With the development of science and technology, the new road of scientific economic and financial development has played a decisive role in supporting the financial undertaking. To accelerate the economic development, it is very important to increase the guiding role of financial undertaking in the real economy. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the development of the real economy under the perspective of economic financialization based on some actions. To judge the implementation effect of these actions, this paper develops a multiple criteria decisionmaking (MCDM) method to evaluate them. First, the decisionmaking matrices are established with the probabilistic double hierarchy linguistic term set in which the probabilities are added to all double hierarchy linguistic terms. Additionally, a weightdetermining method is developed to obtain the weight vector of criteria, and we develop a MCDM method named the probabilistic double hierarchy linguistic alternative queuing method (PDHLAQM), where the decision-making result is intuitive by a directed graph or a 0–1 precedence relationship matrix. Furthermore, we apply the PDHL-AQM to solve a practical MCDM problem involving the real economy development evaluation under the perspective of economic financialization. Finally, some comparative analyses are made to show the advantages and reasonableness of the PDHL-AQM

In this study, an experimental study and numerical calculations using fiber model were conducted for four high-strength concrete shear walls with boundary columns under low cyclic load. The boundary column and shear wall were divided into fiber elements, and PERFORM-3D finite element analysis software was used to carry out push-over analysis on the test specimens. The results show that the finite element analysis results were in good agreement with the experimental results. The proposed analysis method could perform elasto-plastic analysis on the high-strength concrete shear wall with boundary columns without distinguishing the categories of frame column and shear wall. The seismic performance of high-strength concrete shear wall with boundary columns was analyzed using the following parameters: axis compression ratio, height to width ratio, ratio of vertical reinforcement, and ratio of longitudinal reinforcement in the boundary column. The results show that the increase in the axial compression ratio causes the bearing capacity of the shear wall to increase at first and then to decrease and causes the ductility to decrease. The increase in the height to width ratio causes the bearing capacity of the shear wall to decrease and its ductility to increase. The ratio of vertical reinforcement was found to have little effect on the bearing capacity and ductility. The increase in the ratio of longitudinal reinforcement in boundary column resulted in a significant increase in the bearing capacity and caused the ductility to decrease at first and then to slowly increase

The planning of a marine magnetic survey requires careful consideration in the design of the survey lines to ensure the results of the survey meet expected standards. This paper describes various evaluation methods to determine an optimal survey line layout for a marine magnetic survey that conforms to Chinese marine magnetic survey Standards. Various survey line layouts are tested using simulated data to evaluate the interpolation precision between neighbouring survey lines and the magnetic anomaly map. The test results provide a recommended process to determine the rationality and the optimal layout of the survey line pattern for undertaking marine magnetic surveys.La planificación de un levantamiento magnético marino requiere una cuidadosa consideración en el diseño de las trayectorias a seguir para garantizar que los resultados del levantamiento cumplan las normas esperadas. Sparganosis is a zoonotic disease caused by the spargana of Spirometra, and snake is one of the important intermediate hosts of spargana. In some areas of China, snake is regarded as popular delicious food, and such a food habit potentially increases the prevalence of human sparganosis. To understand the prevalence of Spirometra in snakes in food markets, we conducted a study in two representative cities (Guangzhou and Shenzhen), during January–August 2013. A total of 456 snakes of 13 species were examined and 251 individuals of 10 species were infected by Spirometra, accounting for 55.0% of the total samples. The worm burden per infected snake ranged from 1 to 213, and the prevalence in the 13 species was 0∼96.2%. More than half (58.1%) of the spargana were located in muscular tissue, 25.6% in subcutaneous tissue, and 16.3% in coelomic cavity. The results indicated that Spirometra severely infected snakes in food markets in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, implying that eating snakes has great health risk and improper cooking methods may increase the risk of Spirometra infection in humans in China. Additional steps should be considered by the governments and public health agencies to prevent the risk of snake-associated Spirometra infections in humans

