An Analysis of Gerund and to Infinitive in Argumentative Essays
This article is about gerund and to infinitive usages made by students in their argumentative essays. The research identified grammatical problems occurred in argumentative essays. The theories of Dulay about errors and Harmer about grammar were used. The writers used taxonomies in classifying errors into four types which are omission, addition, misformation and misordering. The method used was library research. In collecting the data, the researchers used students' papers taken from two classes of a university. The writers concluded that the most common problem in using gerund and to infinitive is misformation. Students found it difficult to use gerunds and to infinitives. It also showed that practice is needed to solve the grammatical problems faced by the students

Impoliteness Strategies Used on Online Comments in an Indonesian Football Website
This research investigates linguistic impoliteness used in online football comments through the examination of impoliteness strategies proposed by Jonathan Culpeper. It examines how impoliteness strategies are used on online comments and what strategy mostly used by Indonesian participants in Okezone, an Indonesian football website. The research uses descriptive qualitative method supported by quantitative data. First, the writer found that Indonesian participants mostly used positive impoliteness strategy to express their negative attitude on giving comments. Second, there are four out of five impoliteness strategies used by Indonesian participants. Withhold politeness strategy is excluded

Food Acceptability, Menu Fatigue, and Aversion on ISS Missions
The acceptability of the spaceflight food system has been linked to caloric intake and associated nutritional benefits. The diets of the United States Operating Segment crewmembers during a mission are restricted to 200 processed and prepackaged standard menu items supplemented with personal preference foods. ISS crew members have noted in debriefs that they would prefer more food variety for the length of the missions and they tire of certain foods over six months. It is possible that menu fatigue leads to decreases in acceptability and increased aversion to available foods, potentially contributing to the body mass loss often experienced by ISS crew. However, the impact of repeat food consumption on acceptability within the current spaceflight food system has not yet been systematically investigated. Limited variety and crew preferences within food categories may have more severe physical and behavioral health and performance consequences as mission duration increases. Characterizing the relationship between food acceptability and mission duration will contribute to defining requirements for an acceptable food system that will support crew health and performance on long duration missions

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sikap konsumen pada servicescape Coco Palm Grill. Servicescape sebagai strategi pemasaran jasa yang merupakan fasilitas fisik dalam pelayanan yang didesain untuk kebutuhan tamu untuk mempengaruhi perilaku tamu dan memuaskan tamu di mana desain fasilitas fisik akan memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap konsumen (Fitzsimmons, 2011, p. 154). Servicescape itu dilihat dari 3 dimensi yaitu ambient conditions; spatial layout & functionally; sign, symbols, and artifacts. Coco Palm Grill merancang suatu strategi pemasaran jasa melalui servicescape yang digunakan sebagai fasilitator yang menunjang kegiatan transaksi jasa untuk mengkomunikasikan nilai Perusahaan kepada konsumen. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana nilai Coco Palm Grill dapat terkomunikasikan kepada konsumen sepenuhnya melalui media servicescape sehingga terjadinya Perubahan sikap. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan metode penelitian survey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap konsumen positif pada servicescape Coco Palm Grill dengan sikap positif yang paling tinggi berada pada dimensi ambient conditions
