    Total  QualityManagement (TQM)  is a new paradigm in running a business with the goal to maximize organizational competiveness through focuses on consumer satisfaction, all employee engagement, and sustainable improvement on quality of products, services, human, process and organizational environment.This research aims to determine the amount of effects by variables in the implementation of Total QualityManagementconsisting of:focuses on consumers, sustainable improvement, management commitment, training, employee empowering, performance comparison, and use of simultaneous statistic equipment on quality culture. The research method uses type of explanatoryresearch with quantitative approach because it tries to describe inter-variable correlation through hypothesis testing, meanwhile in general, the data used are in the form of number calculated by statistic test.Results of the research are (a) Simultaneously the variables in the implementation of TotalQuality Managementare able to describe the effects on the quality culture variable by 63,5%, meanwhile the remaining is described or influenced by other independent variables beyond the research model equation. Inter-variable correlation in the implementation of Total Quality  Management on the quality culture is quite strong (b) There are significant effects between variables in the implementation of Total QualityManagementconsisting of focuses on employee, management commitment, training, employee empowering, and use of statistic devices partially on quality culture variable, meanwhile the sustainable improvement and performance comparison do not influence significantly on quality culture variable. Thus, the second hypothesis of this research is rejected (c) The training variable provides dominant effects on the quality culture variable.     This research purposes to desribe motivation, discipline and leadership in the Departemet of the distric Social in Palangka Raya city. The sampling chooses 69 officer to be teken the number of population 218 officers, sampling technic to use Proportional random sampling. The research instrument chooses questioner, to be built in 1-5 scale, score 1 for very bad reaction, and score 5 for very good reaction. The technic of the date analysis chooses descriptive analysis and doble regrasi analysis.The result of this research show both motivation and discipline of the officers in the Department of the Distric social in Palangka Raya city Regency can be categoried good. The Main motivation of the officer to be supported by the high of the opportunity to built self potency to work, whereas discipline to be shown by the acceptance of the officer will be punished if the break the rule anthe arrangement to be used even the leadership the behavior has done dominance in the usual organization is delegatif behavior.The result of hipotesis show that motivation, discipline and leadership to be proved positive in influence and significant to carrier of the officer and among variable of motivation, discipline and leadership to appear motivation is a dominant variable to influence the carrier of the officer in  the Department Of The Distric social in Palangka Raya city

    In the world of marketing, marketing strategy is crucial. This course requires the active role of marketers in order to create innovative marketing strategies and effective way to reach consumers. Appropriate marketing strategy would benefit the company because it will be able to create customer loyalty. Honda is one of the motorcycle brand to a multi-branding strategy, the strategy of launching new products with new attributes in a single category of the same parent brand. The level of sales experienced an increase trend from year to year. Trend is especially true in the area Palangka Raya city.This study analyzes the influence of multi-branding strategy of Honda withits new product attributes of quality (X1), keiritan fuel (X2), product design (X3), services (X4), and the price (X5) customer loyalty (Y) . Analysis model used was multiple linear regression. Previously, testing the validity and reliabelitas, along with the classic assumption test of research data.Test results using multiple linear regression with the F test result in the conclusion that among the five variables that product attributes included in the models, namely quality (X1), keiritan fuel (X2), product design (X3), services (X4), and the price (X5 ), only three of which have a significant influence on customer loyalty (Y). The third variable is the quality (X1), fuel keiritan (X2), and services (X4). Three variables have a significance value smaller than 0.05, or in other words t-counted value is greater than t tables of 1.984. This partial test results concluded that the fuel keiritan (X2) is the variable most dominant influence on customer loyalty (Y). This can be seen from the calculated t value greater than t count the two other variables, namely for 4,932.Keywords : influence, customer loyalty, product attribute

Pegadaian (Persero) Branch of Palangka Raya (2).To find out the variable with the most dominant influence on employee effectiveness at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Branch of Palalangka Raya. This research was conducted at the Office of PT. Pegadaian Branch of Palangka Raya on A. Yani Street as the research objects are the employees who work at PT. Pegadaian Branch of Palangkaraya. Based on the partial test conducted on the variables included in the analysis model, it can be seen that both research variables, namely Communication variable (X1) of 0.377, and organizational culture (X2) of 0.363, which simultaneously have influence and significance on the effectiveness of employee working at PT. Pegadaian Branch of Palangkaraya. Similarly, if seen partially, it is known that both variables have positive and significant influences. The communication ability performed by the employees serves as the most dominant variable on the work effectiveness of employees of PT. Pegadaian Branch of Palangkaraya which could be seen from the amount of influence namely by 37.7%

    This study aims to determine the financial differences between banking companies that are included in the LQ45 group and banking companies that are not included in the LQ45 group listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016 – 2018. This study uses a quantitative approach. different test analysis techniques T-Test and Mann-Whitney Test. The results show that from the aspect of Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Assets (ROA) and Net Profit Margin (NPM). There are differences in financial performance between banking companies that fall into the LQ45 group and banking companies that do not enter the LQ45 group that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016 – 2018. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended to investors or potential investors that in making decisions they take into account aspects of Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Assets (ROA) and Net Profit Margin (NPM). ) ) company, variables and other relevant information. The limitation of this study is that the sample only consists of banking companies that are included in and not included in the LQ45 group, the research period is relatively short, only three years. In this study, it is suggested to expand the object and research variables, with a longer period of time, so as to obtain more accurate and comprehensive results

