The relevance of the issue covered in the paper is substantiated by the need to form secondary university teachers' readiness and abilities to work with university students with limited health opportunities. The paper provides the research results and experience of psychological skills formation in university teachers as part of their professional competency in issues of inclusive education environment arrangement. The main research method is pedagogic experiment (stating, forming and control) aimed to reflect quality characteristics and dynamics of teachers' psychological readiness to work in inclusive education environment. The paper suggests empirical data to determine factors that prevent humanistic relationships between the participants of educational process-teachers and university students. The paper proposes the program of teachers' advanced training and retraining to develop appropriate psychological knowledge and emotional-volitional features for efficient professional activity in the context of inclusion. The materials in the paper are of scientific and practical value for future teachers' training at higher education institutions, and for the system of teaching staff advanced training and retraining, as well

© 2016, Springer Science+Business Media New York.Investigation of the microbiota at morphological changes of a gastrointestinal tract. One hundred four patients were examined by cytologic, bacteriological methods, and mass-spectrometry techniques. Studying of the microbial association of stomach has demonstrated the mixed microflora presented by Helicobacter pylori, cocci, fungi Candida, rods, and protozoa. Bacteria of the following species were found: Actinomyces, Arthrobacter, Bacillus, Corynebacterium, Lactobacillus, Neisseria, Pseudomonas, Rothia, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, and Streptomyces. The microbial flora of esophageal samples was less various (opportunistic bacteria Neisseria, Gemella, and Rothia mucilaginosa were revealed). In group of Helicobacter-positive patients, bacteria were found in fungi Candida, Colletotrichum, and bacterias Thauera and Mycoplasma, while in H.pylori-negative patients, samples have more different species. Intensity of morphological changes (the atrophy, the intestinal metaplasia, and the dysplasia) correlated with a frequency of detection of H. pylori and eukaryotic microbiota (fungi Candida and protozoa)

High Triglycerides Are Associated with Low Thrombocyte Counts and High VEGF in Nephropathia Epidemica

Nephropathia epidemica (NE) is a mild form of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome. Several reports have demonstrated a severe alteration in lipoprotein metabolism. However, little is known about changes in circulating lipids in NE. The objectives of this study were to evaluate changes in serum total cholesterol, high density cholesterol (HDCL), and triglycerides. In addition to evaluation of serum cytokine activation associations, changes in lipid profile and cytokine activation were determined for gender, thrombocyte counts, and VEGF. Elevated levels of triglycerides and decreased HDCL were observed in NE, while total cholesterol did not differ from controls. High triglycerides were associated with both the lowest thrombocyte counts and high serum VEGF, as well as a high severity score. Additionally, there were higher levels of triglycerides in male than female NE patients. Low triglycerides were associated with upregulation of IFN-γ and IL-12, suggesting activation of Th1 helper cells. Furthermore, levels of IFN-γ and IL-12 were increased in patients with lower severity scores, suggesting that a Th1 type immune response is playing protective role in NE. These combined data advance the understanding of NE pathogenesis and indicate a role for high triglycerides in disease severity

Due to the creation and introduction of the varieties adapted to the conditions of the Republic of Tatarstan, the areas of winter wheat cultivation increased from 59.300 ha to 339.700 ha during the last 15 years. The staff of the institute developed such winter wheat varieties as ‘Kazanskaya 285’, ‘Kazanskaya 560’ and ‘Nadezhda’ with the stronger adaptive characteristics and a sustained grain quality. The article describes a new soft winter wheat variety ‘Nadezhda’. The variety was created with the method of intraspecific hybridization with the following selection from the hybrids: ‘Mironovskaya 808’/’Meshinskaya 2’/’Kazanskaya 285’. The variety is Lyutestsens, a middle maturing cultivar. The average productivity of the variety during the years of study was 3.5 t/ha. the cultivar showed the productivity increase of 0.5 t/ha compared with the standard variety ’Kazanskaya 285’. The distinctive feature of the variety is the synchronization of the stem formation, which weakens the competition among the first and following stems. The variety ‘Nadezhda’ possesses a powerful autumn tillering that allows sowing it with the norm of 4.5-5.0 ml of germinating seeds per hectare. The cultivar possesses resistance to snow mould, fusariosis and tolerance to drought. It’s valuable wheat with large and uniform kernels. The variety has been approved to use in the Middle-Volzhsky region of the Russian Federation

The article gives the description of winter soft wheat variety ‘Darina’. The variety has been developed by intraspecific hybridization with the further individual selection from the hybrid population, i.e. winter variety ‘Omskaya’/’Kazanskaya 560’/‘Kazanskaya 285’. The variety of wheat is erythrospermum. The cultivar is of high productivity with the average yield of 4.89 t/ha during the years of testing, that is on 0.95 t/ha more than the productivity of the standard variety. The cultivar produces stable yields, if it is sown in black or seed fallow land with the use of conventional agro technology. Fertilizing of 1 kg of active nitrogen increases grain productivity of the cultivar on 10-12kg, that proves its high responsiveness on mineral fertilizing. The variety is middle maturing, resistant to snow mold and seeding blight (fusarium). The variety has been listed into the List of valuable grain wheat. It has been recommended for the Middle Volga region of the Russian Federation
