Notch1 Pathway Protects against Burn-Induced Myocardial Injury by Repressing Reactive Oxygen Species Production through JAK2/STAT3 Signaling
Oxidative stress plays an important role in burn-induced myocardial injury, but the cellular mechanisms that control reactive oxygen species (ROS) production and scavenging are not fully understood. This study demonstrated that blockade of Notch signaling via knockout of the transcription factor RBP-J or a pharmacological inhibitor aggravated postburn myocardial injury, which manifested as deteriorated serum CK, CK-MB, and LDH levels and increased apoptosis in vitro and in vivo. Interruption of Notch signaling increased intracellular ROS production, and a ROS scavenger reversed the exacerbated myocardial injury after Notch signaling blockade. These results suggest that Notch signaling deficiency aggravated postburn myocardial injury through increased ROS levels. Notch signaling blockade also decreased MnSOD expression in vitro and in vivo. Notably, Notch signaling blockade downregulated p-JAK2 and p-STAT3 expression. Inhibition of JAK2/STAT3 signaling with AG490 markedly decreased MnSOD expression, increased ROS production, and aggravated myocardial injury. AG490 plus GSI exerted no additional effects. These results demonstrate that Notch signaling protects against burn-induced myocardial injury through JAK2/STAT3 signaling, which activates the expression of MnSOD and leads to decreased ROS levels
Penyelesaian Tindak Pidana Perjudian yang Dilakukan oleh Anak Menurut UU No.11 Tahun 2012
The title of this legal writing is "The Completion of the Crime of Gambling Carried Out by minors based on the law Number 11 of 2012 on the Juvenile Justice system". This type of research is normative legal research. Normative legal research is a research conducted or focusing on norm of positive law in the form of legislation. Legal issues raised is whether the completion of the crime of gambling by children is in conformity with the law Number 11 of 2012 about the juvenile justice system. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the completion of the crime of gambling by children under the law of the juvenile justice system. The result showed that the efforts made to prevent criminal acts of a child is an attempt preventive and repressive efforts. Juvenile justice system is closely related to restorative justice. Regarding the obligation to make a diversion conducted by law enforcement officials, in particular under Article 7 and 96 of the law number 11 of 2012 on the Juvenile Justice System
Analysis of Image Historical Data of Wooden Sculptures of Su-style Furniture in Ming and Qing Dynasties
In the Ming and Qing dynasties, the image materials of woodcarving furniture in Suzhou area are as important as the actual furniture, which are also valuable material information on the living customs of Suzhou in the Ming and Qing dynasties. From the perspective of imageology, this article analyzes the shape, category, style and other representative works of Su-style furniture’s woodcarving visual image, hoping to provide a reference for the research and design of regional furniture carving
Research on Design of Hongmu Leftover in Cultural Creative Products
Hongmu is mostly used in furniture. The generation of corner materials in the production process of furniture causes unnecessary waste. Based on the current status of the use of leftover materials, this paper focuses on the feasibility of Hongmu materials in cultural creative design. It puts forward suggestions for the development of leftover materials and cultural creative products to help designers and enterprises use leftover materials more effectively and to maximize the value and cultural connotation

Carbon dioxide reforming of methane over cobalt catalysts supported on hydrotalcite and metal oxides
Cobalt (Co) catalysts supported on hydrotalcite (MgAl) and metal oxides (MgO, Al2O3) have been synthesized by co-precipitation methods for CO2 reforming of methane. It is found that the Co/MgAl catalyst possessed excellent initial activity and outstanding long-term stability. An activation process was observed on the Co/MgO catalyst, which was followed by moderate deactivation. The Co/Al2O3 catalyst suffered severe deactivation although it exhibited relatively good initial activity. The structural characterizations demonstrate that the exceptional reforming performance of the Co/MgAl catalyst was related to high specific surface area, abundant medium basic sites, tiny Co nanoparticles and strong metal-support interactions
Hydrothermal Synthesized of CoMoO4 Microspheres as Excellent Electrode Material for Supercapacitor
Abstract The single-phase CoMoO4 was prepared via a facile hydrothermal method coupled with calcination treatment at 400 °C. The structures, morphologies, and electrochemical properties of samples with different hydrothermal reaction times were investigated. The microsphere structure, which consisted of nanoflakes, was observed in samples. The specific capacitances at 1 A g−1 are 151, 182, 243, 384, and 186 F g−1 for samples with the hydrothermal times of 1, 4, 8, 12, and 24 h, respectively. In addition, the sample with the hydrothermal time of 12 h shows a good rate capability, and there is 45% retention of initial capacitance when the current density increases from 1 to 8 A g−1. The high retain capacitances of samples show the fine long-cycle stability after 1000 charge-discharge cycles at current density of 8 A g−1. The results indicate that CoMoO4 samples could be a choice of excellent electrode materials for supercapacitor
