    Skripsi ini berjudul “Kualitas Pelayanan Kartu Tenaga Kerja Elektronik di Pos Pelayanan Penempatan dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia Cilacap“. Pelayanan publik oleh aparatur pemerintah dewasa ini masih banyak dijumpai kelemahan sehingga belum dapat memenuhi kualitas yang diharapkan masyarakat. Salah satunya pelayanan e-KTKLN di P4TKI Cilacap, masih ada berbagai keluhan yang datang dari masyarakat atau para TKI yang mengeluhkan kualitas di P4TKI ini. E-KTKLN ini merupakan suatu kartu tenaga kerja luar negeri yang berbentuk elektronik yang sangat diperlukan untuk para calon TKI yang akan bekerja di luar negeri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas pelayanan Kartu Tenaga Kerja Luar Negeri Elektronik di Pos Pelayanan Penempatan dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia Cilacap sudah memuaskan.Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survey, lokasi penelitian di Pos Pelayanan Penempatan dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia Cilacap.Sasaran penelitian ini adalah para calon TKI yang datang ke Pos Pelayanan Penempatan dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia Cilacap untuk melakukan pembuatan e-KTKLN dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 312 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling , sampel dapat terpilih karena berada pada waktu, situasi, dan tempat yang tepat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Arithmetic Mean, Standar Deviasi dan Z-Score. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan Kartu Tenaga Kerja Luar Negeri Elektronik di Pos Pelayanan Penempatan dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia Cilacap sudah baik dan memuaskan. Dari lima indikator yang digunakan untuk mengamati kualitas Kartu Tenaga Kerja Luar Negeri Elektronik di Pos Pelayanan Penempatan dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia Cilacap menunjukan indikator (1) tangible/bukti fisik berada pada kategori baik, (2) reliability/keandalan berada pada kategori baik,(3)assurance/jaminan berada pada kategori baik,(4) empathy/kemudahan berada pada kategori baik dan (5) responsiveness/ketanggapan berada pada kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelima indikator kualitas pelayanan e-KTKLN yang terdiri dari tangible, reliability, assurance,empathy, dan responsiveness sudah baik dan memuaskan. Walaupun sudah baik dan memuaskan tetapi masih perlu dijaga serta perlu adanya perbaikan dan peningkatan yang lebih agar pelayanan di Pos Pelayanan Penempatan dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia Cilacap semakin baik dan semakin memuaskan serta menyenangkan untuk para pelanggannya

    Generalized Noiseless Quantum Codes utilizing Quantum Enveloping Algebras

    A generalization of the results of Rasetti and Zanardi concerning avoiding errors in quantum computers by using states preserved by evolution is presented. The concept of dynamical symmetry is generalized from the level of classical Lie algebras and groups to the level of dynamical symmetry based on quantum Lie algebras and quantum groups (in the sense of Woronowicz). A natural connection is proved between states preserved by representations of a quantum group and states preserved by evolution with dynamical symmetry of the appropriate universal enveloping algebra.     A cross-sectional study of memory and executive functions in patients with sporadic inclusion body myositis

    INTRODUCTION: Sporadic inclusion body myositis (IBM) is a degenerative and inflammatory acquired myopathy characterised by muscle deposition of various proteins typically associated with Alzheimer's disease and other neurodegenerative diseases. While cognitive impairment is not noted as a clinical feature of IBM, evidence is lacking. We aimed to investigate whether cognitive performance of patients with IBM differs from population norms, focussing on cognitive domains affected in early Alzheimer's disease (memory, executive function), and to test whether disease duration and the level of disability of IBM are associated with cognitive function. METHODS: Twenty-four patients with IBM (mean [SD] age 62.0 [7.2] years; disease duration 9.6 [4.8] years) were assessed cross-sectionally on neuropsychological tests covering multiple cognitive domains, including the Preclinical Alzheimer Cognitive Composite (PACC). Performance was compared to published normative data adjusted for age, sex and education (National Alzheimer's Coordinating Center; N = 3268). Associations were examined between PACC score, disease duration and level of disability (assessed using the IBM Functional Rating Scale [IBMFRS]). RESULTS: Across all cognitive tests, group performance was within ±1SD of the normative mean. There was no evidence of associations between PACC score and either disease duration (ρ = -0.04, p = 0.87) or IBMFRS total score (ρ = 0.14, p = 0.52). DISCUSSION: Memory and executive function in patients with IBM did not differ from normative data, and we observed no evidence of associations between the cognitive composite and disease duration or level of disability.     Study of heterogeneous nucleation of eutectic Si in high-purity Al-Si alloys with Sr addition