Encoding Enhanced Complex CNN for Accurate and Highly Accelerated MRI

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) using hyperpolarized noble gases provides a way to visualize the structure and function of human lung, but the long imaging time limits its broad research and clinical applications. Deep learning has demonstrated great potential for accelerating MRI by reconstructing images from undersampled data. However, most existing deep conventional neural networks (CNN) directly apply square convolution to k-space data without considering the inherent properties of k-space sampling, limiting k-space learning efficiency and image reconstruction quality. In this work, we propose an encoding enhanced (EN2) complex CNN for highly undersampled pulmonary MRI reconstruction. EN2 employs convolution along either the frequency or phase-encoding direction, resembling the mechanisms of k-space sampling, to maximize the utilization of the encoding correlation and integrity within a row or column of k-space. We also employ complex convolution to learn rich representations from the complex k-space data. In addition, we develop a feature-strengthened modularized unit to further boost the reconstruction performance. Experiments demonstrate that our approach can accurately reconstruct hyperpolarized 129Xe and 1H lung MRI from 6-fold undersampled k-space data and provide lung function measurements with minimal biases compared with fully-sampled image. These results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithmic components and indicate that the proposed approach could be used for accelerated pulmonary MRI in research and clinical lung disease patient care

Cases report: MRI findings of asymptomatically familial subependymal heterotopia with filamin A gene abnormality

    Get PDF
Subependymal heterotopia (SEH) is a rare neuronal migration disorder consisting of gray matter nodules along the lateral ventricular walls and is often associated with other brain malformations. Despite most SEH cases showing epilepsy during their lifetimes, very few patients with asymptomatically familial SEH tend to cause misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis. We present four familial SEH cases without any positive symptoms and medical history, including two fetuses, who were diagnosed by MRI and confirmed by genetic testing with mutation of filamin A. This report emphasizes the role of MRI in the recognition of SEH at an early age of gestation and in asymptomatically familial SEH. MRI provides a fast, repeatable, reliable, and cheap choice for detecting and screening familial SEH

H5N1 avian influenza re-emergence of Lake Qinghai: phylogenetic and antigenic analyses of the newly isolated viruses and roles of migratory birds in virus circulation

    Get PDF
Highly pathogenic avian influenza H5N1 virus has swept west across the globe and caused serious debates on the roles of migratory birds in virus circulation since the first large-scale outbreak in migratory birds of Lake Qinghai, 2005. In May 2006, another outbreak struck Lake Qinghai and six novel strains were isolated. To elucidate these QH06 viruses, the six isolates were subjected to whole-genome sequencing. Phylogenetic analyses show that QH06 viruses are derived from the lineages of Lake Qinghai, 2005. Five of the six novel isolates are adjacent to the strain A/Cygnus olor/Croatia/1/05, and the last one is related to the strain A/duck/Novosibirsk/02/05, an isolate of the flyway. Antigenic analyses suggest that QH06 and QH05 viruses are similar to each other. These findings implicate that QH06 viruses of Lake Qinghai may travel back via migratory birds, though not ruling out the possibility of local circulation of viruses of Lake Qinghai

A new method of multi-beam real-time attitude compensation data processing

    No full text
The traditional method for processing multi-beam real-time attitude compensation data did not consider the influence of attitude compensation error, which left attitude residual in data. So a new method for processing multi-beam data of real-time attitude compensation was proposed. By studying the nature of attitude compensation error, the calculation method of systematic attitude compensation error was put forward. The concept of correction threshold was introduced and the specific determination method was given. Finally, combining with the principle of real-time attitude compensation, a systematic attitude compensation error correction method, which makes use of a tracking algorithm considering attitude to make secondary attitude correction, was proposed, and the specific processing flow was given. By comparing the data processing accuracy of the tradition method and the new method, the results showed that the new method can effectively reduce the influence of systematic attitude compensation error, and significantly improve the data processing accuracy
