Estrategias didácticas: un componente de la planificación de la lección de Matemática

Se discuten dos estrategias didácticas reportadas en investigaciones y se presenta una experiencia de aula, a partir de la aplicación de dichas estrategias con un grupo de estudiantes de secundaria de una institución pública costarricense; todo ello dentro del marco de la investigación acción, a partir de un diseño mixto de indagación. Se establece una clasificación de las estrategias didácticas según tres componentes: afectivo, cognitivo y de interacción social, con el fin de clarificar las potencialidades y funcionalidades de las dos estrategias reseñadas y aplicadas. La investigación pretende producir insumos para la planificación de las lecciones, ya que la importancia de sistematizar las estrategias didácticas de acuerdo con nuestro contexto educativo costarricense, radica en la posibilidad de apoyar con planteamientos teóricos y prácticos al sector docente de Matemática

Es por ello, que el objetivo primordial de este documento es utilizar el método propuesto por Schliessler y Bull para determinar el valor monetario de la Red de Caminos Revestidos de Nicaragua, con el fin de enfatizar en la importancia de invertir en la conservación temprana, pues la Red Vial Revestida a nivel nacional representa un Valor Patrimonial Actual bastante elevado a simple vista, pero que lamentablemente no alcanza el valor requerido para mantener todas las vías en condiciones mínima

Inhibition of uric acid or IL- 1β ameliorates respiratory syncytial virus immunopathology and development of asthma

BackgroundRespiratory syncytial virus (RSV) affects most infants early in life and is associated with increased asthma risk. The specific mechanism remains unknown.ObjectiveTo investigate the role of uric acid (UA) and IL- 1β in RSV immunopathology and asthma predisposition.MethodsTracheal aspirates from human infants with and without RSV were collected and analyzed for pro- IL- 1β mRNA and protein to establish a correlation in human disease. Neonatal mouse models of RSV were employed, wherein mice infected at 6- 7 days of life were analyzed at 8 days postinfection, 5 weeks postinfection, or after a chronic cockroach allergen asthma model. A xanthine oxidase inhibitor or IL- 1 receptor antagonist was administered during RSV infection.ResultsHuman tracheal aspirates from RSV- infected infants showed elevated pro- IL- 1β mRNA and protein. Inhibition of UA or IL- 1β during neonatal murine RSV infection decreased mucus production, reduced cellular infiltrates to the lung (especially ILC2s), and decreased type 2 immune responses. Inhibition of either UA or IL- 1β during RSV infection led to chronic reductions in pulmonary immune cell composition and reduced type 2 immune responses and reduced similar responses after challenge with cockroach antigen.ConclusionsInhibiting UA and IL- 1β during RSV infection ameliorates RSV immunopathology, reduces the consequences of allergen- induced asthma, and presents new therapeutic targets to reduce early- life viral- induced asthma development.Neonatal RSV infection is associated with increases in pulmonary uric acid and IL- 1β and lung immunopathology. XOI or IL- 1RA administration during neonatal RSV infection leads to reduced RSV immunopathology. PRINCÍPIOS GLOBAIS DE CONTABILIDADE GERENCIAL SOB A PERSPECTIVA DOS CUSTOS: UMA ANÁLISE EM ORGANIZAÇÕES DO TERCEIRO SETOR

Este artigo objetiva analisar a aderência de Organizações do Terceiro Setor aos Princípios Globais de Contabilidade Gerencial (PGCG), sob a perspectiva de custos. É um estudo quantitativo e descritivo, desenvolvido mediante um levantamento. Os questionários foram enviados em junho/2019 às organizações vencedoras do prêmio 100 Melhores ONGs 2018, totalizando 22 respondentes. Mediu-se a aderência aos princípios com a escala Likert de 1 a 7. Observou-se aderência às práticas do princípio da influência na maioria das entidades, enquanto que, no princípio da relevância, identificou-se baixa aderência na comparação de custos com outras organizações. No princípio de valor, destaca-se uma maior aderência em organizações com faturamento até R$ 1 milhão e, no princípio da confiança, a maior aderência foi na diretriz política em conformidade com obrigações legais e regulatórias. No geral, verificou-se uma tendência de entidades mais jovens estarem mais alinhadas aos PGCG, pois obtiveram medianas altas em 91,66% das práticas analisadas
