Previously we examined relationships between electrokinetic index of the buccal epithelium (EKI) and some functional and metabolic parameters of patients with chronic pyelonephritis in the phase of remission. The purpose of this study is the relationships between changes in EKI and some parameters of immunity, fecal microbiocenosis as well as urine in these same patients. Materials and Methods. Under a observations were 32 males and 10 females by age 24-76 years with chronic pyelonephritis in the phase of remission. We determined the rate of electronegative nuclei of buccal epithelium by intracellular microelectrophoresis (EKI), counted up leukocytogram and calculated its adaptation and strain indexes by IL Popovych, evaluated immune status on a set of I and II levels recommended by the WHO as well as fecal microbiocenosis, bacteriuria and leukocyturia by routine methods. After 9-11 days of balneotherapy (drinking of bioactive water Naftussya, applications of ozokerite, mineral pools) all testes repeated. Results. A number of parameters of immunity and fecal microbiocenosis have been identified, the changes of which correlate with changes in EKI. A turn-based exclusion in the multiple regression model includes changes in the Killing Index by Neutrophils of E. coli, levels in the blood of T-active and 0 Lymphocytes, rod-nuclear Neutrophils, Entropy of the Immunocytogram, Popovych's Strain Index of Leukocytogram as well as Leukocytesuria and content in feces E. coli. R=0,686; R2=0,470; Adjusted R2=0,342; F(8,3)=3,7; p=0,004. Conclusion. Caused by balneotherapy, the increase in most patients in the EKI is accompanied by favorable changes in parameters of immunity and fecal microbiocenosis, which justifies its use to assess the effectiveness of balneotherapy

Objective. Spa Truskavets' (Ukraine) considered to be indicated for the treatment and metaphylaxis renal stone disease. However, data on the effect of balneotherapy on the parameters of urine Lithogenicity ambiguous. This is due, perhaps, ambiguous influence balneotherapy on the neuroendocrine factors regulating exchange of electrolytes and uric acid. Aim: to find out the influence drinking of bioactive water Naftussya on urine lithogenicity and neuro-humoral-immune factors in humans with theirs abnormalities. Methods. The object of observation were ten women and ten men aged 33-76 years without clinical diagnose but with dysfunction of neuro-endocrine-immune complex and metabolism. In daily urine and blood we determined the content of electrolytes and nitrogenous metabolites, estimated parameters of immunity, recorded conductivity of acupuncture points and heart rate variability (HRV). After examination volunteers within 7 days used bioactive water Naftussya (250 ml three times a day), then repeated the tests listed. Results. Lithogenicity urine Index (Lith) calculated by formula: Lith=(Uric acid•Calcium/Magnesium•Creatinine)0,25. In 3 people initial normal Lith (0,65÷0,81 units) increased by 0,08÷0,16 units. In 4 people with normal or high Lith its changes were not detected (-0,01÷+0,01). In 12 people from a wide range of primary Lith (0,62÷1,07) it lowered by 0,03÷0,12 un. Even in a man maximum level of Lith (1,45 un.) down to the upper limit of normal (0,84 un.). Found a strong correlation between changes in Lith and a number parameters of HRV, metabolism and immunity. Conclusion. The use of bioactive water Naftussya causes ambiguous changes in Lithogenicity of urine, related to ambiguous changes in HRV, metabolism and immunity

