    Positive contributions and trends in the tourism sector on Bangka Island, especially in the Matras Tourism Village, need to receive appreciation and support from all stakeholders through the management of environmentally friendly and sustainable tourist objects / attractions. To realize this mission, it is necessary to do ecological propaganda (religious values ​​originating from the Qur'an and Hadith) that are in accordance with the sociocultural characteristics of society. This issue is the subject of discussion in this study, especially regarding the values ​​of ecological preaching implemented in the development program of the Mattress Tourism Village. For this reason, a descriptive-qualitative study was conducted by collecting purposive-snowball data from the sample. Furthermore, the collected data was analyzed descriptively-qualitatively so that the values ​​of ecological preaching that had been implemented were identified and the form and process of implementation by the Matras Tourism Village community. The findings show that there are five types of ecological preaching values ​​that have been implemented, namely al-Is (justice), al-Tawazun (balance), al-Intifa 'wa laa al-Fasad (taking benefits without damage), ar-Riayah wa laa al -Israf (nurturing without exaggeration), and al-Tahdits wa al-Istikhlaf (renewal). Unfortunately, the value of al-Tahdits wa al-Istikhlaf is still not optimal due to the quality of science and technology. However, the local community has become more aware and intelligent about the importance of ecological preaching values ​​in the development of Mattress Tourism Village. In the future, besides needing to intensify and harmonize the role of ulama and Umara, it must also be carried out to increase the capacity of religious institutions, knowledge and appropriate technology for program implementers, and to involve community participation in planning, implementing and evaluating the Matras Tourism Village development program

    Effects of Population Density and Host Availability on the Migration Process of Brown Planthopper Fed Using Susceptible and Resistant Rice Varieties

    Brown planthopper, Nilaparvata lugens Stal. (Hemiptera: Delphacidae), is an important pest of rice. This pest can cause hopperburn and field failure. This research aimed to determine the effects of population density and host availability on migration of N. lugens. The criteria used to justify the effects of host availability and population density on migration of N. lugens were based the hardness and tannin tests of the rice stems, fecundity of N. lugens, and the life cycle of N. lugens. The research was conducted under the temperature of 29.42°C with relative humidity of 61% and Light 12: Dark 12 times, using ten pairs of N. lugens brachypterous (F0 constant) and then was added with five male adults on fifth days after the first infestation (F0 changed). The varieties used were IR64, as a resistant variety, and Ketan Lusi, as a susceptible variety. The results showed that the adding of the macropterous males did not affect the number of macropterous, because of that has been preplanned by the F0. Therefore, the percentage of existing macropterous was 51−52%. INTISARI Wereng Batang Cokelat (WBC) merupakan salah satu hama tanaman padi yang sangat penting. Kerusakan parah dapat menyebabkan hopperburn dan puso (gagal panen). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh kepadatan populasi dan tanaman inang sebagai tempat migrasi WBC. Parameter yang dikaji untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepadatan populasi WBC dan tanaman inang tempat migrasi WBC berdasarkan tingkat kekerasan dan kandungan tanin batang tanaman padi, fekunditas WBC, dan siklus hidup WBC. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada temperatur 29.42˚C dengan kelembapan relatif 61% dan durasi siang hari 12 jam: durasi malam hari 12 jam. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan 10 pasang imago WBC brakhiptera (F0 konstan), kemudian dilakukan penambahan 5 ekor imago jantan pada hari kelima setelah infestasi awal (F0 diubah). Varietas padi yang digunakan yaitu padi varietas IR64 sebagai varietas tahan dan ketan Lusi sebagai varietas rentan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan imago jantan makroptera tidak berpengaruh terhadap jumlah keturunan makroptera yang dihasilkan, karena imago (F0) telah merencanakan terlebih dahulu keturunan yang akan dihasilkan. Oleh karena itu, persentase terbentuk keturunan imago makroptera berkisar antara 51−52%

