A Study on Application for Moral Education of a Learning System to Promote Reconstitution on grounds of Thought and Judgment: “The 8 in 4 Problem-Solving System” incorporated “Matrix Method”

　今日の道徳の時間では，読み物資料の主人公の気持ちの読み取りを中心とした心情主義的 な授業の型が中心をなしている。しかし，この型においては，多角的・批判的に考えさせた り，多様な価値観を引き出し考えを深める学習の実現については限界がある。そこで本論で は，プラグマティズムに基づく道徳の問題解決的な学習過程を，４つの学習段階の中に８つ の学習活動を取り入れた「８in ４課題解決システム」として構成し，その中心に思考・判 断の根拠の再構成を促進するために開発したマトリクス・メソッドという思考ツールを組み 込んだ。このシステムは，課題となる事象や資料の多面的・多角的な分析，自らの考えの根 拠のさらなる裏付けとなる情報の収集，及び当初の判断の未来の結果に対する因果の洞察を 踏まえた上での討論等によって，学習者の道徳的な思考・判断の根拠の再構成を促進するも のである。この指導法の導入により，道徳教育の充実，及び今日の道徳教育における実践的 な課題改善への有効なアプローチが可能になると考えられる

A Study of the subject crossing learning by the collaboration between Community and Schools : The approach to "barrier" which inheres in school by Cultural-Historical Activity Theory

　本研究は、全国的に体制整備が進みつつあるコミュニティ・スクールをフィールドとして、次期学習指導要領で重要視される教科横断的な学びの阻害要因とその解消のための方策について検討する。その際、「文化・歴史的活動理論」をもとに、小学校、中学校、地域それぞれに内在する「文化による枠組み」を、改善に対する「壁」としてとらえ、それを越えていくために校区の小学校、中学校、地域が、それぞれの活動システムを地域協働学校という活動システムへと再構成する実践モデルを構築する。さらに、そのモデルをもとに、地域の題材を小学校、中学校、地域の三者協働で教材化していくプロセスを通じた新しい地域協働による教科横断的な学びの場を創造するための校区連携プロジェクトを提案する

Practice of the class that utilized the function of "Matrix Method” Instruction of junior high school social studies with the class group formation by "Cooperative Collaboration Learning" as a Base

　本論は，社会的事象を立場と領域というマトリクス構造から考察して課題解決に迫る「マトリクス・メソッド」 という思考ツールを活用した授業展開と，高旗1 の提唱する「自主協同学習の理論」の実践を同時に行った中学 校社会科の実践報告である。 　実践の結果，マトリクス・メソッドの持つ二つの機能，つまり事象を多面的・多角的に帰納的に分析する「帰 納的機能」と，意見の根拠の裏付けとなる情報収集をグループで配分し学習過程の協同化を実現する「配分的機能」 を生かした授業の有効性が明らかになった。また，自主協同学習の理論の実践の分析から，マトリクス・メソッ ドの有効性を担保する集団形成の要因として，コミュニケーションに関する因子とともに学級自治に関する因子 が存在することが明らかになった

A discussion of the collaboration between Community Schools and community at large Minan Junior High School as a contact point and asset of the greater district community.

　日本大学によるコミュニティ・スクールに関する全国的な調査によると，その指定により生徒指導の課題が解決したと明言した校長はわずか4.7％にすぎないという実態がある。しかし，実践の中には生徒指導上の問題的な状況を大きく改善した岡山市立御南中学校区のような事例もある。この実践の成功要因としては，学校長による地域への積極的なアクセス行動，学校と地域における互恵的な関係の重視などがあげられるが，そこには社会関係資本理論とのいくつかの接点が見いだされる。本実践報告は，平成24年度から27年度までの4年間，御南中学校区地域協働学校の設立と運営に事務局担当者及び学校運営協議会委員として関わった立場から，学校と地域の協働における実践知と社会関係資本の理論における接点の考察を通じて，生徒指導上の課題の解決に有効に機能するコミュニティ・スクールにおけるマネジメントのポイントを提示しようとするものである

A Study on the Curriculum of Junior High Schools in Okayama City; Analysis and Classification of the Educational Objectives

