Intervención psicoterapéutica en un caso de celos mediante técnicas de psicodrama y psicodanza: entrenamiento de roles

En este trabajo se muestra la evolución de una mujer, protagonista de un caso de celos, mediante la aplicación de técnicas de psicodrama y psicodanza. La construcción de imágenes, la dramatización y la danza ponen de manifiesto un sentimiento de envidia hacia otra mujer que la paciente cataloga como seductora. Tras varias sesiones, el entrenamiento del rol envidiado logra modificar la imagen que tiene de sí misma y, por consiguiente, su comportamiento y también su estado físico y anímico.This paper shows the evolution of a woman subject to jealousy, applying psychodrama and psychodance techniques. Image construction, dramatization and dance manifest an envious feeling vis à vis another woman that the patient has described as seductive. After several sessions, by training the envied role, they succeed to modify the image she has about herself and therefore, her behaviour and her physical and mental state

Motivaciones para optar por la especialización en docencia universitaria. Estudio de caso

El ensayo muestra como la Especialización en docencia universitaria ofrecida por la Universidad Militar Nueva Granada, cumple con las expectativas de motivaciones de los estudiantes de la cohorte XXV. Teniendo en cuenta el papel del docente en la sociedad actual donde el objetivo principal de la educación ha pasado de ser algo social para convertirse en algo netamente mercantilista. En el desarrollo del ensayo se mostrara el contexto social, económico y laboral del docente teniendo en cuenta las motivaciones intrínsecas y extrínsecas evaluadas en los estudiantes de la cohorte XXV permiten determinar la vocación del docente como base de la elección de esta profesión, por eso es necesario que los profesionales no licenciados deban adquirir conocimientos sólidos en pedagogía y las demás áreas del saber ofrecidas en la Especialización.The essay shows the way Specialization in Universitary teaching offered by the Militar university Nueva Granada complies with the expectations and motivations of the students from the xxv cohort, taking into account the role of the teacher in the present society, where its main objective of education has gone from being something social to become something just mercantilist. El jardín como elemento integrador del hombre en la metrópoli

Nowadays, landscapes and gardens are able to stimulate people in every field of knowledge. Landscape depends on human being’s existence, as they are the recipients of both the natural and artificial elements that constitute them. It’s also a concept that gives meaning to our environment and our relationship with it.In relation to actual urbanism, “green spaces” have spread and replaced traditional gardens, as we will explain later, these are not the same and don’t fulfil the same functions. Although the World Health Organization considered these green spaces as essential and necessary in cities, on many occasions they are built under urbanistic speculation’s perspective, ignoring its relationship with their natural and cultural environment.Estamos en un momento en el que el paisaje y los jardines estimulan al hombre en todos los campos del saber. 2006: el año de la reforma de los Estatutos

El artículo describe las novedades legislativas y jurisprudenciales de mayor interés para el Derecho Constitucional ocurridas en el año 2006. Especialmente, examina las nuevas reformas de Estatutos de Autonomía de algunas de las Comunidades Autónomas más significativas. En particular, se detiene en el nuevo Estatuto de Autonomía de Cataluña y su significación en términos de un reforzamiento del reconocimiento de la identidad propia, de las instituciones, de las competencias y de la financiación de dicha Comunidad Autónoma. También refleja las distintas perspectivas desde las que han sido redactados los nuevos Estatutos de la Comunidad Valenciana y de Andalucía, más próximo este último a los contenidos característicos del Estatuto de Cataluña. Para terminar con esta materia, describe someramente el contenido de otras reformas de Estatutos de Autonomía que están siendo debatidas en la actualidad. Describe también el contenido del Informe sobre la Reforma de la Constitución Española aprobado por el Consejo de Estado en 2006. Finalmente, se hace referencia las Leyes de interés para el Derecho Constitucional aprobadas en 2006 y la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Constitucional de mayor interés en dicho año.This article deals with the legislative and jurisprudential novelties occured in 2006 that concesion the field of Constitutional Law. The article focuses particularly on the new reforms of the Statutes of Autonomy of some of the most significant Autonomous Communities that integrate into the Spanish State. Especially, it examines the new Statute of Autonomy of Catatonia and its significance in terms of reinforcement of the own identity, the powers, the institutions and the financing of that Autonomous Community. It also reflects the different perspectives from which the Statute of Valencia and the Statute of Andalusia have been written and passed, being the last one closer to the contents of the new Statute of Catalonia. To finish with this subject, the article deals with other reforms of Statutes of Autonomy. The article also describes the content of the Report on the Amendments to the Spanish Constitution that the Councit of State passed in 2006. Finally, the article describes the most important legislative acts involving the regulation of constitutional matters that have been enacted in 2006 and the most interesting decisions of the Constitutional Court in that year
