Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Mata Kuliah Instalasi Listrik melalui Pendekatan Learning Cycle Five “E” (LC 5 E)

The objective of this study was to improve the students' motivation and achievement in the course of Electrical Installation through the 5 E learning cycle (5 E LC) at the Department of Electrical Engineering Education, Faculty of Engineering, Yogyakarta State University. The approach used in this study was the 5 stages of the 5 E learning cycle consists of Engagement, Exploration, Explain, Extend, and Evaluation. This study is categorised as Classroom Action Research (CAR). It referred to the model of CAR offered by Kemmis and Taggart. The data was collected using documentation, questionnaires, observation and tests. The data was analysed descriptively. The results of the study showed the 5 E learning cycle could improve the students' achievement, learning activities, and learning motivation. The mean score of learning achievement was 79. It was higher compared to the minimum target that was 60. The improvement of learning activities in the first cycle, second cycle and third cycle were 1.25, 2.42, and 2.92 respectively. The improvement of learning motivation in the first cycle, second cycle and third cycle were 2.5, 2.8, and 3.2 respectively

Perbaikan Citra RGB dengan Metode Homomorphic Filtering Menggunakan Butterworth Filter

Gambar terkadang diakuisisi di bawah pencahayaan yang buruk. Pada kondisi ini sebagian area yang memiliki tingkat kecerahan yang sama akan terlihat lebih cerah pada suatu daerah dan terlihat lebih gelap pada daerah lainnya. Situasi ini akan menimbulkan masalah pada sistem yang berbasis computer vision. Untuk itu diperlukan sebuah perbaikan kualitas citra, agar dapat menghasilkan sebuah citra yang memiliki kualitas warna yang baik dengan menggunakan metode Homomorphic Filtering. Teknik ini menggunakan Illumination-Reflectance model. Model ini membagi gambar menjadi dua komponen utama. Komponen pertama adalah jumlah sumber penerangan yang terlihat. Komponen kedua adalah komponen pantulan dari objek yang ada di sekitar tempat pengambilan gambar. Proses pemisahan ini memungkinkan perbaikan warna pada citra digital dengan membuang detil illuminasi yang tidak seragam, sehingga citra hasil keluaran menjadi tampak lebih baik. Citra hasil perbaikan memiliki derau atau noise yang lebih sedikit daripada citra asli, dikarenakan filter yang digunakan mengeliminasi frekuensi tinggi, sedangkan noise disebabkan oleh frekuensi tinggi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Homomorphic Filtering dapat memperbaiki citra dan mempengaruhi tingkat nilai kekaburan citra hasil sebesar 86% yaitu 0.25 dan nilai contrast sebesar 4% atau 1.14

A house as the inhabited buildings working as the activity base is one of the ways to form a society and Islam civilization. An Islamic house must be able to have two functions in life. First, the welfare of the world including: a sense of compassion (mawadah warahmah), ensuring childrens education, creating hospitality (ukhuwah Islamiyah), forming the Muslim individual, supporting successful careers, and having health condition. Second, the welfare of the afterlife including: easy to implement the mahdah worship, muamalah process and able to keep its inhabitants from the things forbidden and makruh.An Islamic house is not always designed like mosques or houses which are full of Islamic ornaments, such as calligraphy, and more. An Islamic house is an efficient house which can be used to dhikr to Allah, and to remember death. The house is not always facing the Qibla or the lavatory was not facing Mecca. An Islamic house is a house that allows occupants to stay and interact with others. Besides, the privacy of each person can also be maintained in it. It is then becoming the task of the architects to make Islamic houses. However, the most important thing of an Islamic house is that it does not isolate the occupants from the outside world. Ulkus Kornea Tanpa Penyembuhan Sebagai Akibat Diabetes Melitus Tipe II

Latar Belakang. Diabetes keratopathy merupakan komplikasi yang jarang dari diabetes mellitus. Kasus ini menggambarkan pentingnya memeriksa kadar gula darah pasien dengan ulkus kornea tanpa penyembuhan untuk menyingkirkan kemungkinan diabetes mellitus yang tidak terdiagnosis.. Teridentifikasi faktor-faktor risiko yang dapat mempengaruhi terjadinya penyakit pasien, serta didapatkan penatalaksanaan yang tepat pada pasien berdasarkan kerangka penyelesaian masalah pasien. Kasus. Seorang wanita umur 30 tahun ini mengaku dengan riwayat bercak putih pada kornea kanan dan terasa tidak nyaman sejak sebulan yang lalu . Pada pemeriksaan, visusnya 6/36 di sebelah kanan dan 6/9 di sebelah kiri. Pasien memiliki ulkus kornea berukuran 5,5 × 2 mm pada kornea kanannya. Sebelah lateral dari tempat kerusakannya terdapat sebuah daerah jaringan parut lokal kecil. pasien memiliki sejarah uveitis anterior bilateral. Sensasi kornea normal di kedua mata. Terdapat stadium awal katarak subcapsular posterior bilateral, hasil lab kadar glukosa 23 mmol /l. Simpulan. Keratopathy diabetik merupakan komplikasi yang jarang terjadi pada diabetes mellitus dan harus dianggap sebagai diagnosis pada pasien muda dengan ulkus kornea tanpa penyembuhan. Analisis Pengaruh Manajemen Risiko terhadap Profitabilitas (Studi Komparatif pada Bank Umum Konvensional dan Bank Umum Syariah yang Terdaftar di Ojk Periode 2012 – 2015)

Risk management is a good potential events that can be predicted and unpredicted negative impact on income and capital of the Bank. Financial ratios are an alternative to test whether financial ratios useful for making predictions on future profitability. CAR, NPL and LDR is a measure of the ability to predict profitability. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling with criteria Conventional Commercial Bank do / unlock (Dual Banking System) Islamic Banks serving the financial statements of the period 2012 to 2015. The data obtained by the publication of the FSA Directory. Obtained a total sample of 16 with the division 8 8 Conventional Commercial Bank and Commercial Bank Syariah. The independent variables in this study is the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non performace loans (NPLs) and loan to deposit ratio (LDR) while Return on Assets (ROA) as the dependent variable. Methods of data collection in this study is documentation and literature. During the period show that the study data were normally distributed. Based on the test multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test found no deviation from the classical assumption, it indicates that the available data are qualified to use a multiple linear regression model. The comparison of this study showed that the CAR and NPL variable Conventional Commercial Bank affect the ROA, LDR whereas no effect. In contrast to the conventional, all variables Islamic Banks are CAR, LDR and NPL effect on ROA