    PT. Nadira Prima is one of manufacturing firms that is active in furniture sectors in Semarang. The products dominated by furniture that made of wood such as table, chair, benches, cupboard, frame, and sideboard. Based on the results of the observation and interviews with HRD section of the work accident in PT. Nadira Prima, most accidents occured on the production machine and the accidents were categorized as a work accident with high level severity because in some cases result in some workers lost one member of their body. From the results of observation also found some employees had distruption respiratory due to inhaling dust remaining a saw wood and irritating eyes problems. Based on these cases, note that the need for risk analysis efforts on safety and health work that integrated into the risk management starts with the identification of risks at work process operator to determine the level of risk of accidents and connect it to the facts of the accident and diseases caused by work that ever happened in PT. Nadira Prima. So that the risk can be minimized easily by specifying the appropriate control.     This study aims to identify and analyze the strategy of the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information Pekanbaru in improving sector revenue levy controlling telecommunications tower in the city of Pekanbaru. The problem in this study is not optimal retribution control telecommunication towers, while the potential revenues are not comparable with revenue realization from year to year. With targets that are considered comparable to the ability of achieving the target is not necessarily a problem that must be solved. Therefore, this study tries to analyze the strategy undertaken by the City Dishubkominfo Pekanbaru, based on the theory of strategy and policy with qualitative descriptive approach. This study shows that the strategy Dishubkominfo of the encouragement of technology in improving the reception area of the levy has been promoting the use of technology, especially in terms of information, but from the technical effectiveness has not been done. Instead of the technology market, Dishubkominfo not utilize the technology market so that the efforts of this side is felt not maximized. From the aspect of innovation strategy can be seen that Dishubkominfo Pekanbaru from the overall indicator has yet to show a systematic effort to increase local revenues from telecommunication sector levies control tower. Lastly in terms of operations strategy, there had been some activities carried out in the administrative improvement of services, improvement of the work program, forming the image of the Department.     The orbital motion of the Quintuplet cluster - a common origin for the Arches and Quintuplet clusters?

    We investigate the orbital motion of the Quintuplet cluster near the Galactic center with the aim of constraining formation scenarios of young, massive star clusters in nuclear environments. Three epochs of adaptive optics high-angular resolution imaging with Keck/NIRC2 and VLT/NACO were obtained over a time baseline of 5.8 years, delivering an astrometric accuracy of 0.5-1 mas/yr. Proper motions were derived in the cluster reference frame and were used to distinguish cluster members from the majority of field stars. Fitting the cluster and field proper motion distributions with 2D gaussian models, we derive the orbital motion of the cluster for the first time. The Quintuplet is moving with a 2D velocity of 132 +/- 15 km/s with respect to the field along the Galactic plane, which yields a 3D orbital velocity of 167 +/- 15 km/s when combined with the previously known radial velocity. From a sample of 119 stars measured in three epochs, we derive an upper limit to the velocity dispersion in the core of the Quintuplet cluster of sigma_1D < 10 km/s. Knowledge of the three velocity components of the Quintuplet allows us to model the cluster orbit in the potential of the inner Galaxy. Comparing the Quintuplet's orbit with the Arches orbit, we discuss the possibility that both clusters originated in the same area of the central molecular zone.     Pembelian stok obat di Puskesmas Gending Probolinggo masih memiliki beberapa kendala misalnya terjadi penumpukan atau kekurangan stok obat. Hal tersebut dikarenakan puskesmas tersebut masih melakukan pembelian stok obat secara konstan setiap periodenya. Hal ini tentunya mengakibatkan terjadinya penumpukan stok obat apabila terjadi penurunan penjualan obat. Sebaliknya, apotik akan kekurangan stok apabila terjadi lonjakan penjualan obat. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah sistem peramalan stok obat berbasis web dengan menerapkan metode Winters Exponential Smoothing untuk mempermudah puskesmas tersebut dalam melakukan pembelian stok obat. Metode ini diterapkan untuk melakukan peramalan jumlah stok obat yang akan dibeli pada periode berikutnya.Parameter yang digunakan dalam metode ini menggunakan data penjualan obat bulanan tahun 2015 – 2016. Selanjutnya data tersebut diuji menggunakan metode ini sehingga menghasilan tingkat akurasi peramalan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) yang tinggi, yaitu di atas 20%

