Paradigmas científicos e tecnológicos : o caso dos INCTs

Dissertação (mestrado)—Universidade de Brasília, Centro de Desenvolvimento Sustentável, 2015.Por meio das pesquisas bibliográfica e de campo, tem-se como objetivo geral analisar a relação entre a produção de CTI versus as necessidades sociais, considerando-se a relevância cada vez mais urgente e crescente da apropriação dos resultados da pesquisa científica pelos diferentes atores sociais. Com isso, nota-se que o conhecimento científico deve e pode ser incorporado socialmente para a resolução de problemas, gerando o que a literatura denomina de ‘inovação social’, ou seja, a partir das tecnologias construídas socialmente. No primeiro capítulo, as revoluções na ciência e tecnologia, são apresentadas as principais teorias vinculadas ao debate sobre as mudanças de paradigma; no segundo, a institucionalização da ciência no Brasil, são discutidos o cenário e as principais instituições de C&T criadas no país, particularmente a partir da 2ª metade do século XX; o terceiro, a inovação tecnológica, traz os conceitos básicos da inovação e são discutidos aspectos gerais do tema; e o último, os Institutos Nacionais de Ciência e Tecnologia (INCTs), um estudo de caso, onde são analisados os INCTs quanto à sua função e características. É preciso incrementar e estimular incessantemente a importância de se fortalecer as redes, buscando melhorar a integração e a sinergia intra e inter INCTs e a integração com diferentes grupos de pesquisa que atuam no mesmo tema ou em temas que fortaleçam a interdisciplinaridade, no Brasil e no exterior.Through literature and field research, has the objective to analyze the relationship between the production of Science, Technology and Innovation versus social needs, considering the increasingly urgent and growing importance of the appropriation of the results of scientific research by the different social actors . With it shows that scientific knowledge can and should be incorporated socially for solving problems, creating what the literature calls 'social innovation', in other words, from technology socially constructed. In the first chapter, the revolutions in science and technology, presents the main theories linked to the debate about paradigm shifts; in the second, the institutionalization of science in Brazil, are discussed the scenario and the main Science & Technology institutions created in the country, particularly from the 2nd half of the twentieth century; the third, technological innovation, brings the basic concepts of innovation and are discussed general aspects of the topic; and the last, the National Institutes of Science and Technology (INCTs), a case study, where INCTs are analyzed as to its function and features. It is necessary to increase and constantly stimulate the importance of strengthening the networks, seeking to improve the integration and synergy intra and inter INCTs and integration with different research groups working on the same theme or themes that strengthen interdisciplinarity, in Brazil and outside

Rural tourism: An analysis througt the assumptions of the new institutional economy

The study aims to analyze the decision-making of the agents through the theoretical assumptions of the New Institutional Economics (NIE), and the results in transaction costs of rural property activity added tourism to its agricultural business. The methodology adopted was the exploratory and explanatory study. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews and the analysis was qualitative. Finally, we know that we still need to find appropriate tools to reduce the asymmetry of information and allow a wider field of view to making agents\u27 decisions

Production and design system in the territory of viticulture

The cultivation of vineyards is connected with the history of humanity and with the transformations of spaces and places that in a dynamic and harmonious way provide enchantment and the production of a secular product. With the evolution of the market and changes in natural resources, a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to the cultivation of vineyards became necessary, be it in the revision, management systems and also, particularities of each soil, relief, climate, landscape to design a system for growing vines. The aim of the study: to characterize the design of the biodynamic vineyard. To this end, a descriptive case study with qualitative analysis was carried out, interviews were conducted with two owners who use the cultivation system, biodynamic agriculture. Rural credit and the livestock process in the microregion of Vilhena, Rondônia, Western Amazon

The study has as general objective to analyze the scenario of the municipalities in the microregion of Vilhena, State of Rondônia, based on the federal government\u27s rural credit policy, in order to identify the possible livestock processes that would be carried out in this microregion. It is an applied, descriptive, cross-sectional research with a quantitative approach, since the objectives generate knowledge for practical application, which includes the number of contracts and the volume of financial resources for agriculture and livestock in the municipalities of Chupinguaia, Parecis, Pimenta Bueno, Primavera de Rondônia, São Felipe D\u27Oeste and Vilhena of the micro-region of Vilhena, Rondônia, Brazilian Amazon, in the period corresponding to the years 2000 and 2010. Data collection was carried out through reports from the rural credit statistical yearbook of the Central Banco do Brasil for the years 2000 and 2010. Based on the results found by the research, it was evidenced that in the municipalities of the microregion of Vilhena there was a process of cattle ranching, through the incentive of the rural credit policy granted to family rural producers, where it was observed that among the six municipalities that comprise In the micro-region of Vilhena, all of them presented a strong stimulus to the livestock sector, demonstrating a reversal of agricultural activity for livestock in this micro-region
