In this way, it has been identified the need to promote a strategy that enhance a systematic development of SMEs intellectual capital, mainly because of its impact and benefits provided for higher performance these organizations.

We want to identify the perception about of the quality in service in the Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS), for the citizen in Aguascalientes city. The analysis has done in two dimensions: Attention and value in the service. The random survey has done to 348 people is organized so that there are two sets of questions with 5 variables for each analysis: The first section analyzes the attitude of the people who work for the realization of the service and second set qualifying the tangible features of it. The result indicates that the average perception of the population of the service, shows a great potential for improvement and two dimensionsSe pretende identificar la percepción que tienen los ciudadanos, respecto a la calidad en el servicio del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) en la Ciudad de Aguascalientes.
Taxonomic variations in the gut microbiome of gout patients with and without tophi might have a functional impact on urate metabolism
[Objective] To evaluate the taxonomic composition of the gut microbiome in gout patients with and without tophi formation, and predict bacterial functions that might have an impact on urate metabolism.[Methods] Hypervariable V3–V4 regions of the bacterial 16S rRNA gene from fecal samples of gout patients with and without tophi (n = 33 and n = 25, respectively) were sequenced and compared to fecal samples from 53 healthy controls. We explored predictive functional profiles using bioinformatics in order to identify differences in taxonomy and metabolic pathways.
[Results] We identified a microbiome characterized by the lowest richness and a higher abundance of Phascolarctobacterium, Bacteroides, Akkermansia, and Ruminococcus_gnavus_group genera in patients with gout without tophi when compared to controls. The Proteobacteria phylum and the Escherichia-Shigella genus were more abundant in patients with tophaceous gout than in controls. Fold change analysis detected nine genera enriched in healthy controls compared to gout groups (Bifidobacterium, Butyricicoccus, Oscillobacter, Ruminococcaceae_UCG_010, Lachnospiraceae_ND2007_group, Haemophilus, Ruminococcus_1, Clostridium_sensu_stricto_1, and Ruminococcaceae_UGC_013). We found that the core microbiota of both gout groups shared Bacteroides caccae, Bacteroides stercoris ATCC 43183, and Bacteroides coprocola DSM 17136. These bacteria might perform functions linked to one-carbon metabolism, nucleotide binding, amino acid biosynthesis, and purine biosynthesis. Finally, we observed differences in key bacterial enzymes involved in urate synthesis, degradation, and elimination.
[Conclusion] Our findings revealed that taxonomic variations in the gut microbiome of gout patients with and without tophi might have a functional impact on urate metabolism. This study was supported by the Instituto Nacional de Rehabilitación Luis Guillermo Ibarra Ibarra” and the Grant INF-2016-01-269675 from the Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología (CONACYT)
K-best for supply chain knowledge a system for knowledge management in supply chains
A supply chain is as an important strategic framework because it provides a powerful infrastructure to enable the coordination of practices to meet customers' requirements. Best practices knowledge in supply chains needs contextualisation to reveal favourable and unfavourable consequences. In order to provide contextualisation, a more formalised and systematic approach to understand practices is required but no suitable existing scheme was identified to represent Supply Chain Knowledge (SCK). This research is focused on the creation of a knowledge management approach to address the structure, contextualisation and control of SCK. The approach adopted combined theoretical knowledge management concepts and supply chain practitioner valuation using three iterative research cycles. The first was focused on research into the structure of SCK. The second was to research into contextualisation of SCK. The third cycle to research into knowledge control processes and evaluated the feasibility of the proposed scheme. Findings were incorporated into a demonstrator tool, which is a web-based software application. This research confirmed the feasibility of the scheme components and suggested further benefits such as self-learning of SCK and that it is both feasible and important to practitioners that an approach, similar to the one proposed, is adopted
