    DISIPLIN BERLALU LINTAS DI JALAN RAYA PADA REMAJA DI DESA PETAK, PACET, MOJOKERTO

    AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kedisiplinan berlalu lintas dan menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kedisiplinan berlalu lintas di jalan raya pada remaja di desa Petak, Pacet, Mojokerto. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode angket digunakan untuk mencari data mengenai tingkat kedisiplinan berlalu lintas pada remaja dengan jumlah responden 48 orang. Metode wawancara digunakan untuk mencari data tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kedisiplinan berlalu lintas pada remaja dengan informan wawancara 15 orang. Data pengkategorian tingkat disiplin dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus perhitungan skor interval. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kategori kedisiplinan remaja di desa Petak terbagi menjadi 1 orang kurang disiplin, 16 orang cukup disiplin, 17 orang disiplin dan 14 orang sangat disiplin. Sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa tingkat kedisiplinan remaja di desa Petak dikategorikan Disiplin. Hal ini dilihat dari tindakan remaja yang bertindak sesuai dengan 4 aspek disiplin berlalu lintas yakni pemahaman tentang peraturan lalu lintas, tanggung jawab atas keselamatan diri dan orang lain, kehati-hatian dan kesiapan diri serta kondisi kendaraan. Faktor yang mendorong disiplin berlalu lintas antara lain peran polisi lalu lintas, peran orang tua dan sarana prasarana lalu lintas.Kata Kunci: Disiplin, Lalu Lintas, Remaja.AbstractThe research goal is to knowing traffic discipline and to analysis the influence factor traffic discipline on the roadway for adolescent in the Petak village, Pacet, Mojokerto. The type this research is quantitative with descriptive method and the teqnique for taking sample used simple ranom sampling. Data collection technique used questionaire, interview and documentation. Queestionaire method used to search data about traffic discipline level for adolescent with 48 peoples total respondent. Interview method used to search data about factors that influence traffic discipline with 15 interview informant people. The category data of traffic discipline to analysised with formula estimation interval score. Result of research to show about adolescent discipline category in Petak village became to be 1 people less discipline, 16 people enought discipline, 17 people discipline and 14 people very discipline. So can know about traffic discipline level in road way for adolescent in Petak village, Pacet, Mojokerto category is discipline.     Perturbative Computation of Glueball Superpotentials for SO(N) and USp(N)

    We use the superspace method of hep-th/0211017 to prove the matrix model conjecture for N=1 USp(N) and SO(N) gauge theories in four dimensions. We derive the prescription to relate the matrix model to the field theory computations. We perform an explicit calculation of glueball superpotentials.     ABSTRAK Manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan ilmu atau bagaimana cara mengatur hubungan antara individu satu dan lainnya untuk mencapai tujuan dalam organisasi secara efektif dan efisien. Kinerja karyawan pemerintah dapat dicapai jika seluruh elemen yang ada dalam instansi terintegrasi baik, dan mampu menjalankan perannya sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan publik dan instansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh komunikasi organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Jawa Barat baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 94 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, korelasi berganda dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi organisasi berada dalam kategori baik, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berada dalam kategori baik dan kinerja karyawan berada dalam kategori baik. Sedangkan untuk hasil penelitian verifikatif variabel komunikasi organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memberikan pengaruh yang kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan yaitu sebesar 52,8%. Pengaruh variabel independen yang dominan adalah komunikasi organisasi dengan koefisien sebesar 33,4% sedangkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional denga koefisien sebesar 19,4%.     Open String Amplitudes in Various Gauges

    Recently, Schnabl constructed the analytic solution of the open string tachyon. Subsequently, the absence of the physical states at the vacuum was proved. The development relies heavily on the use of the gauge condition different from the ordinary one. It was shown that the choice of gauge simplifies the analysis drastically. When we perform the calculation of the amplitudes in Schnabl gauge, we find that the off-shell amplitudes of the Schnabl gauge is still very complicated. In this paper, we propose the use of the propagator in the modified Schnabl gauge and show that this modified use of the Schnabl gauge simplifies the computation of the off-shell amplitudes drastically. We also compute the amplitudes of open superstring in this gauge.Comment: 23 pages, minor correction

    Electron correlations in Co2_2Mn1x_{1-x}Fex_xSi Heusler compounds

    This study presents the effect of local electronic correlations on the Heusler compounds Co2_2Mn1x_{1-x}Fex_xSi as a function of the concentration xx. The analysis has been performed by means of first-principles band-structure calculations based on the local approximation to spin-density functional theory (LSDA). Correlation effects are treated in terms of the Dynamical Mean-Field Theory (DMFT) and the LSDA+U approach. The formalism is implemented within the Korringa-Kohn-Rostoker (KKR) Green's function method. In good agreement with the available experimental data the magnetic and spectroscopic properties of the compound are explained in terms of strong electronic correlations. In addition the correlation effects have been analysed separately with respect to their static or dynamical origin. To achieve a quantitative description of the electronic structure of Co2_2Mn1x_{1-x}Fex_xSi both static and dynamic correlations must be treated on equal footing.Comment: 12 pages, 5 figure

    We study matrix models related via the correspondence of Dijkgraaf and Vafa to supersymmetric gauge theories with matter in the fundamental. As in flavorless examples, measure factors of the matrix integral reproduce information about R-symmetry violation in the field theory. The models, studied previously as models of open strings, exhibit a large-M phase transition as the number of flavors is varied. This is the matrix model's manifestation of the end of asymptotic freedom.     Physical mechanisms generating spontaneous symmetry breaking and a hierarchy of scales

    We discuss the phase transition in 3+1 dimensional lambda Phi^4 theory from a very physical perspective. The particles of the symmetric phase (`phions') interact via a hard-core repulsion and an induced, long-range -1/r^3 attraction. If the phion mass is sufficiently small, the lowest-energy state is not the `empty' state with no phions, but is a state with a non-zero density of phions Bose-Einstein condensed in the zero-momentum mode. The condensate corresponds to the spontaneous-symmetry-breaking vacuum with neq 0 and its excitations ("phonons" in atomic-physics language) correspond to Higgs particles. The phase transition happens when the phion's physical mass m is still positive; it does not wait until m^2 passes through zero and becomes negative. However, at and near the phase transition, m is much, much less than the Higgs mass M_h. This interesting physics coexists with `triviality;' all scattering amplitudes vanish in the continuum limit, but the vacuum condensate becomes infinitely dense. The ratio m/M_h, which goes to zero in the continuum limit, can be viewed as a measure of non-locality in the regularized theory. An intricate hierarchy of length scales naturally arises.     Exact Superpotentials for Theories with Flavors via a Matrix Integral

    We extend and test the method of Dijkgraaf and Vafa for computing the superpotential of N=1 theories to include flavors in the fundamental representation of the gauge group. This amounts to computing the contribution to the superpotential from surfaces with one boundary in the matrix integral. We compute exactly the effective superpotential for the case of gauge group U(N_c), N_f massive flavor chiral multiplets in the fundamental and one massive chiral multiplet in the adjoint, together with a Yukawa coupling. We compare up to sixth-order with the result obtained by standard field theory techniques in the already non trivial case of N_c=2 and N_f=1.
