Analisa Pengaruh Produk, Bukti Fisik, Dan Harga Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen Di My Kopi-o Surabaya

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mendorong minat beli konsumen di My Kopi-O Surabaya. Data - data dalam penelitian ini telah memenuhi persyaratan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor produk tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat beli. Sedangkan kedua faktor lainnya yaitu faktor bukti fisik dan harga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam menimbulkan minat beli konsumen di My Kopi-O Surabaya

Perancangan Sistem Akses Kendaraan Ekspedisi Menggunakan Arduino Dan Radio Frequency Identification

Banyaknya modus pencurian barang dari dalam warehouse/gudang di Perusahaan ekspedisi, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak yang dapat digunakan untuk mencegah pencurian tersebut. Akses portal keluar adalah salah satu cara untuk mencegah pencurian, disamping itu akses portal ini juga dapat mengirimkan data ke database yang dapat membantu untuk mengetahui berapa banyak mobil ekspedisi keluar masuk gudang.Dalam penelitian ini dirancang menggunakan Personal Computer (PC) sebagai database server yang digunakan sebagai sinkronisasi database kartu akses mobil dengan data yang diterima RFID-reader. Pemilik kendaraan hanya menempelkan atau mendekatkan kartu akses yang sudah terdaftar ke box pembaca, jika data RFID yang diterima terdapat dalam database, mobil bisa keluar dari gudang/warehouse. Kontroler yang digunakan disini adalah motor- servo yang berfungsi sebagai buka-tutup portal. Database akan menyimpan secara detail jam, tanggal beserta no polisi kendaraan ketika portal terbuka.Hasil pengujian dilakukan secara hardware dan software (Database dan File PHP/HTML) untuk mengetahui bug atau masalah jika diimplementasikan dalam kehidupan nyata, salah satu contoh pengujian yang dilakukan adalah menguji masa aktif kartu terhadap databasedapat bekerja dengan baik

Financial management information system : an empirical evidence

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the effectiveness of financial information systems implemented by private universities in the educational process, through the dimensions of manager role, knowledge manager, and technological sophistication. The research uses quantitative and descriptive approaches. The population in this study is Private Universities in Cimahi, Indonesia. Testing of research data is done through validity test with Rank Spearman correlation coefficient and reliability test with Cronbach Alpha coefficient. Meanwhile, to analyze the data multiple descriptive regression analysis (multiple regression analysis) is used. The results showed what has been done then it concluded that the role of managers, knowledge owned by managers and the sophistication of information technology owned by private universities can affected the performance of the university. The role of manager and the technological sophistication significantly influence the effectiveness of financial information systems while managers’ knowledge has no significant effect. The most important recommendation of this research is the importance of reconsidering the selection of technical specifications that meet the needs of more and more data in addition to ongoing training for financial managers.peer-reviewe

Pembuatan Biodiesel Dari Minyak Nyamplung (Calophyllum Inophyllum L) Dengan Reaksi Transesterifikasi Menggunakan Katalis K2O/H-Za Berbasis Zeolit Alam

Kebutuhan dunia akan minyak bumi telah mencapai 10.000 juta ton pertahun. Eksploitasi secara berlebihan dan berkepanjangan mengakibatkan cadangan minyak bumi terus berkurang, dimana hal tersebut dapat diatasi dengan sumber energi alternatif terbarukan seperti biodiesel. Katalis yang digunakan adalah K2O/H-Za dengan loading KI 1%, 2%, 4% dan 6%. Minyak nyamplung melalui proses esterifikasi kemudian dilakukan proses transesterifikasi dengan katalis K2O/H-Za dengan variabel berat terhadap minyak sebesar 5%, 10%, 15% dan 20% dan suhu 500C, 600C dan 700C. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa semakin tinggi % loading KI, % yield juga semakin tinggi, dimana % yield tertinggi sebesar 32,301% dengan loading KI 6%. Massa katalis terbaik didapatkan pada variabel 10% massa minyak dengan % yield 36,807%. Semakin tinggi suhu reaksi, % yield biodiesel yang dihasilkan semakin tinggi, dengan % yield tertinggi pada suhu reaksi 700C sebesar 36,807%. Kondisi reaksi transesterifikasi terbaik adalah katalis dengan loading KI 6%, massa katalis 10% massa minyak dan pada suhu 700C. Namun berdasarkan densitas dan viskositasnya, biodiesel minyak nyamplung dengan katalis K2O/H-Za tidak memenuhi SNI 04-7182-2006 karena % yield biodiesel yang dihasilkan kecil

