In the past decade, the population of the Hooded Crow has shown significant growth in Debrecen, Hungary. The aim of this study was to become acquainted with the nest-site selection behavior of Hooded Crows in urban spaces. While our research revealed that the Hooded Crow is not particular when it comes to selecting among tree species for nesting, we did notice differences regarding nesting height. Hooded Crows living in the city build their nests higher up than those living outside Debrecen’s city limits. We also discovered a slight, insignificant difference between nesting heights and tree species, which is probably due to the different characteristics of the given tree species. As for nesting heights, we found that in typical urban habitats there were no relevant differences. However, when we compared these habitats in pairs, it came to light that nesting heights -when comparing solitary trees - wood segments and tree rows - wooded segments- did show significant differences, which can be explained by the various conditions provided by the habitats mentioned. In summary, the following results emerged from our research:1. The Hooded Crow prefers approximately the same nesting heights in all kinds of habitats, urban environment and tree species.2. The nesting height does not significantly depend on the habitat itself or on the tree species

KocsĂĄnyos tölgy esetĂ©ben (n=45) 71%-ban sĂĄrga fagyöngy (Loranthus europaeus) tövĂ©be Ă©pĂtettĂ©k a madarak a fĂ©szkĂŒket, amely szintĂ©n a nagyobb biztonsĂĄgĂ©rzettel magyarĂĄzhatĂł. A varjak minden Ă©vben Ășj fĂ©szket Ă©pĂtettek, nem volt rĂĄjuk jellemzƑ a tatarozĂĄs. MegfigyelĂ©seink alapjĂĄn a pĂĄrok revĂrjĂŒket Ă©vrƑl-Ă©vre megtartjĂĄk, azonban a növekvƑ populĂĄciĂłmĂ©ret miatt (R2=0,9668) ezek darabolĂłdhatnak. A közelebbrƑl vizsgĂĄlt fĂ©szkek ĂĄtlagparamĂ©terei: mĂ©lysĂ©g: 10 cm (n=23), belsƑ ĂĄtmĂ©rƑ: 23 cm (n=29). ElmondhatĂł, hogy a vĂĄrosban Ă©lƑ dolmĂĄnyos varjĂș mindenfĂ©le anyagot (madzag, nejlon, drĂłt, stb.) felhasznĂĄl fĂ©szke Ă©pĂtĂ©sĂ©hez

A DrĂĄva tĂ©rsĂ©g annak ellenĂ©re, hogy egysĂ©ges földrajzi egysĂ©g, szĂĄmos közigazgatĂĄsi terĂŒlet között oszlik meg, Ă©s sok intĂ©zmĂ©ny hatĂĄskörĂ©be tartozik (Nemzeti Park, KörnyezetvĂ©delmi, TermĂ©szetvĂ©delmi Ă©s VĂzĂŒgyi FelĂŒgyelƑsĂ©g, kĂŒlönbözƑ közigazgatĂĄsi egysĂ©gek). Emellett a tĂ©rsĂ©ggel sok kĂŒlönbözƑ tĂpusĂș fejlesztĂ©si terv foglalkozott mĂĄr, elsƑsorban hĂĄrom megközelĂtĂ©sben: turizmus, termĂ©szetvĂ©delem Ă©s helyi fejlesztĂ©sek. Ezt a keretet a partnerek dolgoztĂĄk ki, az Ă©rintett helyi szereplƑk tapasztalata Ă©s motivĂĄciĂłi alapjĂĄn. A jelen dokumentum a következƑ program keretĂ©n belĂŒl kerĂŒlt kidolgozĂĄsra: "EgysĂ©ges TervezĂ©si Eszköz a DrĂĄva-tĂ©rsĂ©gre" (Drava Region Unified planning Toolkit), DUPLO, IPA MagyarorszĂĄg-HorvĂĄtorszĂĄg HatĂĄron ÁtnyĂșlĂł Program (Cross-border Programme Hungary-Croatia)(IPA HUHR 1102/2.1.4/0014). This study presents the legal institutions that temporarily interrupt the chain of procedural actions of the judicial foreclosure, namely the interruption, suspension and intermission of the foreclosure. In the publication - as an acting lawyer - pragmatism has an emphasised role and it highlights the problems that arise when applying the legal institutions and offers alternatives and de lege ferenda solutions. The author seeks to draw the reader's attention to the interrelations and differences between legal institutions for the sake of clarity. Furthermore the speciality of this study is that it uses the civil procedural regulations which are applicable as a background standard for the Code of Judicial Foreclosure, from the new Code of Civil Procedure which entered into force on 1 January 2018, referring in several places simultaneously to the regulations of the previous CCP.This study presents the legal institutions that temporarily interrupt the chain of procedural actions of the judicial foreclosure, namely the interruption, suspension and intermission of the foreclosure.
