    This paper is a preliminary step to assess the feasibility of telework for any given organisation. We posit two qualitative frames of telework to define the additional, digital referential platforms that exist with regard to work today: abstraction and conceptualisation. To communicate research within this field we utilise a language taxonomy derived out of a review of the relevant literature. Furthermore, we propose a transformer model to serve as a means to i) interpret quantitative aspects of telework such as metrics and KPIs and ii) inform stakeholder decisions with regard to appropriate telework configurations for their respective company

    High Temperature Superconductivity in the Bi-Ca-Sr-Cu-O System has been observed and has attracted considerable attention in 1988. The 80 K superconductivity phase has been identified to have a composition of Bi2CaSr2Cu2Ox, while the 110 K phase as reported in the literature has a possible composition of Bi2Ca2Sr2Cu3Ox.     Healing architecture secara umum diartikan sebagai penyembuhan yang dilakukan melalui elemen arsitektur. Dalam penerapannya, Healing Architecture umumnya dikaitkan dengan pemberian aspek warna dan alam ke dalam bangunan, mengingat kedua aspek inilah yang terbukti mampu membantu tingkat kesembuhan pasien. Namun secara definisi, penerapan Healing Architecture ini tidak selalu harus diwujudkan dalam bentuk kedua aspek di atas. Pada objek rancang ini, sebuah pendekatan baru diterapkan dalam prinsip Healing Architecture. Pendekatan ini diterapkan dalam objek rancang dengan menghadirkan kehidupan sehari-hari yang disukai sebagian besar masyarakat dalam kegiatan rumah sakit. Perwujudan konsep ini dihadirkan dengan memberikan konsep pusat perbelanjaan (Mall) ke dalam bangunan rumah sakit, sehingga suasana rumah sakit yang dingin dan kaku menjadi lebih hidup dan penuh dengan aktivitas. Pada penerapannya, cakupan rumah sakit dibatasi untuk menampung penyakit kanker dan penyakit yang membutuhkan perawatan paliatif lainnya

    The globally encountered energy crisis can be solved by utilizing sunlight as an alternative energy source. Sun energy can be harnessed through application on solar cell. Dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) is a type of solar cell which utilizes dye as light-harvester and also assensitizer. This research aims to investigate the USAge of malabar melastome (Melastoma malabathricum) as dye material and to observe the impact of ethanol solvent's dilution and coating thickness of TiO2 on the DSSC's performance. To fabricate the DSSC, material preparation and dye extraction was done by dissolving fruit of malabar melastome in amixture of 40 ml ethanol, 8 ml acetic acid, and 52 ml aquadest. The making of TiO2 paste was done by mixing 5 g of TiO2 with 40 ml solvent and deposited using spin coating method. Themaking of electrolyte was done by dissolving 0,127 g of iodine in 0,5 M of KI solvent. The counter-electrode was made and the DSSC was assembled. The DSSC's voltage was thenexamined using multitester and analyzed using SEM, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, and adhesion test. The higher ethanol fraction in the solvent and the thicker the coating of TiO2,the better voltage resulted. This fact is supported by the morphology and adhesivity test. It can be proved from the highest voltage that is obtained from the sample with 100% ethanol fraction and the thickness of 240 μm which is 659 mV/cm2 under the illumination of LEDlight and 1806,7 mV/cm2 when applied on direct sunlight

Atribut kebutuhan konsumen ini berguna untuk mengetahui apa saja keinginan dan harapan konsumen akan suatu produk yang dihasilkan oleh Perusahaan. Sehingga kedepannya produk yang dihasilkan oleh Perusahaan akan diminati oleh konsumen serta menarik konsumen untuk membelinya. Selain itu Perusahaan akan mampu bersaing dengan Perusahaan lainnya dan membuat produknya lebih unggul. PT. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (TMMIN) merupakan Perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang Industri Otomotif. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah, terdapat 33 atribut kebutuhan konsumen yang akan diidentifikasi, dengan terlebih dahulu dilakukan beberapa uji yaitu uji kecukupan data, uji validitas, dan uji reliabilitas, dengan menggunakan software SPSS 16.0. Berdasarkan hasil beberapa uji tersebut, atribut kebutuhan konsumen semuanya dapat lolos ke tahap selanjutnya. Kemudian akan dilanjutkan ke tingkat kepentingan konsumen dengan melihat dari skala likertnya. Prioritas yang didapat dari hasil tingkat kepentingan konsumen dengan skala likert pada atribut kebutuhan konsumen adalah pemberian garansi terhadap kerusakan mobil dalam waktu yang lama (3 tahun), sistem pengereman auto break system dan tersedianya bengkel resmi di berbagai tempat. Sebaiknya untuk perbaikan yaitu Perusahaan melakukan perkembangan sesuai dengan prioritas yang konsumen inginkan dan selanjutnya bisa merujuk ke perkembangan atribut-atribut kebutuhan konsumen yang lainnya

    Drug-induced stress granule formation protects sensory hair cells in mouse cochlear explants during ototoxicity

    Stress granules regulate RNA translation during cellular stress, a mechanism that is generally presumed to be protective, since stress granule dysregulation caused by mutation or ageing is associated with neurodegenerative disease. Here, we investigate whether pharmacological manipulation of the stress granule pathway in the auditory organ, the cochlea, affects the survival of sensory hair cells during aminoglycoside ototoxicity, a common cause of acquired hearing loss. We show that hydroxamate (-)-9, a silvestrol analogue that inhibits eIF4A, induces stress granule formation in both an auditory cell line and ex-vivo cochlear cultures and that it prevents ototoxin-induced hair-cell death. In contrast, preventing stress granule formation using the small molecule inhibitor ISRIB increases hair-cell death. Furthermore, we provide the first evidence of stress granule formation in mammalian hair cells in-vivo triggered by aminoglycoside treatment. Our results demonstrate that pharmacological induction of stress granules enhances cell survival in native-tissue, in a clinically-relevant context.     Dvali-Gabadadze-Porrati Cosmology in Bianchi I brane

    The dynamics of Dvali-Gabadadze-Porrati Cosmology (DGP) braneworld with an anisotropic brane is studied. The Friedmann equations and their solutions are obtained for two branches of anisotropic DGP model. The late time behavior in DGP cosmology is examined in the presence of anisotropy which shows that universe enters a self-accelerating phase much later compared to the isotropic case. The acceleration conditions and slow-roll conditions for inflation are obtained
