Gazdasági szervezetek az átalakulás időszakában - szereplők és stratégiák: A tulajdonosi és szervezeti átalakulás vállalati példái

A szocialista tervgazdaságból a piacgazdaságba történő átmenet rendkívül összetett politikai-gazdasági és társadalmi-kulturális kérdéseinek vizsgálata egyes társadalomkutatók szerint egy különleges diszciplínát, az ún. tranzitológiát hívta életre. A jelen dolgozat az első magyar nyelvű beszámoló arról a több mint két éve folyó kutatómunkáról, amely privatizált és termékpiaci struktúraváltás szakaszában levő egykori állami, illetve szövetkezeti vállalatoknál a szervezeti és döntési rendszer "átalakuló", illetve „stabil“ elemeit igyekezett azonosítani és értékelni a vállalati szervezeti folyamatok hosszabb (1989-1993) időszakának elemzése alapján. A tanulmány ezt követően a projektum fontosabb elméleti-módszertani jellemzőivel, valamint a kutatás céljára kiválasztott változók tartalmának ismertetésével foglalkozik

Los costes sociales de la transformación en la Europa Central y Oriental

La clave del proceso de transformación fue el cambio de estatus de estas economías en el seno de la economía mundial, pasando de ser la "periferia desarrollada" de un centro subdesarrollado (la Unión Soviética) a ser la "periferia subdesarrollada" de un centro desarrollado (la Unión Europea). Este cambio de estatus se basó en la repentina ruptura de los antiguos vínculos económicos (COMECON) y la brusca apertura de los mercados de estos países a la competencia del mercado mundial. La responsabilidad de los países occidentales en este proceso es extremadamente alta. Este artículo analiza los costes sociales de la transformación de los países de Europa Central y Oriental, resaltando la existencia de diferencias significativas entre unos y otros países y el hecho de que dichos costes sólo tenderán a incrementarse con el paso del tiempo

El proceso de homologación salarial en los países de la ampliación

La evolución de los salarios en los países que van a entrar en la Unión Europea se ha convertido en el centro del debate a ambos lados de la actual frontera de Schengen. Los actuales miembros están empezando a preocuparse porque el próximo ingreso en la organización de los países con bajos salarios pueda socavar sus logros económicos y sociales. Sin embargo, en algunos de los futuros socios los debates se están centrando en la cuestión de si los fuertes aumentos salariales del último período podrían poner en peligro sus posiciones competitivas y la sostenibilidad del crecimiento económico. El artículo examina y evalúa las últimas tendencias en la evolución de los salarios en los países de Europa central y del Este. También se analizan los procesos a largo plazo, como la tendencia más reciente a los aumentos salariales masivos. Asimismo, se comparan las productividades de los países candidatos con los datos de la UE, se evalúa su potencial competitivo y la calidad de la negociación colectiva
