The paper examines the current state of the land fund, farmlands and agricultural lands in the context of federal districts and individual subjects of the Russian Federation to ensure the increase in production of products obtained by traditional agricultural technologies and organic farming. Qualitative indicators of farmlands and agricultural lands, including indicators of unfavorability, are analyzed. Separately, the problems of fertility regulation (maintenance of humus-forming processes) of farmlands are considered in the conditions of their intensive use on the basis of modern methods of soil fertility reproduction - the introduction of balanced complex fertilizers, reclamation, the use of energy-saving agricultural technologies of tillage, rotation of crop rotations, the introduction of special biologically active substances into the soil, the cultivation of siderates, etc

The study presents the results of the assessment of the current state of the fisheries complex, the dynamics of extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources, the state of the feed industry for certain types of feed. The study was conducted on the basis of relevant statistical, scientific, practical, and other materials in the field of activity of the fishery complex. The analysis was carried out in accordance with the key indicators identified. The State Program for the development of the fishery complex of the Russian Federation. A significant place in ensuring the positive dynamics of the development of the fishing industry is given to feed. Indicators of feed production are generally growing for older age and sex fish groups. Nevertheless, for the repair of young animals at the early stages of cultivation, to stimulate vitality and immunity, so-called starter, production and functional feeds containing specific ingredients and probiotics are required - biologically active substances that are not produced enough. As a result, a significant proportion of imported feed remains

We prove sharp Pitt’s inequality for the Dunkl transform in L2(RdL^{2}(\mathbb{R}^{d} with the corresponding weights. As an application, we obtain the logarithmic uncertainty principle for the Dunkl transform

Sharp approximation theorems and Fourier inequalities in the Dunkl setting

In this paper we study direct and inverse approximation inequalities in Lp(Rd), 1<p<∞, with the Dunkl weight. We obtain these estimates in their sharp form substantially improving previous results. We also establish new estimates of the modulus of smoothness of a function f via the fractional powers of the Dunkl Laplacian of approximants of f. Moreover, we obtain new Lebesgue type estimates for moduli of smoothness in terms of Dunkl transforms. Needed Pitt-type and Kellogg-type Fourier–Dunkl inequalities are derived. © 2020 Elsevier Inc