Evaluasi Penerapan Process Costing untuk Perhitungan Beban Pokok Produk yang Akurat pada CV Pabrik Mesin Guntur di Malang

Setelah krisis global menyerang Indonesia, industri manufaktur merupakan salah satu sektor yang paling merasakan dampak dari krisis tersebut dimana sektor manufaktur mengalami penurunan laju pertumbuhan terparah dibandingkan sektor ekonomi yang lainnya. Hal tersebut diperparah dengan munculnya kekhawatiran produk Indonesia akan kalah bersaing dengan produk China setelah pemberlakuan ACFTA pada awal tahun 2010. Industri manufaktur di Indonesia semakin sulit bertahan dalam persaingan dengan adanya produk-produk China. Untuk dapat tetap bertahan dalam persaingan, harga produk dari industri manufaktur Indonesia harus mampu bersaing dengan harga dari produk China. Perhitungan beban pokok yang akurat dapat membantu badan usaha dalam menetapkan harga yang kompetitif. CV. Pabrik Mesin Guntur adalah badan usaha yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur pompa irigasi dan pompa industri. Badan usaha ini menerapkan process costing – weighted average method dalam perhitungan beban pokok produknya. Badan usaha menggunakan informasi dari perhitungan beban pokok produk tersebut untuk menetapkan harga jual produknya. Perhitungan beban pokok produk yang akurat sangat diperlukan oleh CV Pabrik Mesin Guntur ketika hendak menetapkan harga jual produk. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan di CV Pabrik Mesin Guntur untuk mengevaluasi sistem kalkulasi biaya di badan usaha ini. Evaluasi yang dilakukan adalah dengan membuat perbandingan antara perhitungan beban pokok produk dengan process costing – weighted average method yang benar dengan perhitungan yang dibuat oleh badan usaha. Strengthening the Marketing of Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Services to Support the Transformation of Health Services in Indonesia

This study aims to identify marketing or socialization strategies for hospitals that provide Cardiac Surgery Services in Indonesia. The findings of this study will contribute to optimizing the services available in the regions as well as contributing to the transformation of health services, particularly in cardiac surgery services. This study is observational descriptive research. Data were collected from Cardiothoracic and Vascular surgeons and hospital websites with cardiac surgery services. Through the marketing analysis approach of 7P, this study identifies problems and policy recommendations that can be alternative solutions. The price of the service is high, but most of the patients used BPJS, and it is found that the hospital rate is higher than BPJS claims. The hospital should provide the costing and financial analysis that generate the hospital rate to BPJS revise the BPJS's claims. It can only be done if hospitals from many regions produce similar rates or slight variations. Jabodetabek still dominates as the region (place) with the most cardiovascular surgery services in Indonesia, with 29 of 35 hospitals. The recommendations to respond to this issue include ensuring data on demand for cardiac surgery services from various regions and encouraging the government through specialist expert associations and legislation to provide cardiovascular surgery services in various regions. KNOWLEDGE, ATTITUDE, AND BEHAVIOR ABOUT ABORTION AMONG ADULT WOMEN AT PEUNAYONG DISTRICT, BANDA ACEH, INDONESIA

Objective: Every year approximately 13% (78,000) of maternal death caused by unsafe abortion. Indonesia Family Planning Association predicts 2.5 million abortions per year and 1.5 million of them committed by teenagers. Adolescent reproductive health problems are more alarming year by year. Sexual behavior tends to be permissive and bold with limited knowledge of reproductive health has increased the risk of abortion. This study is to assess the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior regarding abortion in young adults. Methods: This is a descriptive cross-sectional study. The subjects were young women aged 18–24 years old who were fulfilled by inclusion and exclusion criteria. The knowledge, attitudes, and behavior were assessed using questionnaire. The results were analyzed using statistical program. Results: The total subjects recruited in this study were 55 subjects. Twenty-eight (50.9%) of subjects has a good knowledge and 27 (49.1%) of subjects had a moderate knowledge. Twenty-nine (52.7%) subjects had moderate attitudes and 36.4% of subjects had good attitude. Thirty (54.5%) of subjects had a good behavior regarding abortion. Conclusion: Most of the subjects had good level of knowledge and moderate attitude toward abortion