    This research aims to see the influence of the impostor phenomenon on anxiety and youth religiosity in adolescents during the pandemic. The research method uses a quantitative approach with regression techniques. A total of 63 participants selected using the accidental sampling method with an age range of 18–21 years who entered college in 2020 filled out the Clance Impostor Phenomenon Scale (CIPS), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), and Central Religiosity Scale (CRS) questionnaires. The research results show that the simultaneous interaction of independent variables on state anxiety is 43.3%, while on trait anxiety, it is 58.9%

    Therefore, the objective of this research was to find out and investigate how intense the effect of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) on the employee performance about the Palangka Raya branch employees of PT. Telkom is. This research conducted simple random sampling as the sampling technique since the samples were randomly withdrawn from the population without considering the strata of the population. In addition, the size of the sample computed in this research was determined by the Slovin’s formula in which obtained 64 respondents used for the samples as the result. Meanwhile, the research was implemented using the descriptive analysis in quantitative approach with questionnaire as the research data collecting instrument and also simple linear regression analysis technique to assess the effect of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y) in which regarding to this research, the independent variable (X) is the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) while the dependent variable (Y) is the employee performance. The tabulation of data in this research was completed using the 19th version of Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. Moreover, the result attained from this research showed that there is a significant and positive effect of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) on employee performance about the Palangka Raya branch employees of PT. Telkom in view of the fact that the regression coefficient of the independent variable (X) or the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) that showed 0.461 and F Test resulted in 12.089 with 0.001 significance or less than <0.05 which is higher than table F of 4.00 (significant)

    Stakeholder perspectives to improve risk management in European farming systems

    The challenges faced by agricultural systems call for an advance in risk management (RM) assessments. This research identifies and discusses potential improvements to RM across 11 European Union (EU) farming systems (FS). The paper proposes a comprehensive, participatory approach that accounts for multi-stakeholder perspectives relying on 11 focus groups for brainstorming and gathering suggestions to improve RM. Data analysis is based on content analysis and coding of suggested improvements, and their assessment through the lenses of main challenges faced, farms’ flexibility, and dependence on subsidies. First, the results show that necessary improvements differ depending on whether they have their origin in sudden shocks or long-term pressures. Second, farm dependence on direct payments determines a stronger need to improve financial instruments, whereas farm flexibility suggests a need for more accessible and tailored tools for low-flexibility FS, and increased know-what and know-how for high-flexibility FS. Third, our findings indicate a potential for extending stakeholder involvement in RM to new or unconventional roles. Underlying specific improvements, the paper suggests and discusses three main avenues to improve RM as a whole: i) a developed learning and knowledge network; ii) new forms of collaboration; and iii) integrated financial and policy instruments

    Anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibody dynamics after primary vaccination with two-dose inactivated whole-virus vaccine, heterologous mRNA-1273 vaccine booster, and Omicron breakthrough infection in Indonesian health care workers

    Background: Data on the dynamics and persistence of humoral immunity against SARS-CoV-2 after primary vaccination with two-dose inactivated vaccine (CoronaVac) are limited. This study evaluated the sequential effects of prior infection, heterologous boosting with mRNA-1273 (Moderna), and the occurrence of Omicron vaccine-breakthrough infection (VBI) thereafter. Methods: We evaluated anti-spike IgG (Abbott) and neutralising (cPASS/GenScript) antibody (nAb) titers up to one year after mRNA-1273 boost in two-dose-CoronaVac-primed Indonesian healthcare workers (August 2021-August 2022). We used linear mixed modeling to estimate the rate of change in antibody levels, and logistic regression to examine associations between antibody levels and VBI. Results: Of 138 participants, 52 (37.7%) had a prior infection and 78 (56.5%) received an mRNA-1273 booster. After two-dose CoronaVac, antibody titers had significantly declined within 180 days, irrespective of prior infection. After mRNA-1273 booster, anti-spike IgG (1.47% decline/day) and Omicron B.1.1.529/BA.2 nAbs declined between day 28–90, and IgG titers plateaued between day 90–360. During the BA.1/BA.2 wave (February–March 2022), 34.6% (27/78) of individuals experienced a VBI (median 181 days after mRNA-1273), although none developed severe illness. VBI was associated with low pre-VBI anti-spike IgG and B.1.1.529/BA.2 nAbs, which were restored post-VBI. Conclusions: mRNA-1273 booster after two-dose CoronaVac did not prevent BA.1/BA.2 VBI. Periodic vaccine boosters may be warranted against emerging SARS-CoV-2 variants

A sampling technique uses a censusmethod and data test technique is used within the research includes validity test byfactor analysis, reliability test with cronbach.
