    Meningkatnya jumlah penduduk di Kota Makassar menyebabkan meningkatnya juga pertumbuhan kendaraan pribadi. Pertumbuhan kendaraan pribadi yang tinggi bisa menyebabkan kemacetan salah satunya di Simpang Jalan Abdullah Dg. Sirua yang sering terjadi tundaan kendaraan pada jam sibuk. Kawasan ini termasuk dalam kawasan yang padat karena merupakan kawasan pusat perdagangan, perkantoran, dan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja tingkat pelayanan persimpangan Jalan Abdullah Dg. Sirua melalui evaluasi kinerja simpang bersinyal berdasarkan analisis waktu sinyal, kapasitas, derajat kejenuhan dan tingkat pelayanan simpang dengan menggunakan metode MKJI 1997. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan diperoleh tingkat pelayanan simpang berada pada level D.  yaitu arus lalu lintas (arus stabil tetapi kecepatan dibatasi) yaitu Derajat Kejenuhan untuk Pendekat Barat, Selatan, Timur dan Utara sebesar 0,82, 0,54, 0,70 dan 0,8. Hal ini menandakan bahwa simpang bersinyal masuk dalam kategori kondisi arus mendekati tidak stabil diatas angka 0,7

    This study aims to identify and analyze illegal online lending practices in the midst of the Covid-19 problems. The research method used in this research is normative juridical research, namely the method of doctrinal legal research by reviewing the applicable regulatory provisions as a basis for analyzing the problems that occur and providing a paradigm as an effort to mitigate those problems. This qualitative research uses a descriptive analysis from primary and secondary legal materials through the study of documents and related literature. Based on the results of the study, the pandemic situation has resulted in growing illegal online loan services. Many individuals and micro, small and medium enterprises UMKM) are entangled in lending and borrowing due to the capital needs as a result of the Emergency Public Activity Restrictions (PPKM) policy.     Mapping ergonomics application to improve SMEs working condition in industrially developing countries: a critical review

    In industrially developing countries (IDC), small and medium enterprises (SMEs) account for the highest proprotion of employment. Unfortunately, the working conditions in SMEs are often very poor and expose employees to a potentially wide range of health and safety risks. This paper presents a comprehensive review of 161 articles related to ergonomics application in SMEs, using Indonesia as a case study. The aim of this paper is to investigate the extent of ergonomics application and identify areas that can be improved to promote effective ergonomics for SMEs in IDC. The most urgent issue found is the need for adopting participatory approach in contrast to the commonly implemented top-down approach. Some good practices in ergonomics application were also revealed from the review, e.g. a multidisciplinary approach, unsophisticated and low-cost solutions, and recognising the importance of productivity. The review also found that more work is still required to achieve appropriate cross-cultural adaptation of ergonomics application. Practitioner Summary: Despite continuous efforts in addressing ergonomics issues in SMEs of IDC, workers are still exposed to poor work conditions. We reviewed factual-based evidence of current ergonomics application to inform future strategies of ergonomics in IDC, using Indonesia as a case study

    Biomechanics is performed to minimize fatigue and risk of muscle bone loss, in repetitive working conditions. So in the placement and operation of the controller must be ergonomic so that the operation in the most efficient besides, to get the inclination (slope). The hand position angle relative to the horizontal so that the maximal force can be applied, then the condition must meet the condition of each muscle. The objective of the study is to apply ergonomic biomechanics to harvest management of combined harverter machines. The data collection is done directly to the user of a combined harverter machine to know the working condition, the collection/measurement, the dimension of the human body. Further data weight and the height of the operator willbe processed to analyze the posture at work. The direct measurements of muscle strength before the redesign of the magnitude of the moment in each segment of the operator body are as follows: The moment of the forearm, the operator A = 11.366 Nm, operator B = 13.769 Nm, operator C = 11.287 Nm and operator D = 11,675 Nm and the magnitude of the moment at the upper arm, on the operator that is operator A = 22.610 N.m, operator B = 27.004 N.m, operator C = 19.845 N.m and operator D = 21.429 N.m.3.     Perkembangan dunia usaha atau industry mengalami persaingan yang begitu ketat dan peningkatan permintaan. Aktivitas pendistribusian merupakan salah satu factor yang sangat penting dari akhir sebuah proses produksi. Distribusi ini sangat menentukan untuk penjadwalan dan tingkat biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk mendistribusikan sebuah produk. Metode yang digunakan dalam hal ini adalah metode Distribution Resorces Planning (DRP) dan data yang didapatkan berdasar data histori selama 1 tahun dengan tujuan penelitian yaitu, mengoptimalkan penjadwalan aktivitas distribusi dan melakukan distribusi dengan biaya yang efisien. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengolahan data yang dilakukan pada distribusi ke 3 negara yakni China,USA,dan Australia sesuai distribusi yang dilakukan oleh Perusahaan total biaya distribusi sebesar Rp. 91.071.776.880,00 dengan total frekuensi pengiriman sebanyak 12 kali. Berdasarkan metode Distribution Resources Planning (DRP) dengan menggunakan teknik forecasting (peramalan) linear regression, menghitung lot sizing (ukuran lot), dan safety stock (stok pengaman) maka, biaya distribusi yang dihasilkan sebesar Rp. 90.879.778.846,74 dengan total frekuensi pengiriman sebanyak 12 kali. Dengan menggunakan metode Distribution Resources Planning (DRP) ini maka didapatkan penurunan biaya distribusi sebesar 21,08% atau sebanyak Rp.191.998.411,26 dari biaya distribusi yang dilakukan tanpa menggunakan metode Distribution Resources Planning (DRP)