The master-alloy was melt-spun resulting in the production of thin ribbons. The Al matrix of the ribbons contained entrained Al-Si eutectic droplets that were subsequently investigated. Differential scanning calorimetry, thermodynamic calculations, and transmission electron microscopy techniques were employed to examine the effect of the Sr and P additions on eutectic undercoolings and nucleation phenomenon. Results indicate that, unlike P, Sr does not promote nucleation. Increasing Sr additions depressed the eutectic nucleation temperature.     Clinical and genetic spectrum of a Chinese cohort with SCN4A gene mutations

    Skeletal muscle sodium channelopathies due to SCN4A gene mutations have a broad clinical spectrum. However, each phenotype has been reported in few cases of Chinese origin. We present detailed phenotype and genotype data from a cohort of 40 cases with SCN4A gene mutations seen in neuromuscular diagnostic service in Huashan hospital, Fudan University. Cases were referred from 6 independent provinces from 2010 to 2018. A questionnaire covering demographics, precipitating factors, episodes of paralysis and myotonia was designed to collect the clinical information. Electrodiagnostic studies and muscle MRI were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical spectrum of patients included: 6 Hyperkalemic periodic paralysis (15%), 18 Hypokalemic periodic paralysis (45%), 7 sodium channel myotonia (17.5%), 4 paramyotonia congenita (10%) and 5 heterozygous asymptomatic mutation carriers (12.5%). Review of clinical information highlights a significant delay to diagnosis (median 15 years), reports of pain and myalgia in the majority of patients, male predominance, circadian rhythm and common precipitating factors. Electrodiagnostic studies revealed subclinical myotonic discharges and a positive long exercise test in asymptomatic carriers. Muscle MRI identified edema and fatty infiltration in gastrocnemius and soleus. A total of 13 reported and 2 novel SCN4A mutations were identified with most variants distributed in the transmembrane helix S4 to S6, with a hotspot mutation p.Arg675Gln accounting for 32.5% (13/40) of the cohort. Our study revealed a higher proportion of periodic paralysis in SCN4A-mutated patients compared with cohorts from England and the Netherlands. It also highlights the importance of electrodiagnostic studies in diagnosis and segregation studies

    Transport properties of heavy particles in high Reynolds number turbulence

    The statistical properties of heavy particle trajectories in high Reynolds numbers turbulent flows are analyzed. Dimensional analysis assuming Kolmogorov scaling is compared with the result of numerical simulation using a synthetic turbulence advecting field. The non-Markovian nature of the fluid velocity statistics along the solid particle trajectories is put into evidence, and its relevance in the derivation of Lagrangian transport models is discussed.Comment: 30 pages, 11 eps figures included.     Plasma pNfH levels differentiate SBMA from ALS