    This research aim to find out the effect of the learning models on achievement and mathematics communication ability viewed from cognitive style. The learning models compared were the cooperative learning of TPS type with AfL, cooperative learning of TPS type, and the direct learning mode. The research was quasi experimental. The population was all students of grade VII State Junior High School in Surakarta City. Sampling was done by stratified cluster random sampling technique. The hypothesis test used unbalanced two ways multivariat analysis of variance. The results of the research were as follows. (1) The cooperative learning model of TPS type with AfL gives better achievement and mathematics communication ability than the cooperative learning model of TPS type and the direct learning model, and the cooperative learning model of TPS type gives better achievement and mathematics communication ability than the direct learning model. (2) Students with the FI cognitive style had better achievement than students with the FD cognitive style, while students with the FI cognitive style had the same mathematics communication ability as students with the FD cognitive style. (3) On FD cognitive style and FI cognitive style, the cooperative learning model of TPS type with AfL gives a better achievement than the cooperative learning model of TPS type and the direct learning model, and the cooperative learning model of TPS type gives a better achievement than the direct learning model. On FD cognitive style, the cooperative learning model of TPS type with AfL, the cooperative learning model of TPS type, and the direct learning model gives the same mathematics communication ability. On FI cognitive style, the cooperative learning model of TPS type with AfL gives the same mathematics communication ability as the cooperative learning model of TPS type, and the cooperative learning model of TPS type with AfL and the cooperative learning model of TPS type gives a better mathematics communication ability than the direct learning model. (4) On the cooperative learning model of TPS type with AfL, the cooperative learning model of TPS type and the direct learning model, students with the FI cognitive style had better achievement than students with the FD cognitive style.     The Post-Pericenter Evolution of the Galactic Center Source G2

    In early 2014 the fast-moving near-infrared source G2 reached its closest approach to the supermassive black hole Sgr A* in the Galactic Center. We report on the evolution of the ionized gaseous component and the dusty component of G2 immediately after this event, revealed by new observations obtained in 2015 and 2016 with the SINFONI integral field spectrograph and the NACO imager at the ESO VLT. The spatially resolved dynamics of the Brγ\gamma line emission can be accounted for by the ballistic motion and tidal shearing of a test-particle cloud that has followed a highly eccentric Keplerian orbit around the black hole for the last 12 years. The non-detection of a drag force or any strong hydrodynamic interaction with the hot gas in the inner accretion zone limits the ambient density to less than a few 103^3 cm3^{-3} at the distance of closest approach (1500 RsR_s), assuming G2 is a spherical cloud moving through a stationary and homogeneous atmosphere. The dust continuum emission is unresolved in L'-band, but stays consistent with the location of the Brγ\gamma emission. The total luminosity of the Brγ\gamma and L' emission has remained constant to within the measurement uncertainty. The nature and origin of G2 are likely related to that of the precursor source G1, since their orbital evolution is similar, though not identical. Both object are also likely related to a trailing tail structure, which is continuously connected to G2 over a large range in position and radial velocity.Comment: 17 pages, 12 figures; accepted for publication in Ap

    Circumstellar discs in Galactic centre clusters: Disc-bearing B-type stars in the Quintuplet and Arches clusters

    We investigate the circumstellar disc fraction as determined from L-band excess observations of the young, massive Arches and Quintuplet clusters residing in the central molecular zone of the Milky Way. The Quintuplet cluster was searched for L-band excess sources for the first time. We find a total of 26 excess sources in the Quintuplet cluster and 21 in the Arches cluster, of which 13 are new detections. With the aid of proper motion membership samples, the disc fraction of the Quintuplet cluster was derived for the first time to be 4.0 +/- 0.7%. There is no evidence for a radially varying disc fraction in this cluster. In the case of the Arches cluster, a disc fraction of 9.2 +/- 1.2% approximately out to the cluster's predicted tidal radius, r < 1.5 pc, is observed. This excess fraction is consistent with our previously found disc fraction in the cluster in the radial range 0.3 < r < 0.8 pc. In both clusters, the host star mass range covers late A- to early B-type stars, 2 < M < 15 Msun, as derived from J-band photospheric magnitudes. We discuss the unexpected finding of dusty circumstellar discs in these UV intense environments in the context of primordial disc survival and formation scenarios of secondary discs. We consider the possibility that the L-band excess sources in the Arches and Quintuplet clusters could be the high-mass counterparts to T Tauri pre-transitional discs. As such a scenario requires a long pre-transitional disc lifetime in a UV intense environment, we suggest that mass transfer discs in binary systems are a likely formation mechanism for the B-star discs observed in these starburst clusters.Comment: 47 pages, 22 figures, accepted by A&
