Spin transfer in a ferromagnet-quantum dot and tunnel barrier coupled Aharonov-Bohm ring system with Rashba spin-orbit interactions

The spin transfer effect in ferromagnet-quantum dot (insulator)-ferromagnet Aharonov-Bohm (AB) ring system with Rashba spin-orbit (SO) interactions is investigated by means of Keldysh nonequilibrium Green function method. It is found that both the magnitude and direction of the spin transfer torque (STT) acting on the right ferromagnet electrode can be effectively controlled by changing the magnetic flux threading the AB ring or the gate voltage on the quantum dot. The STT can be greatly augmented by matching a proper magnetic flux and an SO interaction at a cost of low electrical current. The STT, electrical current, and spin current are uncovered to oscillate with the magnetic flux. The present results are expected to be useful for information storage in nanospintronics.Comment: 17pages, 7figure

Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Program Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat Pesisir (PEMP) Sebagai Upaya Penanggulangan Kemiskinan di Kecamatan Batudaa Pantai Kabupaten Gorontalo

The potential of marine resources that is large enough owned by Gorontalo Regency in reality has not been able to give maximum contribution for improving coastal community welfare. The most dominant issue facing coastal areas is the problem of poverty. The purpose of this study is to find out how far the impact of this PEMP program on poverty alleviation in District Batudaa Pantai Gorontalo. The type of this study is an evaluative study. The type of evaluation study used is a descriptive evaluation of assessing and analyzing data by describing or describing existing data and analyzing the results. The results show that the KMP selection mechanism has not yet given room for participation in decision-making and empowerment of the poor; Disbursement mechanism and fund management less effective, not transparent; Strengthening of socio-economic organization of society not yet effective and process of assistance less than optimal Potensi sumber daya laut yang cukup besar yang dimiliki Kabupaten Gorontalo dalam kenyataannya belum mampu memberikan kontribusi secara maksimal bagi peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat pesisir. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh dampak program PEMP ini terhadap penanggulangan kemiskinan di Kecamatan Batudaa Pantai Kabupaten Gorontalo.Adapun tipe penelitian ini merupakan suatu studi evaluatif. Jenis studi evaluasi yang digunakan adalah evaluasi deskriftif yaitu menilai dan menganalisa data dengan cara menggambarkan atau mendeskripsikan data yang telah ada dan menganalisanya Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Mekanisme pemilihan KMP belumlah memberi ruang partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat miskin; Mekanisme pencairan dan pengelolaan dana kurang efektif, tidak transparan; Penguatan organisasi sosial ekonomi masyarakat belum efektif serta proses pendampingan kurang optima

OPTIMALISASI PELAYANAN KESEHATAN TERHADAP MASYARAKAT MISKIN DI PROVINSI GORONTALO

Giving the Performance Accountability of Government (PAG) in its implementation in the Government of Gorontalo province area Regional Government Budget (RGB) had been brought the changes to improving the quality of service, increase the official performance. Thus, The Performance Accountability of Government (APR) is a noble policy, where in its implementation still requires the support and commitment from the leaders to improve the performance of subordinates and Government Civil Servants (GCS) are always encouraged to give the better service to the society and also to constantly innovate for the preparing of continuous improvement and continuous performance. Giving Performance Accountability of Government (PAG) needs to continue, and followed the sharpen system performance assessment with quantitative indicators that based on professionalism Government Civil Servants (GCS)

Implementation of Open JPTP Fulfillment Policy to Improve Leadership Competence the Area of Gorontalo Government (Case Study of Open Selection 2016)

The research aims to describe and analyze strategies and factors determining a successful implementation of open JPTP fulfillment policy to improve leadership competence in the area of Gorontalo Government. The research applied the qualitative method and the data collection techniques included observation, in-depth interview analysis, documentation study, and focus group discussion. Furthermore, data analysis technique used here was the interactive model analysis. The findings clarified that (1) A successful implementation of open JPTP fulfillment policy to improve leadership competence in the area of Gorontalo government was realized by conducting the planning, implementation, and monitoring strategies collaborated with a limited public debate and selected candidate performance assessment; (2) Factors determining a successful implementation of open JPTP fulfillment policy to improve leadership competence in the area of Gorontalo Government were the communication factor, implementing attitude factor, resource factor, bureaucracy structure factor, training factor, motivation factor, and Mololawalo culture factor.
