Función de la sumoilación en el desarrollo del sistema nervioso central de vertebrados

La formacion del Sistema Nervioso Central (SNC) y la diferenciacion de neuronas, celulas gliales y otros tipos celulares que lo conforman, son procesos esenciales que implican un gran número de eventos celulares que tienen lugar durante el desarrollo en los eucariotas superiores. Estos eventos incluyen la activacion de varias rutas de senalizacion o el control transcripcional de un gran número de genes, siendo todos ellos mecanismos que tienen que ser regulados de una forma muy precisa en la celula. Muchos son los procesos celulares en los que la modificacion post-traduccional por SUMO se ha visto implicada, pero todavia no se ha establecido una funcion clara de la SUMOilacion en el desarrollo neural, constituyendo el establecimiento de esta funcion el objetivo principal de esta tesis.Morphogenesis of the Central Nervous System (CNS), as well as differentiation of the neurons, glia and other cell types that comprise it, is an essential process involving a great number of cellular events that take place during development of higher eukaryotes. These events include activation of a variety of signalling pathways and the transcriptional control of several genes, all comprising mechanisms that need to be tightly regulated in the cell. Many are the cellular processes regulated by the post-translational modification of proteins by SUMO, but a role for SUMOylation in neuronal development remains unestablished and, therefore, constitutes the aim of this thesis

Perceptions about Entrepreneurship in the COVID-19 Era

Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo determinar un modelo para el estudio del sector cafetero a través de una investigación transversal y exploratoria con una selección no aleatoria de 100 comerciantes de café y sus derivados. A partir de un modelo estructural, se identificaron las percepciones en torno a cinco dimensiones de oportunidad: económica, financiera, comercial, social y ambiental. Con base en los marcos teóricos y conceptuales abordados, proponemos estudiar las percepciones en torno al emprendimiento por parte de grupos vulnerables dedicados a la comercialización de subproductos del café como medio de subsistencia. Los hallazgos permiten establecer un vínculo entre la teoría de la elección racional y la teoría del capital humano frente a la teoría de los comunes y la teoría del emprendimiento social, los cuales surgen como marcos conceptuales pertinentes para la intervención financiera de este tipo de emprendedores.This work sought to specify a model for the study of the coffee-growing sector. A cross-sectional and exploratory research with a non-random selection of 100 coffee traders was carried out. From a structural model reliability and validity, five dimensional perceptions of economic, financial, sales, social, and environmental opportunity were identified. Based on the theoretical and conceptual frameworks, we propose to study the entrepreneurial perceptions of vulnerable groups dedicated to the trading of coffee byproducts as a subsistence means. The findings allow us to establish a link between rational choice theory and the theory of human capital with respect to the theory of the commons and the theory of social entrepreneurship as conceptual frameworks to highlight the intervention in microfinance made with entrepreneurs

Lord Krishna Recognized by Scholars Long Time Ago

This study re-evaluated available evidence of the historicity of Lord Krishna from the History of Hindu Culture and Cosmo-vision through literary and comparative analysis methods involving textual, archaeological, and technological proofs of recent decades. The work is significant in that it pieces together convincing evidential-based positions that make it unnecessary to over argue against or for Lord Krishna as a real historical personage thereby advancing a new position of a given beyond any debate because of the volumes of interdisciplinary evidence now available and which have become a game changer for those western and modernistic Hindus Indologists who had tried to cast the reality of Lord Krishna as a popular deity. Western scholars and even some Eastern scholars previously influenced by Oriental outdated myth postulation of the West have had to accept that their attempt was erroneous and flew in the face of factual, tangible and spiritual realities. El aprovechamiento turístico de los recursos naturales en Loreto (Perú)

Esta característica hace que la diversidad biológica y los recursos naturales sean fuente de riqueza de los pueblos indígenas y de ciudades tan características como Iquitos, capital de departamento, marcando de forma innegable su historia y su desarrollo. Global regularity of 2D density patches for inhomogeneous Navier-Stokes

This paper is about Lions’ open problem on density patches: whether inhomogeneous incompressible Navier-Stokes equations preserve the initial regularity of the free boundary given by density patches. Using classical Sobolev spaces for the velocity, we first establish the propagation of C1+γ regularity with 0 < γ < 1 in the case of positive density. Furthermore, we go beyond to show the persistence of a geometrical quantity such as the curvature.
