    Pertumbuhan Optimum Penicillium Spp. Dan Cunninghamella Spp. Yang Diisolasi Dari Pakan Dan Efek Toksiknya Pada Mencit (Mus Musculus)

    Fungi are a major microorganism present in the feedstuffs that able to reduce nutritive value and produce toxin that harmful for animal. Penicillium spp. and Cunninghamella spp. were dominant present in the feedstuffs in tropical regions. The objectives of this study were to find out the optimum pH and temperature of Penicillium spp. and Cunninghamella spp. on agar media and to find out the effect of feeding diet containing corn contaminated with the fungi at level of 0%, 50% and 100% on the performance and relative organ weight of 45 mice (Mus musculus). Cunninghamella spp. grew at pH range of 3-9, and Penicillium spp. at pH range of 3-7. The temperature for the optimum growth of both fungi was on room temperature (28±2 oC). Feed consumption and daily gain (ADG) of mice were not significantly affected by content of corn contaminated with Cunninghamella spp. Conversely, corn contaminated with Penicillium spp. significantly (P < 0.05) reduced feed consumption and ADG of mice. Treatments had no effect on liver and hearth relative weight, but significantly influenced relative weight of kidney and lymph. Lymph relative weight of mice fed ration containing Penicillium-contaminated corn was lower (P < 0.05) than that of control. Mice treated with contaminated corn from both fungi at the level 100% also significantly (P < 0.05) had higher kidney relative weight than that of control. It was concluded that the toxic effect of Penicillium spp. was higher than that of Cunninghamella spp

    A common problem in this study is " How Increased Activity of Students in math learning Method Using Realistic In Kelas V SDN 12 Sungai Pinyuh ? " . The purpose of this study is to describe the learning of increased activity Learners Kelas V SDN 12 Sungai Pinyuh in the learning of mathematics by using realistic media , both physically , mentally and emotionally . The method used in this study is a survey method by using a sheet of observation , the nature of the research is qualitative . The subjects in this study were teachers and fifth grade students numbering 23 people . Using observational data collection techniques. Means of data collection in the form of sheets of observations and data analysis techniques using a percentage formula . The results showed an increase in activity of learners from the base line to each cycle , namely , 1 ) the physical activity of students from baseline 17.38 % in the second cycle by 85.85 % increased by 68.47 % to a high category , 2 ) mental activity of learners baseline 12.31 % to 60.86 % in the second cycle increased by 48.55 % to the category of fairly tinggi.3 ) emotional activity learners from baseline 24.63 % to 86.96 % an increase amounted to 62.36 % with the high category . Conclusion that the use of realistic media can increase physical activity , mental and emotional fifth grade students in Kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 12 Sungai Pinyuh

    The purpose of this research was to describe the increase in the activity of learners through integrated thematic learning by way of scientific approach in class I primary school 05 Delta Pawan, as well as improved planning and implementation of learning.The research method using descriptive methods. This research is institutional survey with a setting in the classroom. Data collection techniques using direct observation techniques, instruments used observation sheet. This research is a classroom action research with 3 cycles. The results showed: 1) Planning thematic learning integrated with scientific approaches to increase physical activity of students in class I primary school 05 Delta Pawan, an increase of 1.37 less category; 2) Implementation of the learning increased by 1.45 less category; 3) Physical activity of students has increased by 29.26% lower category; 4) The mental activity of students has increased by 46.34% quite category; 5) emotional activity learners increased by 33.33% lower categories. With a scientific approach of learning in first class elementary school, positive impact and meaningful for students

    The purpose of this study to describe the increasing interest of learners in an integrated thematic learning to use scientific approach in Public Elementary School Fourth Grade 28 Nanga Tayap Ketapang. The method used in this research is descriptive method of research is a survey studies Form. Type class action research. Subjects in this study were educators and learners who totaled 20 people. Interest students in learning from initial research by 23.33% increase in cycle 3 of 80.00% an increase of 56.67%. Attention students also increased from the initial research by 28.00% increase in cycle 3 of 93.00% an increase of 65.00%. The willingness of students to follow the lessons of the early research of 18.33% increase in cycle 3 of 86.67% an increase of 68.34%. Method that is utilized is deskriftif\u27s method whereas research form that is utilized is survey studies with Actions Observational type braze. Performance indicator that is analyzed is physical activity, mental and emotional. With acquired observational end product which is physical activity base line11.11% to III. cycles as big as 16,67% worked up as big as 5,56% by tall categories. Meanwhile mental activity from base line 1,39% to III. cycles as big as 7,49% worked up as big as 6.1% by tall categories.