岡山市立中学校全38 校の学校教育課程，特にそれを構成する要素の一つである学校教育目標に着目し，その特徴を明らかにするとともに類型化を行った。学校教育目標に使われている言葉の分析からは，「心の教育　豊かな心」「自ら学ぶ力　自己学習力」「健康体力」といった学習指導要領のキーワードが多く使われていること，そして岡山市立中学校の特徴としては岡山市の教育が目指す「自立する子どもの育成」を踏まえた「自主　自立　主体性」という言葉や「努力　向上心　がんばる」「人権尊重」という言葉が多く使われていることが明らかとなった。また，クラスター分析による学校教育目標の類型化からは，「市施策対応型（10 校）」「岡山伝統型（13 校）」「指導要領準拠型（10 校）」「全面強調型（５校）」の4類型に分けられることが明らかにされた

All-optical link for direct comparison of distant optical clocks

We developed an all-optical link system for making remote comparisons of two distant ultra-stable optical clocks. An optical carrier transfer system based on a fiber interferometer was employed to compensate the phase noise accumulated during the propagation through a fiber link. Transfer stabilities of $2\times10^{-15}$ at 1 second and $4\times10^{-18}$ at 1000 seconds were achieved in a 90-km link. An active polarization control system was additionally introduced to maintain the transmitted light in an adequate polarization, and consequently, a stable and reliable comparison was accomplished. The instabilities of the all-optical link system, including those of the erbium doped fiber amplifiers (EDFAs) which are free from phase-noise compensation, were below $2\times10^{-15}$ at 1 second and $7\times10^{-17}$ at 1000 seconds. The system was available for the direct comparison of two distant $^{87}$Sr lattice clocks via an urban fiber link of 60 km. This technique will be essential for the measuring the reproducibility of optical frequency standards

A Study on the Curriculum of Elementary Schools in Okayama City; Analysis and Classification of the Educational Objectives

　岡山市立小学校全93 校（分校・分教室等を含む。）の教育課程，特にそれを構成する要素の一つである学校教育目標に着目し，その特徴を明らかにするとともに類型化を行なった。学校教育目標に使われている言葉の分析からは，体育・徳育・知育の順に重視されていること，岡山市の教育が目指す「自立する子どもの育成」を踏まえた「自主　自立　主体性」や「地域郷土」「国際　国際社会」というESDとの関連を鮮明に示す言葉はあまり使われていないこと，また，クラスター分析による学校教育目標の類型化からは，「指導要領準拠型（23校）」「徳育体育重視型（23 校）」「地域協働型（４校）」「特色ある目標型（29 校）」「努力自立重視型（14 校）」の５類型に分けられることが明らかになった。最後に，岡山市立小学校における学校教育目標の改善・充実に向けた方策を５点提起した

Stability Transfer between Two Clock Lasers Operating at Different Wavelengths for Absolute Frequency Measurement of Clock Transition in 87Sr

We demonstrated transferring the stability of one highly stable clock laser operating at 729 nm to another less stable laser operating at 698 nm. The two different wavelengths were bridged using an optical frequency comb. The improved stability of the clock laser at 698 nm enabled us to evaluate the systematic frequency shifts of the Sr optical lattice clock with shorter averaging time. We determined the absolute frequency of the clock transition 1S0 - 3P0 in 87Sr to be 429 228 004 229 873.9 (1.4) Hz referenced to the SI second on the geoid via International Atomic Time (TAI)

Direct Comparison of Distant Optical Lattice Clocks at the 10−1610^{-16} Uncertainty

Fiber-based remote comparison of $^{87}$Sr lattice clocks in 24 km distant laboratories is demonstrated. The instability of the comparison reaches $5\times10^{-16}$ over an averaging time of 1000 s, which is two orders of magnitude shorter than that of conventional satellite links and is limited by the instabilities of the optical clocks. By correcting the systematic shifts that are predominated by the differential gravitational redshift, the residual fractional difference is found to be $(1.0\pm7.3)\times10^{-16}$, confirming the coincidence between the two clocks. The accurate and speedy comparison of distant optical clocks paves the way for a future optical redefinition of the second
