Marginal Political Practices of Youth as a Communication Trend in the Post-Politics Era

The article examines the marginal political practices of young people as a way of communicating with the authorities. Such characteristics of political practices of young people as virulence, diversification, non-normality and hybridity have been revealed. Based on the analysis of political cases of recent years, the most popular marginal political practices, meme practices, the battle of sticker packs, hashtags, etc. have been identified. The main research method was trend watching. In the course of the study, the value-semantic grounds for the application of marginal political practices by young people and their legal regulation by the state were identified. The analysis showed that the popularity of marginal political practices as a way of communication between young people and the authorities lies in the imperfection of the organisation of power in the Russian Federation. As a result, possible steps were identified that government institutions and individual officials can take to construct a productive dialogue with young people. In the conclusion, the results of the study are summarised, including the unpredictability of the outcomes of the use of marginal practices, their excessive legalisation and social partnership as the most effective way of their constructivisation.The study was supported by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research and ANO EISI (Autonomous Non-Commercial Organisation, Expert Institute for Social Research), Project no. 20-011-31736

Bone remodeling structural and metabolic disturbances in chronic generalized periodontitis

It is found that there is correlation between serum osteoprotogirin and parodentium inflammation severity. The prognostic marker for periodontitis express-diagnostics - serum osteoprotegerin level - for the public health practice was suggested. The test clinical and economic efficiency allows to recommend its wide use in clinical practice.Установлена зависимость между концентрацией остеопротегерина в сыворотке крови и тяжестью воспаления в пародонте. Clinical and laboratory oral health characteristics in different age and sex individuals under the presence/absence of parodentium inflammation

Complex examination of oral health in patients presenting with periodontitis and with intact parodentium was performed. Statistically significant difference on a number of conventional clinical indices used for patients with parodentium pathology was found. Molecular genetic aspects of tissue resistance in the presence of inflammation of parodontium

Modern level of knowledge of parodontium pathology pathogenesis defines the concept of inflammation as the dominant one in the result effect “contagium-owner”. The key molecules of inflammation are the cytotoxicans. The cytotoxicans response is defined genetically. The cytotoxicans gene expression starts in response to pathogene penetration, antigenic excitation, tissue damage. Therefore the detection of candidate genes of genetic predisposition, expression polymorphism of which defines the clinical implications polymorphism, opens wide perspectives in learning of the genetic determination of dental pathology of phlogistic habit.Современный уровень знаний патогенеза патологии пародонта определяет в качестве доминирующей – воспалительную концепцию, как результирующую взаимодействия «инфект-хозяин». ключевыми молекулами воспаления являются цитокины. Продукция цитокинов закреплена генетически. Экспрессия генов цитокинов начинается в ответ на проникновение в организм патогенов, антигенное раздражение и повреждение тканей. The formation of eyeball musculoskeletal stump using a Ni-Ti implant in vivo

The purpose of this study is to investigate the possibility of forming an eyeball musculoskeletal stump using a Ni-Ti implant in vivo. Studies were performed on 18 Wistar rats. The animals were enucleated one of eyes. After the enucleation the musculoskeletal stump using Ni-Ti implant was formed. Ni-Ti implant was made from a thread of porous Ni-Ti (TN-10) with a thickness of 100 [mu]m. Before implantation the Ni-Ti implant was sterilized by ethylene oxide. Results showed that the Ni-Ti implant surface was uniform and had not visible defects. The NiTi implant surface was a hydrophobic with the mean value of [theta]=93.5°±1.4. The Ni-Ti implant in the eye orbit was mobile. The Ni-Ti implantation into the eye orbit contributed the connective tissue with blood vessels formation and insignificant leucocytes infiltration (macrophages and lymphocytes infiltration). Bacterial Degradation of PCB 70 and its Hydroxy Derivatives is an Environmentally Friendly Way to Destroy Pops

One of the problems of our time is the environmentally safe destruction of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and their hydroxylated derivatives. The aim of the study was to investigate the features and prospects of the decomposition of PCB 70 (2,5,3’,4’-tetrachlorobiphenyl) and hydroxylated chlorobiphenyls derived from it by Rhodococcus wratislaviensis strain CH628. As a result of the application of methods of periodic cultivation, gas chromatography and light spectrometry, it was found that the efficiency of destruction of PCB 70 1 g of cells of strain CH628 was 90 mg PCB/day, and the same indicator for a mixture consisting of hydroxy derivatives obtained from PCB 70 was 56 mg PCB/day. It was shown that the strain uses all components of the mixture of hydroxy-PCB 70 as a growth substrate, but with different degradation rates. When cultivated in a mineral medium with PCB 70 or a mixture of hydroxy-PCB 70, strain CH628 forms biofilms. The analysis of the obtained results shows that the use of the Rhodococcus wratislaviensis CH628 strain will make it possible to develop a technology for the environmentally safe destruction of PCB 70 and hydroxy-PCBs derived from it

Использование имплантата из никелида титана с аутологичными мононуклеарами крови для формирования орбитальной культи в эксперименте

In the experiment in vivo we studied the regenerative course after intraorbital implantation of porous titanium nickelide impregnated with autologous blood monocytes and without them after evisceroenucleation. It was revealed that introduction of autologous blood monocytes stimulates the growth of collagen fibers and new vessels, accelerates the process of regeneration and formation of orbital stump.В эксперименте in vivo изучены морфологические особенности местных воспалительно-регенераторных процессов при орбитальной имплантации никелида титана с аутологичными мононуклеарами крови и без них после эвисцероэнуклеации. Выявлено, что введение аутологичных мононуклеаров крови стимулирует коллагенообразование и ангиогенез, ускоряет процесс регенерации и формирования орбитальной культи
