    Employee motivation and its impact on employee loyalty

    When change and restructuring in an organization becomes inevitable, employee loyalty and their motivation becomes one of the major challenges currently facing most companies in the present world of business. On top of the ongoing focus on recruiting new talent, a further challenge lies in ensuring existing staff are focused, engaged and thus retained. Good organizations understand that loyal employee will result in a better business performance, so many are placing greater emphasis on measuring employee loyalty and how to motivate them in order to keep their staff happy. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing employee motivation which will leads to employee loyalty towards their organization. The methodology uses in this research is through the distribution of a set of questionnaire to one hundred and eighty five respondents. Results from this study will be practically significant to practitioners and academicians in providing them with information on the most effective ways on how to manage their employees

    Towards Achieving of Long-Term Agriculture Sustainability: a Systematic Review of Asian Farmers’ Modern Technology Farming Behavioural Intention and Adoption’s Key Indicators

    Purpose: The objectives of this study to identify the indicator of factors make Asian farmer community influence towards modern technology farming practices and adaptation.   Theoretical Framework: 11 of final recent literature had reported according to the eligibility and screening procedure which focus on   Design/methodology/approach: using thematic analysis guided by ROSES 2018 to conduct systematic literature review. ROSES protocol as a guidance through five key methodological review processes that begins with identification screening using two eligibility databases namely Scopus and Web of Science. After formulating the research questions, quality appraisal and data extraction are done and the final process is analysis.   Findings: From thematic analysis, this 11 of final review articles had identify six main themes 1) demographic indicator; 2) perception and belief indicators, 3) perceived awareness 4) technology acceptance indicators; 5) internal factor indicators; and 6) external factor indicators.  From the six main themes, the review found another 33 sub-themes.   Research, practical & social implications: There is a significant contribution into the body of existing knowledge and for practical implications.  The findings explained the significant importance factors of technology behavioural intention and adaptation indicators to Asian community such as: 1) Listed factors may influence and transform the traditional agriculture into modern agriculture practices among Asian farmer community; 2) A government strategies and policy for strengthening future agriculture sector and 3) to recommend future direction for researcher in this area of study.   Originality/value: The result had identified a growing number of literature on the factors can motivate and encourage Asian Farmer to adopt modern technology into their farming which can contribute the most importance to the government and policy maker.  Despite, ASEAN countries are still lagging behind advance countries particularly in agriculture sector.  Indeed, there were insufficient studies that systematically review the existing literature review on behavioural intention and adaptation of modern technology in Asia region.  Hence, it’s a need to review the existing of literature on factors influencing Asian Farmer in technology behavioural intention and adaptation

    The effect of green practice activities on the understanding of green technology topics in the secondary school Geography curriculum

    This study aims to analyze the levels of,and differences between,the effects of variables related togreen practice activities on the understanding of green technology topics in the Form 2 Geography curriculum in SekolahMenengahKebangsaan Seri Aman, Johor. A quantitative approach with a survey and questionnaire design was used in this study, whichsampled152 Form 2 and 3 students using a simple random sampling technique. Descriptive analysis (frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation) and inferential analysis (t-test and ANOVA) were used to answer the study questions. The findings of the study showed that the high level of effects(M = 3.95, SP = .78). The t-test results showed no significant difference between the effects based on age t (152) = .279, p> .05. The results of the t-test showed a significant difference between the effects based on gender t (152) = .001, p .05. In conclusion, this study shows that students weregreatly affected bythe impactsofgreen practice activities. The study also makesrecommendations to improve the implementation of green practice activities. The Ministry of Education Malaysia can usethis study as a reference and encourage all schools to implement green practice activities so that love for the environment can be applied and the students' understanding of environmental topics,such as green technology, canincrease

    The striking global transmission of COVID-19 has empowered numerous governments to intervene in order to keep the contamination at bay. Medical tourism could be a developing marvel with arrangement ideas for wellbeing frameworks, particularly in goal countries. Medical tourism, a rapidly growing industry, has been identified as a potential source of financial diversification by a number of countries. This study proves that government expenditure is significantly affected by CO2 emission and sectors, all in contributions to pollution. Despite the fact that Indonesia is one of the most popular destinations for therapeutic tourism, research into its competitiveness has been limited and limited in scope. This case study employs a quantitative approach to identify and analyse the variables that position Indonesia as a viable medical tourism destination. Based on an all-inclusive approach, this investigation discovered that coordinating various procedures for restorative tourism advancement with sound government arrangements and proactive administration practises has resulted in significant positive results toward shared victory of Indonesia’s tourism and healthcare segments

    Food Safety, Emotional Experience and Health Behaviour Influence on purchase Intention of Nasi Lemak Among Malaysians

    Nasi lemak is one of the traditional foods that has a significant role in the life of Malaysian society. This paper investigated the factors (food safety, emotional experience, health behaviour) that influence the purchase intention of nasi lemak among Malaysians. Survey method was applied in this study. The theoretical framework is based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The data were collected from 718 convenience sample using 5-pointLikert scale items. Smart PLS was applied to analyse the data. The study revealed the existence of a positive and significant relationship between Emotional experience and health behaviour towards the purchase intention of nasi lemak. It also shows that food safety does not have a significant influence on the purchase intention of nasi lemak. This study adds to the body of knowledge on nasi lemak purchase intent by improving our understanding of consumers' emotional experiences and health behaviours. Only emotional experience and health behaviour were found to have a substantial favourable effect on nasi lemak purchasing intention in Malaysian culture in this study. These findings suggest that by stressing their distinctive benefits and environmentally friendly method, nasi lemak may better match the emotional value and health behaviour of consumers. We also found that food safety has no bearing on nasi lemak buying intent in this study. Other traditional meals should be studied in the future to understand what aspects influence Malaysians' purchasing intentions. Furthermore, this study adds to the knowledge of consumer intent to purchase nasi lemak in developing and rising countries by contributing to the literature on food consumption.
