    Hepatitis B on Pregnant Women in Daerah Khusus Ibukota (DKI) Jakarta 2015

    The Hepatitis B virus has infected some 2 billion people in the world. Indonesia is the second largest in the South East Asian Region (SEAR) after Myanmar. According to the results of Riskesdas in 2013, the number of people diagnosed by symptoms, showed twice increase compared to 2007 data. The effect of hepatitis virus on pregnant women increase the incidence of abortion, parts premiums, and bleeding. Risks to the fetus are premature, fetal death and transmission of viral hepatitis. This study aimed to determine the prevalence of hepatitis B in pregnant women in Daerah Khusus Ibukota (DKI) Jakarta (except the Kepulauan Seribu) in 2015. The data obtained from Sub-directorate of Hepatitis and Gastrointestinal Infectious Diseases Directorate General of Disease Prevention and Control Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia as the institutionthat has the Hepatitis B survey program in 2015 in collaborated to Dinas Kesehatan (public health Office) and Puskesmas (community Health centers) in five areas of DKI Jakarta and BBLK Jakarta as laboratory inspectors. As the result of the research, known that Hepatitis B sufferers in pregnant women as much as three people per100.000 population (2.76/100.000) with 95% confidence interval, this number increased compared to 2014 that there were two people per 100.000 population (1.66/100.000). The proportion of pregnant women suffering from Hepatitis B in 2015 was 2.12%, increasing from the previous year which amounted to 1.98%. From the five areas of DKI Jakarta, the highest proportion occurred in North Jakarta at 2.57%, while the lowest was in South Jakarta at 1.65%. Hepatitis B infection plays an essential role in the occurrence of chronic liver disease in Indonesia. The preventing and omitting the transmission chains especially from pregnant women can further enhance through the part of the government and individual communities.     Tracer Study: the Alignment of Work Types with the Origin of Alumni Specialization of FKM UI

    The purpose of the study is to find out the alignment of the work types with the original specialization of alumni from the public health faculty of Universitas Indonesia based on the results of 2010-2017 tracer study of public health undergraduate of FKM UI. The study used secondary data from the 2010-2017 FKM UI Tracer Study with samples 298 people. Moreover, the study used Multivariate Analysis, especially multiple logistic regression analysis. The results of the multivariate analysis showed that the variables were significantly related to work alignment, namely variables of the origin specialization and the number of applying for jobs. Then, the variables of residency, work waiting period, additional courses and the number of interview calls are called confounding variables. The analysis results of Odds Ratio (OR) from the original specialization variables are 3. It means 3 alumni whose original specialization in Occupational Safety Health (K3) will get job which is line with their specialization 3 times higher than alumni whose specialization in Science Public Health (IKM) after getting controlled variables, such as the number of job applications, residency, work waiting period, additional courses and number of interview calls

    Patients with asthma have bronchospasm and bronchoconstriction that can cause a decrease in respiratory function. Theresearch aims to identify the effect of exercise asthma to increased respiratory muscle strength and pulmonary function inasthma patients with asthma. The study design is a pretest-Post test Control Group design. Samples numbered 50 patients,taken with purposive sampling, and consists of intervention and control groups. The results of the study, there is a relationshipbetween exercise asthma to increased respiratory muscle strength (p= 0.0005; α= 0.05) and pulmonary function (p= 0.0005;α= 0.05) in patients with asthma, after controlling weight and height. Recommendations for exercise asthma into nursingintervention program on asthma management to improve respiratory muscle strength and lung function of asthma patients

    Penurunan Respon Nyeri Akut Pada Bayi Prematur Yang Dilakukan Prosedur Invasif Melalui Developmental Care

    Pain is a stimulus that can damage the developing brains of premature babies. Developmental care is one strategyin reduce pain caused by invasive procedure. The objective of this research was to determine the effects of developmentalcare on acute pain response in premature babies who had been performed invasive procedure. This study used quasiexperimentresearch design non equivalen control group, before and after design, involving 42 sample consisted of 21premature babies in both control and intervention groups, technical sampling used accidental sampling. This studyfounded that there was a significant difference in change score of acute pain response between on intervention andcontrol groups (p= 0.000; α= 0.05), developmental care decreased 2,05 point of pain scores). Developmental care wasrecommended to be applied in nursing care for premature babies. Further research on effect developmental care ondevelopment of premature babies influence cognitive, languanges, and motor skills aspects need to be designed

    Nurse's commitment and loyalty are important things in the health care sectors, to develop good work performance and productivity. Human resources management in Surabaya Islamic hospital that related nurse retention still focused in extrinsic efforts. In the future need comprehensive management to stimulate nurse intrinsic motivation to be more committed. Spiritual leadership is gained to develop organizational commitment based on integration of altruistic love and organizational culture. This research to investigate the influence of spiritual leadership effects on nurse's organizational commitment in Surabaya Islamic Hospitals based on the control group with pre and post test design. The subjects are 82 nurses, divided into intervention and control group in Surabaya Islamic Hospitals nursing care wards. Instruments to examine organizational commitment is measured by using adaptations Psychological Attachment Instrument which is presented by O'Reilly dan Chatman. Data analysis used mean t-test also liniary multiple regression. The result showed that there was significant differences after practiced spiritual leadership and before practiced (p value=0.000). There was significant differences between nurse's organizational commitment that practiced spiritual leadership and no practiced (p value=0.005). The factors used to predict increases nurses organizational commitment in research showed that spiritual leadership, female gender, married status, increases age also long nurse's tenure. Spiritual leadership based on vision, altruistic love, hope/ faith will be stimulate spiritual survival with could to develop nurse calling and membership, and then driver organizational commitment.
