Development of the Integrated Model of the Automotive Product Quality Assessment

Issues on building an integrated model of the automotive product quality assessment are studied herein basing on widely applicable methods and models of the quality assessment. A conceptual model of the automotive product quality system meeting customer requirements has been developed. Typical characteristics of modern industrial production are an increase in the production dynamism that determines the product properties; a continuous increase in the volume of information required for decision-making, an increased role of knowledge and high technologies implementing absolutely new scientific and technical ideas. To solve the problem of increasing the automotive product quality, a conceptual structural and hierarchical model is offered to ensure its quality as a closed system with feedback between the regulatory, manufacturing, and information modules, responsible for formation of the product quality at all stages of its life cycle. The three module model of the system of the industrial product quality assurance is considered to be universal and to give the opportunity to explore processes of any complexity while solving theoretical and practical problems of the quality assessment and prediction for products for various purposes, including automotive

Measuring Corporate Social Responsibility Performance for Employees with an NH Approach Method

This article explains the empirical research results of the social responsibility performance measurement model for employees that is done by companies by using the NH Approach method. Social responsibility needs to be measured to see the effectiveness of the social responsibility done by a company, as well as to provide legitimacy for stakeholders regarding the company's volunteer efforts in carrying out its responsibilities. The NH Approach is an integrated social responsibility measurement model that was developed based on the legitimacy theory and the stakeholder theory. An evaluation is conducted from two sides, from the stakeholder side as the recipient of social responsibility assistance, and the company management side as the social responsibility assistance provider.The study used a research and development approach, where the respondents numbered 98 individuals with a response rate level of 92% (90 respondents who returned the questionnaires). From the 90 questionnaires submitted, only 62 of them were considered complete and analyzed.The research results reveal that the practice of social responsibility that was done by the company has a grade of Unsatisfactory (C), because the social responsibility index has a score of 62.39. Several factors act as the triggers, including misunderstandings between parties in understanding social responsibility, underdeveloped social responsibility programs that have already been conducted, and limited social responsibility practice, so that the programs implemented cover various elements of social responsibility

Cloud Compute-and-Forward with Relay Cooperation

We study a cloud network with M distributed receiving antennas and L users, which transmit their messages towards a centralized decoder (CD), where M>=L. We consider that the cloud network applies the Compute-and-Forward (C&F) protocol, where L antennas/relays are selected to decode integer equations of the transmitted messages. In this work, we focus on the best relay selection and the optimization of the Physical-Layer Network Coding (PNC) at the relays, aiming at the throughput maximization of the network. Existing literature optimizes PNC with respect to the maximization of the minimum rate among users. The proposed strategy maximizes the sum rate of the users allowing nonsymmetric rates, while the optimal solution is explored with the aid of the Pareto frontier. The problem of relay selection is matched to a coalition formation game, where the relays and the CD cooperate in order to maximize their profit. Efficient coalition formation algorithms are proposed, which perform joint relay selection and PNC optimization. Simulation results show that a considerable improvement is achieved compared to existing results, both in terms of the network sum rate and the players' profits.Comment: Submitted to IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communication

Дисфемизмы в арабском и русском языках и новые аспекты их формирования (на примере современных арабских СМИ)

This article considers dysphemism as a new linguistic phenomenon in the Arabic language, the development of ways of forming dysphemistic units and the effect of psychological, sociolinguistic, and social factors on this process. Our method is intellectual and we try forming dysphemistic units develop and new aspects appear in their formation. Results showed that dysphemisms are a poorly understood language phenomenon in ancient and modern Arabic footprints.Este artículo considera el disfemismo como un nuevo fenómeno lingüístico en el idioma árabe, el desarrollo de formas de formar unidades dishemísticas y el efecto de factores psicológicos, sociolingüísticos y sociales en este proceso. Nuestro método es intelectual e intentamos formar unidades disfemísticas para desarrollar y aparecen nuevos aspectos en su formación. Los resultados mostraron que los disfemismos son un fenómeno del lenguaje poco entendido en las huellas árabes antiguas y modernas.В этой статье дисфемизм рассматривается как новое языковое явление в арабском языке, разработка способов формирования дисфемистических единиц и влияние психологических, социолингвистических и социальных факторов на этот процесс. Наш метод интеллектуален, и мы стараемся формировать дисфемистические единицы, развиваться и в их формировании появляются новые аспекты. Результаты показали, что дисфемизмы являются плохо понятым языковым явлением в древних и современных арабских следах

Localized mode interactions in 0-pi Josephson junctions

A long Josephson junction containing regions with a phase shift of pi is considered. By exploiting the defect modes due to the discontinuities present in the system, it is shown that Josephson junctions with phase-shift can be an ideal setting for studying localized mode interactions. A phase-shift configuration acting as a double-well potential is considered and shown to admit mode tunnelings between the wells. When the phase-shift configuration is periodic, it is shown that localized excitations forming bright and dark solitons can be created.
