Przygotowanie powierzchni pr贸bek ze stali X38CrMoV5-1pod pow艂oki ochronne metod膮 szlifowania elektroerozyjnego AEDG i polerowania.
W artykule przedstawiono technologi臋 przygotowania powierzchni pr贸bek ze stali narz臋dziowej X38CrMoV5-1 z zastosowaniem szlifowania elektroerozyjnego AEDG i polerowania mechanicznego. Zakres bada艅 obejmuje por贸wnanie struktury geometrycznej powierzchni SGP ukszta艂towanej w procesach szlifowania AEDG,
polerowania oraz po wytworzeniu warstw ochronnych PVD typu: TiC+a-C:H oraz MoS2TiW. Do pomiar贸w
geometrii powierzchni w poszczeg贸lnych etapach zastosowano mikroskop konfokalny (CLSM) oraz profilometr

In the paper the application of silicon carbide (SiC) in electronics especially for production
of p-i-n diodes have been shown. Also the technology of honing process of samples
made of silicon carbide using grinding, lapping and polishing method has been presented.
Finally the process of machining and the stand for surface preparation, selected investigation
results concerning assessment of geometrical microstructure and morphology of

bezpiecze艅stwa dotycz膮ce narz臋dzi 艣ciernych spojonych stawiane w normie EN-12413.The article presents results of testing the cBN grinding-wheel strength carried out under static and dynamic loads. The subject of study concerned the grinding wheels with the ceramic body and the abrasive layer made of cBN grains and glass-crystalline binder. Two types of polycrystalline cBN, ie cBN 550 and cBN 100, manufactured by GE Superabrasives and the glasscrystalline binder with the symbol for VGH2 were applied. It has
been shown that the tensile strength depends on the microstructure of cBN grains and corrosion resistance. The dynamic breaking strength tests showed that the wheels fulfill safety requirements for bonded abrasive tools placed in the standard EN-1241
Investigations of geometrical structure and morphology of samples made of hard machinable materials after wire electrical discharge machining and vibro鈥恆brasive finishing
In this article the results concerned influence of processing conditions of the wire electrical discharge machining and vibro鈥恆brasive machining on the surface layer and morphology of samples made of hard machinable materials used in aircraft industry like: Titanium 5553 尾, Inconel 617, Hastelloy X and Magnesium AZ31 have been presented. For this purpose the cubic and cylindrical samples made of hard machinable alloys have been prepared using optimal electric parameters of wire鈥恈ut electrical discharge machining and finally they have been polished using circular vibratory finishing technology and different ceramic shaped stones.ENSAM (professeur invit茅

In this work the results related to the influence of selected electrical parameters of the abrasive electrodischarge grinding process on the surface layer temperature and morphology of machined samples in comparison to the conventional grinding method are presented. The basis of this work has been investigations of the deep grinding of surfaces of the samples made of titanium 5553 尾, Inconel 617, Hastelloy X and magnesium AZ31 using a cubic boron nitride (CBN) grinding wheel with metallic binding agent. Selected research results for the evaluation of the shaped capacity and relative wear of the segment electrode during this process are described too. The machining capacity of super-hard grinding wheels was evaluated using a two-parameter standard grinding process (thermocouple), in which the temperature of the ground standard and the relative grinding performance of the standard were determined
