    Manajemen rantai pasok telah menjadi sebuah pendekatan yang andal dalam peningkatan daya saing bisnis termasuk agroindustri. Isu lingkungan dan sosial politik telah menjadi bagian penting dalam manajemen rantai pasok. Perkembangan selanjutnya adalah membangun manajemen rantai pasok yang mempertimbangkan aspek ekonomi dan non ekonomi yang dikenal dengan istilah manajemen rantai pasok berkelanjutan. Aspek non ekonomi yang dimaksudkan adalah aspek lingkungan dan sosial politik. Kedua aspek ini perlu dipertimbangkan selain aspek ekonomi karena kegiatan bisnis tidak dapat dilepaskan dari kepentingan masyarakat dan pemerintah.  Buku ini bermaksud untuk berkontribusi dalam pengayaan pemahaman manajemen rantai pasok berkelanjutan. Fokus dari isi buku ini adalah kinerja dan risiko. Kedua isu ini sangat menarik untuk dijelaskan dalam manajemen rantai pasok berkelanjutan karena berkelanjutan berkaitan dengan pencapaian operasi rantai pasok dan tantangan masa depan. Kinerja berkaitan dengan pencapaian target, sedangkan risiko berkaitan dengan ketidakpastian yang dihadapi operasi rantai pasok di masa datang.     Pengendalian Persediaan Primary Items dalam Logistik Konstruksi

    Construction logistics are activities that consist of ordering, storage and transportation of materials of construction projects. Storage material is logistics activity that ensure the availability of materials in project site. Generally, material storage activities have been conducted at the project site. Logistics construction is aimed to support the project activities that the completion schedule has been set. Construction logistics issues is determining the schedule of ordering materials so that the project can be implemented on schedule. The purpose of research is to determine the optimum ordering period for the primary items on the main building structure construction and designing inventory control cards as a mechanism for monitoring procurement of materials. This research has been obtained optimal ordering period for the primary items of main building structure with elements of the work using Fixed Period Requirement method. Inventories were already meet the material requirement of each period. Material management has been conducted based grouping approach as many as 31 groups. In addition, this research has proposed the inventory control cards as an instrument for material procurement monitoring. The implications of inventory control cards are coordinate contracting parties with vendors to plan the replenishment  of materials to meet the work schedule. Further research can be developed with other aspects such as integrated material order system between contractors and vendors to consider the safety stock. In addition, the information system for planning material is an important consideration for construction projects with large scale so that the companies can plan primary items inventory and other materials in the projects completion more easily, quickly and accurately.

    ANALISIS KERENTANAN JARINGAN JALAN KARENA PUTUSNYA RUAS JALAN MAYJEN SUTOYO TANAH PATAH KOTA BENGKULU AKIBAT DAMPAK BENCANA LIKUIFAKSI

    Jalan Mayjen Sutoyo, Kelurahan Tanah Patah merupakan salah satu akses utama yang mewadahi aktifitas transportasi warga Kota Bengkulu. Ruas Jalan yang memiliki arus lalu lintas padat ini juga memiliki risiko terjadi likuifaksi. Berdasarkan pengalaman bencana gempa bumi tahun 2007 dengan kekuatan 7,9 SR banyak bangunan disekitar ruas jalan ini yang mengalami keruntuhan akibat likuifaksi, yang bukan tidak mungkin suatu saat akan meruntuhkan ruas jalan tersebut. Maka dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pemodelan lalu lintas untuk memprediksi kemampuan ruas jalan disekitar Jalan Mayjen Sutoyo dalam melayani lalu lintas termasuk untuk kepentingan logistik saat bencana. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kerentanan jaringan jalan sekitar yang terdampak apabila ruas jalan Mayjen Sutoyo putus akibat bencana likuifaksi melalui pendekatan Indeks Kerentanan INVEF. Menggunakan data survei arus lalu lintas jam puncak ruas jalan wilayah studi selanjutnya dilakukan pemodelan lalu lintas pada kondisi harian dan saat ruas jalan Mayjen Sutoyo putus. Hasil pemodelan kondisi harian divalidasi dan didapatkan nilai R2 sebesar 0,87 atau 87%. Hasil analisis pemodelan jaringan jalan dengan skenario putusnya ruas jalan Mayjen Sutoyo menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan volume lalu lintas pada beberapa ruas jalan. Hasil dari perhitungan Indeks Kerentanan menunjukkan bahwa ruas jalan yang mengalami kerentanan adalah ruas Jalan Danau, Jalan Merapi Raya, Jalan Flamboyan, Jalan Seruni, Jalan Indragiri dan Jalan Pembangunan.     The Planned maintenance activities can make the production process run smoothly. The object of the research was pump machine with three phase. Based on obsevations, pumps often experience damage to critical components. This study aims to implement preventive maintenance on pump. The advantage of using preventive maintenance can determine the optimal type of maintence and maintenance time intervals for each critical component. The research stages include determining the probability density function (pdf) and reliability, determining the maintenance interval for critical component using the downtime minimization criteria that will be used to schedule maintenance  and determining the cost of corrective and preventive for each critical component. The result of the application of preventive maintenance, there were three component  that experienced a decrease in maintenance costs, namely the electromotor component experiencing a 23,7% cost reduction with a 52% reliability level, the radial bearing component experiencing  a cost reduction by 24% with a reliability level of 66,64% and the impeller component experiencing a decrease 19,5% cost with a 69% reliability rate. While the maintenance time interval for the electromotor component is 142,4 hours, the radial bearing component is 153,5 hours and the impeller component is 168,8 hours

