Identifikasi Miskonsepsi Materi Kesetimbangan Kimia Menggunakan Tes Diagnostik Pilihan Ganda Tiga Tingkat (Three-tier Multiple Choice) Pada Peserta Didik Kelas XI Mia SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru
The aim of this research were to know misconceptions and the category level of misconceptions in the second year students of SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru aboutt concepts of chemical equallibrium. This research took place in SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru and the data were collected on April 2017. was all the students of XI MIA class of four classes. The population consisted of 161 students. The sample was all the population. This research was descriptive quantitative. The technique of collecting data used diagnostic test and interview. The result showed that students found misconception in the definition concept of chemical equallibrium with the percentage was 34,78% (category of average), for the concept of heterogen and homogen was 36,335% (average), the concept of dissociation degree was 33,54% (average), the concept of Kc measurement was 43,785% (average), the concept of Kp measurement was 27,55% (poor), the principle concept of Le Chatelier was 36,764% (average), the concept of using chemical equallibrium in world industry was 23,60% (poor)
Influence of substrate annealing on inducing Ti3+ and oxygen vacancy in TiO2 thin films deposited via RF magnetron sputtering
Nano-crystalline TiO2 has been prepared by RF magnetron sputtering at varied substrate temperatures ranging from 200 to 500 °C. The alteration of oxygen and titanium atom in TiO2 at uppermost surface is clearly observed on the effect of annealing temperature by Auger Electron Spectroscopy (AES) technique. The measurement of peak to peak value of Ti and O transition line at 400 °C indicates the surface chemical state of O2 in TiO2 thin films defect at surface and Fermi level was analyzed using the X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS). The Ti 2p observation of pre and post surface treatment shows the concentration of Ti3+ is seven times higher after post sputtered for sample 200 °C. Ti3+ decrease by increasing temperature. The Ti3+-oxygen vacancy which also assigned as Ti2O3 occurred in all sample, yet sample deposited at 400 °C gives nearest binding energy for Ti2O3. This observation also supported by The Time of Flight Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (ToF-SIMS) analysis which shows highest total ion count for positive polarity is O+ for sample at 300 °C and Ti ion dominant is Ti2O3 + for sample at 400 °C. Based on the analyses, it is clearly seen that high defect of Ti3+-oxygen vacancy which is located between surface layer and fermi level state, this defect levels was created at surface layer at low annealing temperature. Properties of Polyurethane Foam/Coconut Coir Fiber as a Core Material and as a Sandwich Composites Component
This research focuses on the fabrication and characterization of the sandwich composites panel using glass fiber composite skin and polyurethane foam reinforced coconut coir fiber core. The main objectives are to characterize the physical and mechanical properties and to elucidate the effect of coconut coir fibers in polyurethane foam cores and sandwich composites panel. Coconut coir fibers were used as reinforcement in polyurethane foams in which later were applied as the core in sandwich composites ranged from 5 wt% to 20 wt%. The physical and mechanical properties found to be significant at 5 wt% coconut coir fiber in polyurethane foam cores as well as in sandwich composites. It was found that composites properties serve better in sandwich composites construction
Faktor yang Berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perawat di Rumah Sakit Tingkat III 16.06.01 Ambon
Nursing services in the hospital are the main factor to decide the health service quality.The society need good quality of health services,because of that,the nurses have to improve their performance optimally.The purpose of the study is to analyze the factors that influence the nurses performance at The Third Hospital of 16.06.01 in the city of Ambon. The method of the research is a survey analytical research using cross-sectional approach to find out the correlation between competency,job satisfaction,motivation,supervision and leadership with the nurses performance at the same time. The research instrument is a questionairre. The result shows that there is a significant correlation between job satisfaction (p= 0.000,r=1000) with nurses performance and supervision factors (p=0.039,r= -0.635) with nurses performance. But there is not a relation between the competency (p= 0.599,r= 0.190) with nurses performance ,motivation (p= 0.615,r= 0.180) and leadership (p= 0.946,r= -0.024) and the nurses performance. The result of regression analysis shows there are no correlation between competency,job satisfaction,motivation,supervision and leadership with the nurses performance simultanously (p= 0.007). The result of the second regression analysis shows that there are correlation between job satisfaction(p= 0.001,B=0.588) and supervision (p= 0.019,B= -0.347) and the job satisfaction has dominant influence to the nurses performance. This research show that there are correlation between job satisfaction and supervision with the nurses performence. It is recommended that the hospital should focus on the nurses job satisfaction and nursing supervision. This study describes the contribution of family environment to the achievement of students. Data were collected from the high achievers and low achievers of SMAN grade II student at Kabupaten Pidie Sigli. The result reveals that 5 sub-variables of family environment do not show significant contribution to the student's achievement, while 6 of them give significant contributions though they are not applicable, and 8 of them are significant and applicable
Regional validation of retracked sea levels from SARAL/Altika over the South China sea and adjacent seas
This paper focuses on assessing the quality of sea level anomaly (SLA) data from the new generation of Ka-band SARAL/AltiKa satellite altimetry over the continental shelf of the South China Sea. The region consists of peninsulas, shallow seas, and small islands that produce complicated altimetric waveform patterns. The improved-accuracy of SLAs data from the MLE4, Ice1 and Ice2 retrackers which are provided in the AVISO-Sensor Geophysical Data Records (SGDR) were optimized in this study. The quality of retracked SLAs is assessed by making comparison with tide gauge data from six stations. In general, the percentage of data availability of Ice-1 retracker is superior ( > 68%) to those of MLE- 4 and Ice-2 retrackers. The improvement of percentage (IMP) also shows that Ice-1 retracker improves the standard deviation > 12% better than those of Ice-2 retracker. Over complex areas of Lubang and Ko Taphao Noi, the temporal correlation of Ice-1 retracker is superior (r > 0.80) to those of MLE4 and Ice-2 retrackers (r 5.8) and lower RMS error ( < 34 cm) than those of Ice-1 retracker. It can be concluded that the Ice-1 and Ice-2 retrackers were superior for the coastal region of Maritime Continent
