    Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Menggunakan Alat Peraga (Abp) Dan Metode Pembelajaran Yang Bervariasi Pada Mata Pelajaran Matematika Dan Bahasa Indonesia

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk peningkatan hasil belajar menggunakan alat peraga (abp) dan metode pembelajaran yang bervariasi pada mata pelajaran matematika dan bahasa Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari II siklus. Hasil penelitiannya adalah terjadi peningkatan yang cukup signifikan kepada ketuntatasan siswa diatas 70 sebesar 15% ( dari 75 % ke 90 %) mata pelajaran matematika. Sementara pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia juga terjadi peningkatan angka ketuntasan sebesar 15 % ( dari 80% ke 90 %). Hal ini berarti menandakan bahwa ada Perubahan yang terjadi yang memiliki dampak positif kepada kemajuan hasil belajar siswa sehingga penelitian ini berhasil untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa

    Utilization of Scientific Publication Media to Improve the Quality of Scientific Work

    The publication of scientific work is an absolute thing that must be owned and produced by academics at this time. Moreover, when referring to the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN RB) Regulation No. 17 of 2013 and the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 92 of 2004 which states that the increase in the academic level of lecturers requires publication of accredited national scientific journals and journals Internationally reputable in their field. In addition to being very important for the performance of lecturers, the publication of scientific papers has become a government regulation through the Director General of Higher Education, which requires S1, S2 and S3 students to make a summary of scientific work published both online and in print as one of the graduation requirements. Seeing this, Raharja College has participated in providing publication media for scientific works, especially in online forms, one of which is iLearning Journal Center (iJC). Until now iLearning Journal Center has overseen 5 (five) journals in it with different scope of research. However, the problems that occur at this time are still a lack of the general public to know especially in the Higher Education environment regarding the iLearning Journal Center (iJC) as a publication media for online scientific work. In this study will be discussed about the steps or methods taken to maximize the use of iLearning Journal Center (iJC) as an online journal publication media to improve the quality and quantity of scientific works. This study uses SWOT analysis method and system design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and the applications used in this study by applying the Open Journal System (OJS) which is known as management software and publishing online journals. The results of this study are a governance or management that can be done as a step to maximize the increase of publication of online scientific works for the academic community.     Lesson Study: an Approach to Increase the Competency of Out-of-Field Mathematics Teacher in Building the Students Conceptual Understanding in Learning Mathematics

    The study was conducted to observe the effectiveness of Lesson Study as an approach used to increase the skills of an out-of-field Mathematics teacher or ‘non-optional' teacher, in building the conceptual understanding among students during the teaching and learning process. This qualitative case study was conducted using a Lesson Study approach involving a novice Mathematics teacher who is also a non-optional teacher, in a district of Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. An expert in Mathematics, School Improvement Specialist Coach(SISC+) was involved in the classroom observation. There were three different sessions conducted and the observation was recorded. Transcripts were prepared for the three observations for comparison and analytical review on the learning and teaching process with the Excellent Mathematics Teacher. It was observed that the Mathematics teacher's competency improved after evaluating the students' response and achievements after the learning session. Teachers who were involved,developed their skills and expertise through discussions during the Lesson Planning, teaching and review sessions. The teachers are more confident in addressing students issue as well as class control ‘Lesson Study' approach had contributed to upgrade the skills and efficiency of the non-optional Mathematics teachers as well as enriching the learning strategy, approach and methodology

In the implementation of the Development Department of culture and tourism of RokanHulu has a strategy that is, complete facilities and infrastructure repair, improved sights, as well asenhancing community participation. However, the implementation of the development are still notoptimally performed. How the actual implementation of development strategy flagship object touristHapanasan by Department of culture and tourism of Rokan Hulu, and what are the factors affectingthe development of the flagship object tourist Hapanasan by Department of culture and tourism ofRokan Hulu.The concept of the theory used is adaptive strategy researcher, Miles and Snow in Heene (2010)which consists of the technology, the determination of the authorities, coordination, implementationand system settings. This study uses qualitative methods research with descriptive data analysis. Theauthor uses data collection techniques interviews, observation, documentation, and library studies.With the use of Key Informants as a source of information and using the technique of triangulationas a source in the vadilitas test data.Based on the results of the research, strategy development flagship object tourist Hapanasan byDepartment of culture and tourism of Rokan Hulu hasnt been done optimally, since there are stillefforts that have not realized by the Department of culture and tourism of Rokan Hulu in theimplementation of the development.     Inpatient services of RSUP Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten is a complex set of services and giving major contribution in determining the quality of service. Nurses play an important role as the spearhead of the longest and energy dealing with patients. Nurses activities reflect the image of the hospital, nurses' performance is inseparable from leadership and job satisfaction. The purpose of research is knowing the influence the effect of leadership style and job satisfaction toward performance. The type of research is quantitative research with a cross sectional design. Independent variable leadership style and job satisfaction, the dependent variable is the performance of nurses. The registered nurse population as a civil servant ( PNS ), amounting to 75 people, collecting sampling techniques total sampling. Analysis techniques of Multiple linear regression. The results is Significance value of leadership style of 0.022 (Sig.< 0,05) and job satisfaction 0.132 (Sig.> 0,05). Test results of F 15.779 with significance level of 0.000. Adjusted R2 coefficient of 28.5 %.     Effects of Pseudomonas Fluorescens and Sulfur on Nutrients Uptake, Growth and Yield of Groundnut in an Alkaline Soil