    Model Kebijakan Penetapan Institusi Masjid sebagai Shelter dalam Sistem Logistik Bencana di Kota Padang

    The west coast of Sumatera island is one of potential areas of the earthquake and tsunami that requires high vigilance and preparedness seriously. One is the well-prepared-disaster logistics system. World Health Organization (WHO) has been divided into 10 categories of logistics, including the temporary shelter. The purpose of this study is to study attributes that should be required for the mosque as a shelter for victims of the earthquake and tsunami in Padang and provide recommendations to the government of Padang to prepare the mosque as a shelter. Formulation of mosque attributes as a shelter eligibility has been obtained through literature review and interviews. Attributes have been formulated in the form of questionnaires that filled out by prospective refugees of the earthquake and tsunami in Padang . Result of questionnaire has been used to build the House of Quality (HOQ). Furthermore, a SWOT analysis has been conducted to formulate a strategy for local government in an effort to empower mosques as shelters in Padang. This research has resulted 14 attributes of feasibility mosque as a shelter. Attributes divided into seven categories. Strategies that result based SWOT analysis have nine formulations that consists of two SO strategies, four WO strategies, two ST strategies, and one WT strategies. Implementation of this strategies required responsibility and cooperation between government, community, NGO, and leaders.

Pemenuhan permintaan konsumen harus dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien dengan manajemen rantai pasok. Konsep lean dan agile sudah berkembang dan banyak diterapkan. Makalah ini bertujuan merumuskan metrikmetrik lean dan agile rantai pasok minyak goreng. Manfaatnya adalah sebagai dasar dalam penyusunan strategi dan pengukuran kinerja yang berkelanjutan. Tahapan studi terdiri dari identifikasi aktivitas-aktivitas rantai pasok, penentuan requirement, identifikasi metrik-metrik lean, identifikasi metrik-metrik agile dan analisis keterkaitan metrik-metrik. Hasil studi menunjukan bahwa metrik-metrik lean mengarah pada konsolidasi kepentingan ekonomis, sedangkan metrikmetrik agile lebih mengarah pada pemenuhan kebutuhan terhadap kepentingan pelanggan

    Persaingan bisnis global yang semakin ketat telah menyebabkan terjadinya pergeseran paradigma bisnis dari product-oriented menjadi penyediaan solusi yang memuaskan kebutuhan konsumen. Hal ini telah mendorong kemunculan konsep Product-Service Systems (PSS). Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk membahas hubungan antara konsep desain dan PSS berdasarkan literatur yang tersedia. Berdasarkan kajian yang dilakukan terhadap berbagai literatur tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa PSS merupakan konsep yang diyakini sebagai jalan menuju sustainability melalui integrasi antara produk dan jasa dalam penyediaan solusi yang memenuhi kebutuhan spesifik konsumen. Proses desain PSS perlu memperhatikan kebutuhan konsumen dan stakeholder yang terkait melalui penggunaan metode dan pendekatan yang mampu mengintegrasikan pengembangan produk dan jasa dalam perspektif waktu yang sama.Evaluasi untuk mendukung keberhasilan implementasi PSS dapat dilakukan berdasarkan aspek sustainability, life cycle cost maupun berdasarkan perspektif konsumen dan penyedia.Keywords: Product-Service Systems, sustainability, desain, evaluasi, perbaika

    Model Optimasi Perancangan Jaringan Rantai Pasok Biomassa dari Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit di Sumatera Barat

    West Sumatra has great potential in developing biomass based on palm oil waste. This is because the largest plantation production in West Sumatra comes from the oil palm commodity of 1,082,820 tons in 2014. Therefore, it is necessary to design a model of supply chain biomass network for the distribution of Empty Fruit Bunches (EFB) from CPO factory suppliers located in West Sumatra and distributed to Depot Pertamina Teluk Kabung. Stages performed in the implementation of this study began with a preliminary study to determine the potential of biomass in West Sumatra. Furthermore, the design of chain supply chain optimization model by identifying supply chain activity, knowing the characteristics of supply chain system and make the formulation of mathematical model. The design of supply chain biomass from Empty Fruit Bunches (EFB) in West Sumatera, starting from raw material Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit (TKKS) sourced from Crude Palm Oil (CPO) factory in West Pasaman Regency and surrounding. This is because Pasaman Barat Regency is the central agroindustry of oil palm plantation which has 17 most palm oil factories in West Sumatra. The potential of bioethanol derived from CPO waste can be done by establishing bioethanol plant located with the same CPO factory so that it is adjacent to the source of the raw material. The result of the mathematical model mixed integer linear programming is placement of bioethanol plant location at PT Pasaman Marama Sejahtera with medium scale and total cost of IDR 251,563,700,000.00

The purpose of this research develop a simulation model to analyze the effectiveness of disaster logistics in emergency phase after the occurred disaster in term of earthquake and tsunami. The model is built based on the real situation when the earthquake has been occureed in Kota Padang. Simulation analysis is also intended to measure the effectiveness of disaster logistics caused by earthquake on 30 September 2009 in Padang City. Model represents the best practices of disaster logistics management that focuses on the distribution of aid and the consequences caused by the disaster. Various scenarios have been formulated in this study and analyzed using a simulation model that has been built. There are two situations outlined in this simulation namely the earthquake stand alone and tsunami. The conclusion that logistics effectiveness of relief is determined by the budget allocation and distribution of goods as compared with the level of damage caused by the disaster
