    Pengaruh Pendekatan Contextual Teaching And Learning (Ctl) terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS Siswa Sekolah Dasar ( Studi Eksperimen Siswa Kelas III Sdn 005 Makmur )

    This research is motivated by the problem of low yields third grade social studies students of SDN 005 Makmur. Causative factor of such students are passive students in learning activities, students do not develop material to a wider scope and students have not been able to associate the concepts that have been studied with everyday life. This research is an experimental research, the research was conducted 4 meetings and the control class 4 meetings experimental class, where before entering the first meeting of each class in different days, both classes are given about Pree test, and after the meeting to four each -masing classes are also given about the post-test. In this study, researchers applied the approach Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL). Subjects were IIIa class, there are 26 students and class IIIb as many as 26 students. Implemented in the second semester of academic year 2014/2015 on 16 April to 15 May 2015. Data collection techniques include test results of study and documentation of learning activities. Having done the research and data analysis, that the results of the acquisition Pree disimpulkanlah test the experimental class with an average of 65.04 and the control class with an average of 59.57, the results of the test data processing Pree T test showed t ≤ t table or 0.135 ≤ 2.021, so Ho accepted and Ha rejected. In other words, the mean scores test Pree there are no significant differences in learning outcomes. While the results of the acquisition of post-test scores in the experimental class with an average of 75.65 and the control class with an average of 73.77 then the data processing post-test t test seen that t ≤ t table ≤ 2,021 or 0,066, so Ho accepted and Ha rejected. In other words, the mean score of post test results to learn there are no significant differences

    In era globalization era, poem is not interested by students when learning Indonesian language at the class. it is because of many things with modern technology which is make students ignore to understanding poem , performance of poem and practice to write poem. Consequently researcher conducted this research toward fifth grade students of SD An Namiroh pusat pekanbaru to describe of students' writing ability about poem. The population of research is all of fifth grade students SD An Namiroh Pekanbaru. The sample of this research was 140 students of fifth grade of SD An Namiroh Pekanbaru. The research has given essay test to measure their writing ability. Score of determining is with conversion score formula.Analysis of writing ability with average score formula. Poem analyzed based on four aspects. They are the number of lines in the stanza, the number of syllables each lines, poetry and content. Based on result of data analysis, students' writing ability about poem which less category, there are 35 students or 25% of sample, the average category , there are 20 students or 20 or 14,3 %of sample, the good category is 21 students or 15% of sample, the excellent category is 64 students or 45,7% of sample. Therefore, based on the data above, in conclusion students' writing ability of poem at Fifth grade of SD An namiroh pekanbaru is 78 score or average category

    Twelve-month observational study of children with cancer in 41 countries during the COVID-19 pandemic

    Introduction Childhood cancer is a leading cause of death. It is unclear whether the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted childhood cancer mortality. In this study, we aimed to establish all-cause mortality rates for childhood cancers during the COVID-19 pandemic and determine the factors associated with mortality. Methods Prospective cohort study in 109 institutions in 41 countries. Inclusion criteria: children <18 years who were newly diagnosed with or undergoing active treatment for acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma, retinoblastoma, Wilms tumour, glioma, osteosarcoma, Ewing sarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, medulloblastoma and neuroblastoma. Of 2327 cases, 2118 patients were included in the study. The primary outcome measure was all-cause mortality at 30 days, 90 days and 12 months. Results All-cause mortality was 3.4% (n=71/2084) at 30-day follow-up, 5.7% (n=113/1969) at 90-day follow-up and 13.0% (n=206/1581) at 12-month follow-up. The median time from diagnosis to multidisciplinary team (MDT) plan was longest in low-income countries (7 days, IQR 3-11). Multivariable analysis revealed several factors associated with 12-month mortality, including low-income (OR 6.99 (95% CI 2.49 to 19.68); p<0.001), lower middle income (OR 3.32 (95% CI 1.96 to 5.61); p<0.001) and upper middle income (OR 3.49 (95% CI 2.02 to 6.03); p<0.001) country status and chemotherapy (OR 0.55 (95% CI 0.36 to 0.86); p=0.008) and immunotherapy (OR 0.27 (95% CI 0.08 to 0.91); p=0.035) within 30 days from MDT plan. Multivariable analysis revealed laboratory-confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection (OR 5.33 (95% CI 1.19 to 23.84); p=0.029) was associated with 30-day mortality. Conclusions Children with cancer are more likely to die within 30 days if infected with SARS-CoV-2. However, timely treatment reduced odds of death. This report provides crucial information to balance the benefits of providing anticancer therapy against the risks of SARS-CoV-2 infection in children with cancer

HER2 is amplified or overexpressed in about 15% of breast cancers and is associated with aggressive disease. Clinical benefits of trastuzumab have been established in the treatment of both early and metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer. Patients with HER2-positive early breast cancer have to be treated with trastuzumab for one year in combination with and sequentially after chemotherapy. This requires that trastuzumab is intravenously infused over 30–90 minutes every 3 weeks for one year which is time-consuming for both the patient and the health care provider. Consequently, a subcutaneous formulation of trastuzumab using a recombinant human hyaluronidase has been developed. Recombinant human hyaluronidase transiently increases absorption and dispersion in the subcutaneous space of large therapeutic proteins, such as monoclonal antibodies, allowing subcutaneous administration of trastuzumab in about 5 minutes. Thus, subcutaneous trastuzumab could represent a new treatment option that could have benefit to both the patient and the health care system.     Finite element method for evaluating rising and slip of column–base plate for usual connections

    Предложена конечноэлементная методика расчета деформирования и относительного проскальзывания креплений стальной колонны кжелезобетонному основанию. Рассмотрены два случая крепления: пластина приваривается к торцу колонны и крепится двумя или четырьмя анкерными болтами к железобетонному основанию. В конечноэлементной модели с использованием модифицированного метода Лагранжа учитывается растрескивание бетонного основания и эффекты трения. Деформирование бетонного основания описывается с помощью упругопластической модели сжатия материала. По результатам расчетов построены диаграммы перемещений элементов крепления.Запропоновано скінченноелементну методику розрахунку деформування і відносного проковзування кріплень стальної колони до залізобетонної основи. Розглянуто два випадки кріплення: пластина приварюється до торця колони і кріпиться двома або чотирма анкерними болтами до залізобетонної основи. У скінченноелементній моделі з використанням модифікованого методу Лагранжа враховується розтріскування бетонної основи й ефекти тертя. Деформування бетонної основи описується за допомогоюпружно-пластичної моделі стиску матеріалу. За результатами розрахунків побудовано діаграми переміщень елементів кріплення
