Cieľom práce je návrh a posúdenie jednotlivých variant prestavby. Zároveň vysvetľuje dôvody úprav na dotknutých križovatkách a medzikrižovatkovom úseku. Práca analyzuje súčasný dopravný stav prostredníctvom dopravného prieskumu. Obsahuje tri varianty návrhu opatrení vo forme technických výkresov. Súčasťou je aj záverečné posúdenie jednotlivých variant a ich orientačný odhad nákladov.The diploma thesis is dealing with the proposal of modifications and arrangements on the road I /56 in the Hlucin in the section between crossroad with road III /46611 and crossroad with Zahradní Street. The aim of the work is the design and assessment of individual variants of the reconstruction. At the same time the work explains the reasons of the modifications on the affected crossroads and on the section between crossroads. The work analyzes the present state of transport by a traffic survey. It contains three variants of arrangements proposals in the form of technical drawings. Study of Traffic Node of Roads II/475, III/47210 and Consequential Communications in Havirov

Import 05/08/2014Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá štúdiou dopravného uzla ciest II/475, III/47210 a nadväzujúcich komunikácií v meste Havířov. Cieľom práce je navrhnúť a posúdiť jednotlivé varianty prestavby križovatiek. Práca zároveň analyzuje súčasný stav daného dopravného uzla. Obsahuje dopravný prieskum. Vysvetľuje dôvody prestavby z hľadiska zmeny územného plánu a nehodovosti na križovatke ciest II/475 a III/47210. Štúdia obsahuje tri varianty prestavby týchto križovatiek. Každý návrh obsahuje prílohu vo forme technických výkresov. Súčasťou práce je orientačný odhad nákladov. Nakoniec sú posúdené jednotlivé varianty.Bachelor thesis is dealing with the study of the transport node roads II/475, III/47210 and related communications in Havirov. The aim of the work is to propose and to assess the various options of rebuilding crossroads. The work also analyzes the current state of the transport node. It contains traffic survey. Explaining the reasons of rebuilding in terms of changes in land use plan and the accident at crossroads of the roads II/475 and III/47210. The study includes three variants of reconstruction of these crossroads. Each proposal contains an attachment in the form of technical drawings. Identification of plant psychoactive alkaloids by gas chromatography – mass spectrometry: application in ceramic pipes from two archaeological sites in Catamarca

Las culturas precolombinas de América utilizaron plantas que contienen alcaloides psicoactivos en ceremonias rituales y como medicinas. En este trabajo se optimizaron las condiciones de análisis por cromatografía gaseosa acoplada a espectrometría de masa para la identificación simultánea de los alcaloides presentes en hojas de tabaco y coca y en semillas de chamico y cebil con el objeto de contar con una metodología de análisis para su identificación en materiales arqueológicos. La metodología desarrollada se aplicó a la identificación de alcaloides en siete fragmentos de pipas cerámicas y sedimentos asociados provenientes de dos sitios arqueológicos del valle del Cajón en la provincia de Catamarca, Argentina. Se identificó 5-hidroxi-N,N-dimetiltriptamina en dos hornillos y en los sedimentos contenidos en un hornillo y en dos tubos de tres pipas cerámicas. Sólo se identificó nicotina en el hornillo de una de las pipas. Los resultados demuestran el uso de cebil como alucinógeno por los antiguos pobladores de Catamarca.The pre-Columbian cultures of America used plants containing psychoactive alkaloids in ritual ceremonies and as medicines. In this research we have optimized the analytical conditions of gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry for the simultaneous identification of alkaloids from tobacco and coca leaves as well as chamico and cebil seeds with the aim of developing an analytical methodology for their identification in archaeological remains. The optimized methodology was applied to the identification of alkaloids in seven fragments of ceramic pipes and sediments from two archaeological sites from the Cajón valley in Catamarca province, Argentina. We have identified 5-hydroxy-N,N-dimethyltriptamine in two pipe furnaces and in the sediments contained in the furnace and tubes from three ceramic pipes. We have identified nicotine only in one pipe furnace. These results indicate the use of cebil as hallucinogen by ancient inhabitants of Catamarca.Fil: Careaga Quiroga, Valeria Pilar. Continuous observations of the surface energy budget and meteorology over the Arctic sea ice during MOSAiC

The Multidisciplinary drifting Observatory for the Study of Arctic Climate (MOSAiC) was a yearlong expedition supported by the icebreaker R/V Polarstern, following the Transpolar Drift from October 2019 to October 2020. The campaign documented an annual cycle of physical, biological, and chemical processes impacting the atmosphere-ice-ocean system. Of central importance were measurements of the thermodynamic and dynamic evolution of the sea ice. A multi-agency international team led by the University of Colorado/CIRES and NOAA-PSL observed meteorology and surface-atmosphere energy exchanges, including radiation; turbulent momentum flux; turbulent latent and sensible heat flux; and snow conductive flux. There were four stations on the ice, a 10 m micrometeorological tower paired with a 23/30 m mast and radiation station and three autonomous Atmospheric Surface Flux Stations. Collectively, the four stations acquired ~928 days of data. This manuscript documents the acquisition and post-processing of those measurements and provides a guide for researchers to access and use the data products
