Statistical analysis of the organizational factors influence on the labor productivity growth: methodical issues

In article the attention is focused on methodical assessment issues of organizational factors influence on labor productivity growth in modern conditions of economic development. The productivity role of the social activities as one of the main criteria of the national economy efficiency is shown. In many spheres of economic activity increase in labor productivity is inseparably linked with use of electronic business technologies; in this regard the comprehensive analysis of the factors forming labor productivity level is necessary. A research objective is to assess a role of the labor productivity growth organizational factors which possess an important role in increase in production efficiency nowadays. At the same time the research of working hours by means of photos of the working day, a moment observations method and the made time observations is important. Correlation dependence of workers’ labor productivity on factors of the work organization is revealed. BLOCKCHAIN OR NEW PARADIGMS OF INTERACTION IN THE DIGITAL WORLD

Abstract. The rapid growth in the number of blockchain-based startups proves that this technology is indemand in the modern world; completely different sectors of the economy are influenced by blockchain technologies or are ready to accept it today. Through the blockchain, databases can be created in the form of a registry to form a digital image of an asset (real estate, intellectual property, security, etc.) and a digital trace upon the fact of completion of transactions. First of all, there are opportunities in terms of storage, transfer and change of ownership rights on digital assets. It is already becoming obvious that the introduction of blockchain-based technologies in state administration will significantly reduce both financial and time costs for the implementation of state functions or the provision of servicesto citizens and businesses. At the same time, it is possible to minimize risks (fraud, cyber-attacks), significantly increase asset control and ensure confidentiality. The paper shows that most financial companies are ready and willing to use blockchain technology. At the moment, Russia is a few steps behind all of its direct competitors on the world stage. THE ROLE OF GROUPING METHOD IN THE MANAGEMENT EFFICIENCY ANALYSIS

Abstract. The relevance of the study is due to the need to apply methods of economic and statistical analysis, since they determine the degree of the results consistency to the potential production opportunities and their cost under reindustrialization. The research investigated the existing problems in the application of the grouping method in the analysis of management effectiveness. The authors used a systematic approach to the statistical study of production and management efficiency, which involves an interrelated consideration of resources, the level of their use, and the resulting outcomes. Methodological approaches to the integrated assessment of enterprise activities were developed by combining three characteristics in one grouping – the level of technical equipment, labor efficiency and capital productivity.Further research is aimed at developing and examining a generalized assessment of the organizational and technical level of enterprises on the basis of the grouping method.Key words: labor productivity, grouping method, management, capital productivity, technical equipment, production process

Bypassing reCAPTCHAV2 from Google Using Supply Chain of Neural Networks and Machine Learning

Until recently, the search engine did not understand what exactly was depicted in the photo, which it gave out in the results, but only focused on the words that were found in the text next to this image or that were written in its alt or title attributes (img tag). Modern algorithms of search engines allow finding not only text files, and files marked with text tags, but also similar images. For these purposes, there are several services on the supply chain of network. Search by the user of the Internet of all images from one series or search for an analogue of an object on a photo by driving words into the search string will not be successful. Currently, search on the sample image (photos or any other image) is supported by both search engines leading in Russia - Google and Yandex. But as an alternative, there are services that structure the Internet for easy retrieval of information that the user needs. And at the moment there are social bookmarks, catalogs, torrent trackers, forums, specialized search engines, file sharing. The authors implemented a program that will take a link to the image at the input, and in return give a response from the API in json format

Ensemble methods for solving problems of medical diagnosis

A consolidating method for analyzing series of observations based on a fitted model of a mixture of catalysts of the main components is proposed, which makes it possible to study any number of markers. Contrasting the longitudinal approach, it eliminates the need to connect regression analysis methods with their own uncertainties when choosing particular models. The consolidating method allows obtaining an original result in the subject area of early diagnosis of a disease: all options for using markers demonstrate an increase in classification accuracy with an increase in the length of a series of examinations.Comment: 4 pages, 1 figure, 4 table
