Setting the feed crops assortment is one of the actual problems. The main concern represents the setting of the species and varieties with maximum production potential in the existent ecopedological conditions (Cotigă, C.2012). In this regard, are preferred the species of which technology are fully mechanized, among which is also the feed sorghum culture. If we refer to sorghum culture to provide feed base, among hybrids that we consider for research is remarked ES ALIZE and ES FOEHN, which can provide a production of 7-8 t/ha s.u. beans and strains + leaves of 8-9 t/ha s.u

Qualitative analysis of a mechanical system of coupled nonlinear oscillators

In this paper we investigate nonlinear systems of second order ODEs describing the dynamics of two coupled nonlinear oscillators of a mechanical system. We obtain, under certain assumptions, some stability results for the null solution. Also, we show that in the presence of a time-dependent external force, every solution starting from sufficiently small initial data and its derivative are bounded or go to zero as the time tends to +∞, provided that suitable conditions are satisfied. Our theoretical results are illustrated with numerical simulations

Morpho-bathymetric parameters of recess Crucii Lake (Stânişoarei Mountains). Crucii Lake from Stânişoarei Mountains was formed in 1978 as a result of riverbed dam Cuejdel after a landslide triggered on the western slope of Muncelul Peak. The event led initially to a small accumulation of 250-300 acvatoriu m, 25-30 m wide and 4-5 m maximum depth. In the summer of 1991 following the construction of a forest road in the flysch, and amid a high humid conditions, the slide was reactivated, leading to the formation of the largest natural dam lake in Romania. It has a length of 1 km, area of 12.2 ha, maximum depth of 16 m and a water volume of ca. 907.000 m3. Morphometric and morpho-bathymetric measurements performed in the summer of 2011, with the help of the integrated 1.200 GPS of Station Leica System 1.200 surveying measurements and bathymetric measurements Valeyport Ecosounder Midas showed new values for the morpho-bathymetric parameters. Among them stands out: 13,95 ha area, perimeter 2801,1 m, maximum length of 1004,82 m, 282,6 m maximum width, maximum depth 16,45 m. To achieve the numerical model of the lake basin were more than 45.000 points bali reading, with equidistance of 0,25 m. The scale of detail work aimed to draw up a proper database to eliminate suspicions about the old analytical methods inaccuracies. At the same time was studied the evolution of the lake’s basin in the context of relatively recent geomorphological changes

The Dynamic of Foreign Visitors in Romania since 1990. Current Challenges of Romanian Tourism

    Get PDF
This study represents a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the Romanian tourism phenomenon that focuses on the current challenges to which it has to adapt in order to become competitive on the European market and to overcome its current stage of subsistence tourism. One of the selected criteria for highlighting the main dysfunctions of the Romanian tourism and that also represents the goal of this research is one of the indicators that quantify the annual flow of international tourists that come to Romania. In Romania's post-communist economic development (a negative evolution, of course), tourism remains a real lever for national and regional economic development that can bring Romania numerous competitive advantages on the European Union market

Particularities of Verification Processes for Distributed Informatics Applications

    Get PDF
This paper presents distributed informatics applications and characteristics of their development cycle. It defines the concept of verification and there are identified the differences from software testing. Particularities of the software testing and software verification processes are described. The verification steps and necessary conditions are presented and there are established influence factors of quality verification. Software optimality verification is analyzed and some metrics are defined for the verification process

Multi-criteria and satisfaction oriented scheduling for hybrid distributed computing infrastructures

International audienceAssembling and simultaneously using different types of distributed computing infrastructures (DCI) like Grids and Clouds is an increasingly common situation. Because infrastructures are characterized by different attributes such as price, performance, trust, greenness, the task scheduling problem becomes more complex and challenging. In this paper we present the design for a fault-tolerant and trust-aware scheduler, which allows to execute Bag-of-Tasks applications on elastic and hybrid DCI, following user-defined scheduling strategies. Our approach, named Promethee scheduler, combines a pull-based scheduler with multi-criteria Promethee decision making algorithm. Because multi-criteria scheduling leads to the multiplication of the possible scheduling strategies, we propose SOFT, a methodology that allows to find the optimal scheduling strategies given a set of application requirements. The validation of this method is performed with a simulator that fully implements the Promethee scheduler and recreates an hybrid DCI environment including Internet Desktop Grid, Cloud and Best Effort Grid based on real failure traces. A set of experiments shows that the Promethee scheduler is able to maximize user satisfaction expressed accordingly to three distinct criteria: price, expected completion time and trust, while maximizing the infrastructure useful employment from the resources owner point of view. Finally, we present an optimization which bounds the computation time of the Promethee algorithm, making realistic the possible integration of the scheduler to a wide range of resource management software