    The aim of this research was to study the influence of P. fluorescens and sulfur on nutrients uptake, growth and yield of groundnut in alkaline soil. The experiment was conducted in the greenhouse in Malang from January 2015 to Mei 2015. The experiment was laid out in factorial randomized block design consisted of two treatment factors and three replications. The first factor were concentration of P. fluorescens (0 cfu/mL; 107 cfu/mL; and 109 cfu/mL). The second factor were elemental sulfur doses (0 g/kg soil; 1 g/kg soil; 2 /kg soil; and 3 g/kg soil). Soil used was collected from Lamongan East Java, Indonesia. Soil previously was given 40 g Ca(OH)2 /kg soil to achieve pH >8. There was no interaction between P. fluorescens and sulfur on all of parameters observed. P. fluorescens concentration of 109 cfu/mL independently significantly increased availabe Fe in soil as 34.75% compared with the control and could maintain the populations of P. fluorescens better than the concentrations of 0 and 107 cfu/mL. Sulfur significantly correlated with decrease in soil pH expressed by equation y = -0,226x + 8.218. Sulfur independently significantly increased N, P, S, Ca and Mn uptake by plants. Sulfur dose of 3 g/kg of soil provided leaves and stems growth better, increased 80.74% of pod yield and 34.09% of harvest index compared to control

    SEFT termasuk teknik relaksasi yang penggabungan teknik sistem tubuh dan terapi spiritual menggunakan menekan pada titik-titik tertentu pada tubuh. SEFT bantuan individu bebas dari tekanan emosional (energi negatif), yang merupakan penyebab meningkatnya tekanan darah pada pasien dengan hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh spiritual teknik kebebasan emosional (SEFT) terhadap tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuasi-eksperimen dan desain kelompok kontrol non-eqiuvalent. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua dengan hipertensi sebanyak 148 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan purposive sampling. Ada 30 responden sebagai sampel dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: 15 responden sebagai kelompok intervensi dan 15 responden sebagai kelompok kontrol. Instrumen data yang digunakan sphygmomanometer merkuri, stetoskop dan lembar observasi. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan t-test independen menemukan bahwa nilai p 0,000 (sistole) dan nilai p dari 0,019 (diastole), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan bermakna sebelum dan setelah terapi SEFT. Terapi spiritual teknik kebebasan emosional (SEFT) dapat digunakan sebagai pengobatan alternatif yang tepat dan praktis pada pasien hipertensi

    The Implementation of Drama in Teaching Speaking

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah siswa di kelas VIII SMPN 3 Batang Hari Nuban Lampung Timur akan mampu menerapkan drama bahasa Inggris dalam hal verbal komponen yaitu articulation, pronunciation, fluency and accuracy (grammar & vocabulary). Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas VIIIA dengan 24 siswa. Ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang difokuskan pada analisis produksi berbicara siswa dengan melihat kriteria evaluasi untuk berbicara dalam drama yang dikemukakan oleh Stanishlavski (1989). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 83,33% siswa mampu menerapkan drama bahasa Inggri sdalam hal verbal komponen terdiri dari articulation, pronunciation, fluency and accuracy (grammar & vocabulary) dan sisanya 16,66% siswa masih rendah. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa accuracy (grammar & vocabulary) adalah yang paling mudah sedangkan yang paling bermasalah adalah fluency. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa drama dan komponen verbalnya dapat diaplikasikan oleh siswa di pembelajaran berbicara.This research was aimed at finding whether the students at the second grade of SMPN 3 Batang Hari Nuban East Lampung would able to apply English drama in terms of verbal components of articulation, pronunciation, fluency and accuracy (grammar & vocabulary). The subject of this research was class VIIIA with 24 students. This was descriptive qualitative research which focused on the analysis of students’ speaking production by seeing the criteria of evaluation for speaking in drama proposed by Stanishlavski (1989). The result showed that 83.33% students were able to apply English drama in terms of verbal components of articulation, pronunciation, fluency and accuracy (grammar & vocabulary) and the rest of 16.66% students were still poor. The result also showed that accuracy (grammar & vocabulary)is the most applicable whereas most problematic is fluency. It could be concluded that drama and its verbal components are applicable for students in speaking class
