Epic Synthesis in Late Work of I. S. Turgenev
The epic synthesis in the works of I. S. Turgenev on the example of his last novel “Nov” is examined in the article. It is noted that the writer had high hopes for this work, since the novel was supposed to show Turgenev’s true position in relation to the Russian people and the future of Russia. It is pointed out that in “Nov” there is no extensively revealed theme of peasant life, but it does not recede into the background: Turgenev represents a collective image of the people, evaluates events from the people’s point of view. It is emphasized that the writer’s attention to the reaction of the public, conditioned by the desire not only to present the most complete picture of life in Russia, but also to show the reader timeless samples of meaningful life, rising above various “questions”, allows us to talk about the epic breadth of the novel. The author of the article proves that the artistic world of “Nov” can be read “layer by layer”, reaching the key meanings: behind the external clashes of political forces is the problem of the relationship between people, their willingness to help each other. Parallels are drawn between the three essays added to the book “Notes of a Hunter” and individual episodes of the novel “Nov”, their ideological and artistic connection is proved. It is concluded that the work of the late Turgenev cannot be analyzed without considering the opposition between the dramatic elements of destruction and the creative force, which is based on the Orthodox world outlook

Clustering in light nuclei in fragmentation above 1 A GeV
The relativistic invariant approach is applied to analyzing the 3.3 A GeV
Ne fragmentation in a nuclear track emulsion. New results on few-body
dissociations have been obtained from the emulsion exposures to 2.1 A GeV
N and 1.2 A GeV Be nuclei. It can be asserted that the use of the
invariant approach is an effective means of obtaining conclusions about the
behavior of systems involving a few He nuclei at a relative energy close to 1
MeV per nucleon. The first observations of fragmentation of 1.2 A GeV B
and C nuclei in emulsion are described. The presented results allow one
to justify the development of few-body aspects of nuclear astrophysics.Comment: 7 pages, 8 figures, 3 tables, Nuclear Physics in Astrophysics-2,

Topology of "white" stars in relativistic fragmentation of light nuclei
In the present paper, experimental observations of the multifragmentation
processes of light relativistic nuclei carried out by means of emulsions are
reviewed. Events of the type of "white" stars in which the dissociation of
relativistic nuclei is not accompanied by the production of mesons and the
target-nucleus fragments are considered.
A distinctive feature of the charge topology in the dissociation of the Ne,
Mg, Si, and S nuclei is an almost total suppression of the binary splitting of
nuclei to fragments with charges higher than 2. The growth of the nuclear
fragmentation degree is revealed in an increase in the multiplicity of singly
and doubly charged fragments with decreasing charge of the non-excited part of
the fragmenting nucleus.
The processes of dissociation of stable Li, Be, B, C, N, and O isotopes to
charged fragments were used to study special features of the formation of
systems consisting of the lightest , d, and t nuclei. Clustering in
form of the He nucleus can be detected in "white" stars via the
dissociation of neutron-deficient Be, B, C, and N isotopes.Comment: 20 pages, 3 figures, 9 tables, conference: Conference on Physics of

Conceptual approach to the development of financial technologies in the context of digitalization of economic processes
The successful introduction of the digital economy into the information space of the Russian Federation involves the solution of several problems associated with the transition to a new paradigm of economic development based on the digitization of social and economic processes.
At the same time, the existing regulatory mechanisms and legislation do not create optimal conditions for the development of the market of new financial instruments and technologies in Russia today. There are socio-economic risks, the key ones including an increase in the outflow of capital and innovative projects to other countries, a lack of confidence on the part of potential investors in new financial instruments, a decrease in the stability of traditional financial institutions.
On this basis, the following tasks have been set in this article. To consider the terminology in the field of digital economy from the theoretical aspect; to identify trends and justify the need for digitalization of economic processes based on the use of new financial technologies; to reveal the informative characteristics of financial technologies promising for Russia.
This article ends with a conclusion that the development of the digital economy in Russia is due to the need to ensure the information and economic security of the state, realize the potential of the new economy to improve the standard of living and national well-being through the introduction of innovative communication and financial technologies. The impact of the “digital economy” on socio-economic processes is multifaceted. It is sustainable and permeates all spheres of life, being an integral part of modern society.peer-reviewe

The External Economic Factor in the Development of Northwestern Regions: Institutional Support and an Impact Assessment
This research is warranted, since the Northwestern Federal District accounts for a significant proportion of Russia’s exports. The study aims to reveal the connection between the federal district’s external and internal economic development and to identify the extent to which institutional support for international economic cooperation facilitates brisk international trade. The authors consider international trade from the perspective of its procedural and institutional components. The study stresses dependence between the total international trade and internal economic performance of Russia’s North-West. Another focus is an analysis of institutional support for the development factors and the levels and areas of international economic cooperation. The analysis shows that the Northwestern regions’ external and internal economic development is interdependent and there is considerable support for international cooperation at different levels and in different areas. To a degree, this is explained by the federal district’s geographical position and transport connections, the ‘Nordic’ character of the economy shared by the Russian and neighbouring territories, and the multi-tier nature of the institutional framework for international economic cooperation in the international region