    Spinal and bulbar muscular atrophy (SBMA), known as Kennedy disease (KD), is a slowly progressive adult-onset X-linked neuromuscular disorder with no effective treatment. It is characterised by progressive limb and bulbar muscle weakness, associated with metabolic and endocrine alterations.1 2 SBMA is caused by the expansion of a CAG repeat in exon 1 of the androgen receptor (AR) gene; more than 37 repeats are pathogenic.1 While the genetic test is diagnostic, biomarkers would aid the initial differential diagnosis, and furthermore, there is a strong need for disease activity and progression markers to inform effective clinical trials design. Neurofilaments (Nfs), both light and heavy chains, are now becoming a widely accepted marker of neuronal damage and a prognostic biomarker for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and other neurodegenerative disease.3–7 Recently, plasma neurofilament light chain (NfL) levels were unexpectedly found not to be raised in patients with SBMA.8 This finding supports other lines of evidence, including an increase in plasma muscle damage markers, myopathic changes in biopsies and a series of genetic experiments in mouse models, that point to a primary myopathic involvement in SBMA.2 9 10 We here used the highly sensitive single molecule array (SIMOA) platform to investigate plasma levels of phosphorylated neurofilament heavy chain (pNfH), another well-established marker of neuronal damage, in patients with SBMA and in a rodent model of disease

    Fruit and Vegetable Intake and Food Store Access: A Cross-Sectional Survey Study in Ypsilanti, Michigan

    Given declines in supermarkets in Washtenaw County, Michigan (MI), we aim to characterize the relationship between food store access and fruit and vegetable intake in Ypsilanti, MI. A cross-sectional, convenience sample survey was conducted in March 2011 at the Ypsilanti District Library (n=83). Self-reported food store access, perceived food environment, and fruit and vegetable intake were assessed. Linear and logistic regressions were performed between store access, fruit and vegetable intake, and meeting dietary recommendations. Perception was evaluated for effect modification. Adjusting for demographics, each food store within one mile of participants’ homes increased odds of meeting recommended intake by 105% (OR 2.05, 95% CI: 1.02, 4.10). However, contrary to previous literature, each additional minute to the food store was associated with consumption of 0.37 (95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.10, 0.64) more servings of fruits and vegetables per day. Perception was not a statistically significant effect modifier, but data suggest differences for those with divergent perceptions. Food environment is associated with fruit and vegetable intake in Ypsilanti, MI. Inconsistent findings suggest that programs should focus on enhancing the food environment within the context of perceptions and preferences

    Combining [(11)C]-AnxA5 PET imaging with serum biomarkers for improved detection in live mice of modest cell death in human solid tumor xenografts

    BACKGROUND: In vivo imaging using Annexin A5-based radioligands is a powerful technique for visualizing massive cell death, but has been less successful in monitoring the modest cell death typically seen in solid tumors after chemotherapy. Here we combined dynamic positron emission tomography (PET) imaging using Annexin A5 with a serum-based apoptosis marker, for improved sensitivity and specificity in assessment of chemotherapy-induced cell death in a solid tumor model. METHODOLOGY/PRINCIPAL FINDINGS: Modest cell death was induced by doxorubicin in a mouse xenograft model with human FaDu head and neck cancer cells. PET imaging was based on (11)C-labeled Sel-tagged Annexin A5 ([(11)C]-AnxA5-ST) and a size-matched control. 2-deoxy-2-[(18)F]fluoro-D-glucose ([(18)F]-FDG) was utilized as a tracer of tissue metabolism. Serum biomarkers for cell death were ccK18 and K18 (M30 ApoptosenseŸ and M65). Apoptosis in tissue sections was verified ex vivo for validation. Both PET imaging using [(11)C]-AnxA5-ST and serum ccK18/K18 levels revealed treatment-induced cell death, with ccK18 displaying the highest detection sensitivity. [(18)F]-FDG uptake was not affected by this treatment in this tumor model. [(11)C]-AnxA5-ST gave robust imaging readouts at one hour and its short half-life made it possible to perform paired scans in the same animal in one imaging session. CONCLUSIONS/SIGNIFICANCE: The combined use of dynamic PET with [(11)C]-AnxA5-ST, showing specific increases in tumor binding potential upon therapy, with ccK18/K18 serum measurements, as highly sensitive markers for cell death, enabled effective assessment of modest therapy-induced cell death in this mouse xenograft model of solid human tumors.VetenskapsrÄdetPublishe
