The research has aimed to demonstrate the role played by electronic management in achieving organizational success. It represents a wide area for entering the business world in interaction and communication with modern trends. The current environment is very competitive. As the goal that all organizations seek to achieve, the research in the general directorate for industrial development followed one of the organizations that oversee the development of the private and mixed industrial sector in Iraq. The research based on a basic assumption that there was a significant relationship between electronic management and the possibility of organizational success. The descriptive approach adopted on the theoretical and analytical side of statistics in the applied side, which based on a questionnaire developed to suit the nature of the research and its objectives. It distributed to different administrative levels. After analyzing, the answers based on the appropriate statistical methods and specialized programs in statistical analysis, of the conclusions and recommendations that would develop, distinguish and transfer the quality of the administrative process to ensure organizational success
Strategic Agility and its Impact on Organizational Supply Chain Success: Applied Research in a Sample of the Faculties of the University of Babylon
The current research aims to answer the following questions: Is there a relationship between strategic agility and organizational supply chain success? Is there an impact of strategic agility on organizational supply chain success? Through the theoretical philosophy and the intellectual implications of these variables and through the practical application of the research sample, which represented the faculties of the University of Babylon, (15) faculty, the questionnaire was distributed to the actors in these colleges and the deans of the faculties and assistants deans and heads of departments, The research came out with the most important conclusions were the existence of a relationship of significant significance and the existence of a significant effect of the strategic agility in organizational supply chain success
Evaluating the Steps of Building the Organizational Structure by Supply Chain Performance measurement and productivity: A Case of the General Directorate of Vocational Education
Abstract- Proper supply chain performance plays a crucial role in the success of the organization. Therefore, it is essential to use an appropriate supply chain performance assessment system to continuously improve it. The purpose of this research is to analyze supply chain performance according to the operational reference model of supply chain. Organizational structure is one of the fundamental issues and important themes for organizational business as technological developments, increased competition and continuous change are the rudiments of the contemporary business environment. Several questions from the expression of the problem of research provoked the necessity of the study. To identify the reality of the organizational structure in the Directorate General of Vocational Education and the steps needed to be followed are the objectives of this study. The population of the study is selected from a group of departmental managers and various administrative levels of the divisions in the organization are surveyed. The main tool for data collection is questionnaire while only 31 responses are realized from the distribution. A set of statistical methods were used to analyse answers in order to reach final results of the study. The study concluded that effective communication plays an important role between the various administrative levels for the purpose of achieving the objective of the organization. Similarly, the study expresses the importance of preparing detailed lists and clear tasks of the work of the Directorate. The task can be performed efficiently due to possession of human resources with high efficiency and appropriate expertise by the directorate. Lastly, a number of recommendations based on the results of the study are presented to the organizations. The study equally outlined the purpose to involve employees at various administrative levels in the executive levels of the goal setting process and the importance of establishing clear organizational relationship between employees at different administrative levels (Unit, Division and Department)
Role of vitamins A, C, D, E in cancer prevention and therapy: therapeutic potentials and mechanisms of action
Cancer, a leading global cause of mortality, arises from intricate interactions between genetic and environmental factors, fueling uncontrolled cell growth. Amidst existing treatment limitations, vitamins have emerged as promising candidates for cancer prevention and treatment. This review focuses on Vitamins A, C, E, and D because of their protective activity against various types of cancer. They are essential as human metabolic coenzymes. Through a critical exploration of preclinical and clinical studies via PubMed and Google Scholar, the impact of these vitamins on cancer therapy was analyzed, unraveling their complicated mechanisms of action. Interestingly, vitamins impact immune function, antioxidant defense, inflammation, and epigenetic regulation, potentially enhancing outcomes by influencing cell behavior and countering stress and DNA damage. Encouraging clinical trial results have been observed; however, further well-controlled studies are imperative to validate their effectiveness, determine optimal dosages, and formulate comprehensive cancer prevention and treatment strategies. Personalized supplementation strategies, informed by medical expertise, are pivotal for optimal outcomes in both clinical and preclinical contexts. Nevertheless, conclusive evidence regarding the efficacy of vitamins in cancer prevention and treatment is still pending, urging further research and exploration in this compelling area of study
Immune response of scabies infected patients in Thi-Qar province
Scabies is a prevalent ectoparasitic infectious skin infestation throughout the world, particularly in developing countries. Infestation generally causes localized cutaneous irritation, pruritis, and skin lesions. The current study aimed to determine the immune response in patients with scabies compared with control group the current study includes a study of immunological parameters of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and white blood cells (WBC). patients who visited a private clinic at Nasiriyah Teaching Hospital in Thi-Qar Province. Total serum levels of (TNF-α) in was evaluated patients infected with scabies and compared with healthy controls (control group). The present study showed significant differences (P<0.05) in the mean of (TNF-α) serum level for the patients infested with scabies when compard with control group. Except for neutrophils, there were differences in absolute leukocyte counts between scabies-infested patients and the control group when p<0.05
Role of interleukin-4 and IgE antibody in scabies infected patients of Thi-Qar province
Scabies is a skin illness that affects humans and many other mammals. It is caused by the obligatory parasite Sarcoptes scabiei, which lives and reproduces in the epidermis and causes severe human and animal morbidity. The current study aimed to determine the effect of interleukin-4 and the antibodyIgE in inducing an immune response against the scabies patients who visited a private clinic at Nasiriyah Teaching Hospital in Thi-Qar Province. Total serum levels of (IgE,IL-4) in were evaluated patients infected with scabies and compared with healthy controls (control group). The present study showed significant differences (P<0.05) In the mean of IL-4and IgEserum levels for the patient infested with scabies when compard with control
A 3D Non-Stationary GBSM for Vehicular Visible Light Communication MISO Channels
The potential of using visible light communication (VLC) technologies for
vehicular communication networks has recently attracted much attention. The
underlying VLC channels, as a foundation for the proper design and optimization
of vehicular VLC communication systems, have not yet been sufficiently
investigated. Vehicular VLC link impairments can have a significant impact on
the system performance and capacity. Such impairments include the optical
wireless channel distortion and background noise. This paper proposes a novel
three-dimensional (3D) regular-shaped geometry-based stochastic model (RS-GBSM)
for vehicular VLC multiple-input single-output (MISO) channels. The proposed 3D
RS-GBSM combines a two-sphere model and an elliptic-cylinder model. Both the
line-of-sight (LoS) and single-bounced (SB) components are considered. The
proposed model jointly considers the azimuth and elevation angles by using
von-Mises-Fisher (VMF) distribution. Based on the proposed model, the
relationship between the communication range and the received optical power is
analyzed and validated by simulations. The impact of the elevation angle in the
3D model on the received optical power is investigated by comparing with the
received optical power of the corresponding two-dimensional (2D) model.
Furthermore, the background noise is also modeled to evaluate the system's
signal-to-noise ratio (SNR)
