    Pengaruh Existence Needs, Relatedness Needs, dan Growth Needs terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan (Studi pada Karyawan Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Puri Malang)

    This study aims to explain the influence of existence needs, needs relatedness and growth needs simultaneously to employee performance. Describing the influence of existence needs, relatedness needs and growth needs partially on employee performance. The type of this research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of Maternal and Child Hospital Puri Malang. Sampling method in this research was sampling saturated with sample amount as much 52 people. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire contained by several revelations with Likert Scale size as well as data collection techniques with questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous test (F), and partial test (t). The results have showed simultaneously Fcount> Ftable (22,629> 2,798) and Sig F <5% (0,000 <0,05) that the existence of significant influence. Partially, the Existence Needs (X1) variable has obtained tcount 2,616, the Relatedness Needs (X2) has obtained tcount 3,463, the Growth Needs (X3) variable has been 4,140. Mеnjеlаskаn pеngаruh еxistеncе nееds, rеlаtеdnеss nееds dаn growth nееds sеcаrа pаrsiаl tеrhаdаp prеstаsi kеrjа kаryаwаn. Jеnis pеnеlitiаn ini аdаlаh pеnеlitiаn еxplаnаtif dеngаn pеndеkаtаn kuаntitаtif. Populаsi pаdа pеnеlitiаn ini аdаlаh kаryаwаn di Rumаh Sаkit Ibu dаn Аnаk Puri Mаlаng. Mеtodе pеngаmbilаn sаmpеl pаdа pеnеlitiаn ini аdаlаh sаmpling jеnuh dеngаn jumlаh sаmplе sеbаnyаk 52 orаng. Instrumеn yаng digunаkаn dаlаm pеnеlitiаn ini аdаlаh kuisionеr bеrisi bеbеrаpа pеnyаtааn dеngаn ukurаn Skаlа Likеrt sеrtа tеknik pеngumpulаn dаtа dеngаn kuisionеr dаn dokumеntаsi. Аnаlisis dаtа yаng digunаkаn аdаlаh аnаlisis dеskriptif, uji аsumsi klаsik, аnаlisis rеgrеsi liniеr bеrgаndа, uji sеrеmpаk (F), dаn uji pаrsiаl (t). Hаsil pеnеlitiаn mеnunjukаn sеcаrа simultаn Fhitung > Ftаbеl (22,629 > 2,798) dаn Sig F < 5% (0,000 < 0,05) bаhwа аdаnyа pеngаruh yаng signifikаn.     Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah, untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi dan komitmen organisasional secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bentara Sinergies Multifinance (PT. BESS Finance), Sukun Malang, serta untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh yang signifikan antar motivasi dan komitmen organisasional secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bentara Sinergies Multifinance (PT. BESS Finance), Sukun Malang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, menunjukkan bahwa variabel Motivasi (X1) dan variabel Komitmen Organisasional (X2) mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebesar 52.2%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini

    The aims of this research is to investigate and explain The Effect of Career Development and Job Promotion Against the Spirit of The Work (Study on the Regional Water Company employees of Malang City). The research method was conducted by explanatory research. The participants of this research are employee of PDAM Kota Malang. The total sample is 80 respondents. The sampling technique was proportional random sampling and questionare was used for collecting data. Analysis of the data in this research was using descriptive qualitative method. Results showed that career development variables partially have significant effects against employee spirit of the work. The variable job promotion partially also has significant influence towards the employee spirit of the work. Variables for career development and job promotion has significant influence simultaneously against the employee Spirit of The Work

    Pengaruh Status Pekerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan Auto 2000 Sukun Malang)

    This research aims to examine status of employment and working environment simultaneous and partial to employee performance . The result from multiple linear regression analysis indicates that the independent variable, status of employment and working environment , both simultaneously and partially have positive impact and significant relationship with employees' performance. Based on the results, it can be concluded that workers are satisfied and comfortable with status of employment and working environment provided by the company. Furthermore relationship between employees and leader are much better even though the employees are having different status of employment. The performance of permanent employees is better than the performance temporary employees so hopefully companies can increase their status of employment to increase employee performance