We know that balneotherapy on spa Truskavets' did not significantly affect the parameters of urina Lithogenicity, including Ca/Mg ratio, so search for means of reducing urina Lithogenicity remains relevant. We also know that Phytopreparation Canephron® N recommended for inclusion in complex therapy of chronic pyelonephrite as effective elimination of infectious kidney inflammation, prevention of recurrence of inflammation and lithogenese. Aim: to find out the possibility of reducing urina Lithogenicity influenced balneotherapy on spa Truskavets' by additional taking Canephron® N. Results. Standardized balneotherapy not significantly affect urina Lithogenicity in patients with chronic pyelonephrite and cholecystite, even showed a trend to increase, while additional use Canephron® N significantly reduces urina Lithogenicity by reducing the concentration of Uric acid and downward trend Calcium. Reducing urina Lithogenicity accompanied by a decrease urina concentration Chloride and Potassium, and Baevskiy’s Activity Regulatory Systems Index, Asymmetry δ-, θ- and α-rhythms of background EEG and α-rhythm normalized Power Spectrum Density (PSD) in right loci Fp2, F8, T6 and O2, while HRV markers of vagal tone (RMSSD, pNN50, TI) also Frequency Deviation θ- and β-rhythms, Amplitude β- and δ-rhythms, δ-rhythm PSD in loci Fp2, F8, T3, T5, O1, O2, β-rhythm PSD in loci Fp1, F4 and θ-rhythm PSD in loci T3 and F7 rising. However, Canephron® N preventes or reverses increasing Uric acid plasma level, Mineralocorticoide Activity, Sympathetic tone, Baevskiy’s Stress Index and PSD ULF HRV also decreasing PSD VLF HRV. Concerning parameters of Immunity Canephron® N decreases blood level active T-Lymphocytes but increases level B-Lymphocytes, Stubnucleary Neutrophiles and total Leukocytes also prevents or reverses increasing CD16+ NK-Lymphocytes, CD8+ and Theophilinesensitive T-Lymphocytes, Monocytes and serum IgM also decreasing CD4+ T-Lymphocytes and Neutrophiles Phagocytose Count vs Staphylococcus aureus. In addition, Canephron® N potentiates increasing Parathyrine Activity, serum level IgG and Bactericidic Capacity of Neutrophiles vs Staphylococcus aureus also decreasing Urea and Creatinine plasma level, Sodium urina concentration and Neutrophiles Phagocytose Count vs Escherichia coli. Conclusion. Introduce Canephron® N into standard balneotherapeutic complex spa Truskavets’ contribute to decrease urina Lithogenicity accompanied by decreasing of HRV and EEG markers of chronic Stress and favorable modulation parameters of Immunity in patients with chronic pyelonephrite and cholecystite. Keywords: lithogenicity of urina, EEG, HRV, immunity, spa Truskavets’, Canephron® N

Background. The data on the influence of balneotherapy in the spa Truskavets’ on the autonomic nervous system are ambiguous, so research in this direction remains relevant. The purpose of this study is accompanying changes in some hormonal, lipid and hemodynamic parameters in women with alternative variants of the vegetotropic effect of balneotherapy . Materials and Methods. The object of the study were 30 women aged 30-50 years old, patients with chronic cholecystitis in the remission phase, combined with polycystic ovaries and hyperplasia of the thyroid gland. Before and after balneotherapy, HRV was recorded and hormonal, lipid as well as veloergometric parameters were determined. Results . We confirmed the ambivalent nature of the vegetotropic effect of balneotherapy: sympathicotonic in 57% women and vagotonic in 43% . It is revealed the tendency to decrease testosterone level with sympathicotonic effect and the opposite tendency with vagotonic effect. There were no significant differences with respect to thyroid hormones, FSH, estradiol, prolactin and cortisol. Vagotonic but not sympathicotonic effect is accompanied by a tendency to decrease the coefficient of atherogenicity and the response of systolic blood pressure to standard physical load. Conclusion. Alternative vegetotropic effects of balneotherapy on spa Truskavets’ are accompanied by alternative changes in the level of testosterone alone, but no other registered hormones as well as lipid and hemodynamic parameters

The neurotropic effects of Prayer are manifested in two inhibitory and three activating patterns. The first inhibitory pattern reflects the decrease in elevated and upper limit levels of SPD of θ-and δ-rhythm in frontal loci and the second - decrease in normal SPD levels of β-and θ-rhythm in the frontal, central, temporal and parietal loci. The first activating pattern reflects a small increase in normal levels of β-rhythm index and asymmetry and SPD entropy in locus C3, as well as a further increase in elevated δ-rhythm SPD levels in loci P3 and T3. The second pattern reflects the slight increase in normal SPD levels of θ-rhythm in loci T3, T5, T6, O2 and α-rhythm in locus T5, as well as their indices and entropy SPD in locus O2. The third pattern reflects a slight increase in amplitude and SPD of α-rhythm in central, frontal, temporal and occipital loci
