    The aim of this study was to analyze school principals, teachers, students and their parents’ views on Ministry of National Education e-School System. In this qualitative study, data colleting methods were semistructured individual and focus group interviews which were based on open-ended questions, metaphors and document analysis of drawings by students. The sample consisted of 3 principals, 11 subject teachers, 6 students and 6 parents. In this study, data were analyzed via qualitative data analysis methods (content analysis). The most important result obtained from this research was that principals, teachers, students and parents were generally satisfied with using those systems. However, they thought that those systems would be more functional with some arrangements.Bu araştırmanın amacı yöneticilerin, öğretmenlerin, öğrencilerin ve velilerin Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı e-Okul Sistemi’ne ilişkin görüşlerini tespit etmektir. Nitel bir araştırma olan bu çalışmada veri toplama yöntemleri: açık uçlu sorulara dayanan yarı yapılandırılmış bireysel ve odak grup görüşmeleri, metafor ve öğrenci çizimlerine dayalı doküman analizidir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 3 yönetici, 11 branş öğretmeni, 6 öğrenci ve 6 veli oluşturmaktadır. Bu araştırmada veriler nitel veri analiz yöntemlerinden (içerik analizi) yararlanarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen en önemli sonuç yöneticiler, öğretmenler, öğrenciler ve velilerin genel anlamda bu sistemleri kullanmaktan memnun olmalarıdır. Ancak bazı düzenlemelerle sistemlerin daha işlevsel olacağı düşünülmektedi

    Mastery Learning Based on System Approach

    Students5 success in courses such as physics, mathematics and foreign languages gradually decreases. The way to increase the reduced success in these courses is the mastery learning, which means that ali of the given students should learn 70-85% of the unit of the course in subject. The aim of this stııdy is to give detailed information on how to put mastery learning based on the system approach into action , stressing on the factors effecting mastery learning.Fizik, matematik ve yabancı dil öğrenimi gibi önkoşul ilişkisine bağlı, yani konuların birbiri üzerine inşa edildiği derslerde öğrenci başarısı gittikçe düşer. Bu düşen başarıyı yükseltmenin yolu da her öğrenme ünitesinde, öğrencilerin hemen hemen tümünün, bu ünite içinde öğrenilecek yeni davranışların %70-85 gibi büyük bir kısmını öğrenmiş olmaları anlamına gelen Tam öğrenmeyi sağlamaktan geçer. İşte bu makalede fizik, matematik ve yabancı dil öğrenimi gibi ön koşul ilişkisi gerektiren derslerde tam öğrenmeyi etkileyen etmenler üzerinde durup, sistem yaklaşımına dayanarak tam öğrenmenin nasıl sağlanacağı konusu analiz edilmiş ve bununla ilgili ilkeler ortaya konulmuştur

    Using Electronic Services Provided by the Ministry of National Education as a Decision Support System: A Grounded Theory Study

    This study aims to put forward a theory for transforming electronic services provided by the Ministry of National Education and used in the schools into decision support systems within the scope of management information systems. This study is a theoretical study based on qualitative research methods using the interpretive paradigm. School administrators, psychological counselors, and guidance counselors make up the research group on the premise that it is voluntary.In the research, semi-structured interview forms were used as a data collection tool, the answers of the participants were recorded on a voice recorder, the recordings were analyzed and transcribed. Themes were obtained by applying open, axial, and selective coding, which are the steps of theory studies based on content analysis, using the NVivo 10.0 program on the obtained transcripts. In the light of these themes, a general model has been obtained explaining the transformation of management information systems into decision support systems. When the findings were examined, it was seen that the model obtained was similar to the open system theory. Accordingly, "Effective User Interface", "Collective Participation Based Monitoring System" and "Statistical Reporting", which correspond to the elements of open system theory, form the basis of the decision support system model to be applied in schools
