    Maksud dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh rumusan yang optimal analog olesan keju menggunakan metode Design Expert versi 10.0 d-optimal berdasarkan bahan kimia respon tersebut meliputi kadar air, kadar protein, kadar lemak, kadar garam, pH, aktivitas antioksidan dan total fenol. Respon fisik meliputi viskositas dan respon sensorik meliputi warna, rasa, rasa dan menyebar. Penentuan optimasi formulasi dilakukan menggunakan Design Expert d-optimal metode. Rancangan dilakukan dengan menentukan batas bawah (rendah) dan batas atas (tinggi) di setiap bahan baku Bahan yang digunakan adalah tahu lunak 35% - 39% dan bubuk paprika 1% - 5% air sehingga didapat 10 formulasi. Hasil penelitian utama menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan design expert versi 10.0 d-optimal Metode ini dapat memberikan formulasi analog olesan keju yang optimal dengan penggunaan soft tofu 35% dan bubuk paprika 5%. dan telah diprediksi oleh program pakar desain versi 10.0 d-optimal metode dengan analisis kimia yaitu analisis kimiawi kelembaban 55,667%, protein 15,273%, lemak 13,447%, garam 0,420%, Ph 5,394, aktivitas antioksidan 3410,125 ppm, total fenol 0,035%, fisik analisis viskositas 4550,765, dan warna organoleptik 3,217 (agak tidak suka), aroma 2,979 (tidak suka), rasa 3.064 (agak tidak disukai) dan oles power 2.912 (dislike

    COVID-19 Vaccine Acceptance in A Private Islamic Boarding School, West Nusa Tenggara

    The COVID-19 vaccination program began in Indonesia in 2020, but it is still unknown how well it has been received by particular communities in places like the West Nusa Tenggara region's Islamic boarding schools. This research aimed to identify the characteristics and factors that contribute to the COVID-19 vaccine's acceptance at the Nurul Islam Sekarbela Islamic Boarding School. In August 2022, a cross-sectional survey was conducted on a stratified random sample of chosen boarding school students using a validated questionnaire. Data on demographic factors, COVID-19 history, religious acceptance, and opinions were all examined descriptively. A total of 124 students, or 62%, gave their informed permission. Based on the findings, it was determined that the Nurul Islam Sekarbela Islamic Boarding School's level of acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccine is still considered low (35%) and in doubt (65%).     Various alternative waste processing can be done in overcoming waste problems, one of which is by doing bioconversion. The BSF life cycle from egg to adult flies lasts about 40 days. BSF larvae (maggot) are classified as immune because they are able to live in extreme environments, such as media or garbage containing salt, alcohol, acids and. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge and enthusiasm of residents about the benefits of maggot so that they can reduce kitchen waste and the community is able to practice or make maggot independently. The activity method is carried out in several sessions, namely socialization and practice. The results of this study were that the service participants enthusiastically participated in the socialization activities carried out. The conclusion from this activity is that the community gets useful material about maggot as a decomposer for waste and animal feed and the people of Wakan Village can make maggot independently.Berbagai alternatif pengolahan sampah dapat dilakukan dalam mengatasi permasalahan sampah, salah satunya dengan melakukan biokonversi. Siklus hidup BSF dari telur hingga menjadi lalat dewasa berlangsung sekitar 40 hari. Metode kegiatan dilakukan dengan beberapa sesi, yaitu sosialisasi dan praktik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peserta pengabdian antusias mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi yang dilakukan. Kesmipulan dari kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat mendapatkan materi yang bermanfaat tentang maggot sebagai pengurai sampah dan pakan ternak dan masyarakat Desa Wakan dapat membuat maggot secara mandiri
