaksanakan di kelas VIIB SMP N 1 Prambanan dengan melakukan pembelajaran dan mengujikan semua SPP yang dikemabangkan. Uji coba diperluas dilaksanakan di SMP N 1 Prambanan dengan kelas VIIA sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIIC sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Subject Specific Pedagogy IPA layak digunakan dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”. (2) Subject Specific Pedagogy IPA berdasarkan Project Based Learning dapat meningkatkan keterampilan proses. (3) Subject Specific Pedagogy IPA berdasarkan Project Based Learning dapat meningkatkan curiosity. (4) Subject Specific Pedagogy IPA berdasarkan Project Based Learning efektif meningkatkan keterampilan proses dan curiosity
